• Sabina (2/5): - Location is ok. Hello, We are extremely disappointed with the way we have been treated. Upon our arrival, we were informed that we would be required to dispose of our waste separately when checking out. We are responsible and well-mannered adults who raise our children with the same values, with hygiene and cleanliness being among the fundamental principles of their upbringing. For this reason, it never occurred to us that we might fail to comply with the established rules for using the accommodation provided to us. Furthermore, today we received an email from you containing check-out instructions. In that email, we were informed of the check-out time and, once again, reminded that we were required to dispose of our waste before leaving. In the very same email, we were also offered the option of a late check-out for an additional fee. This seemed like a convenient option for us, as our flight is scheduled for late afternoon. Accordingly, we replied and requested instructions on how to pay for the late check-out. However, we received a rather surprising response stating that this was no longer possible because new guests would be arriving. Excuse us, but how are we supposed to understand such a contradiction? You offer us an option that, in reality, is unavailable. We would also like to address another important issue. You reminded us twice about taking out the rubbish before departure, yet it is worth discussing the level of cleanliness in the apartment you provide to your guests. To begin with, we would like to mention the condition of the two bathrooms. Do you genuinely believe that simply running water in the shower area constitutes cleaning a bathroom? If this meets your standards of hygiene, then those standards are exceptionally low. Such an approach demonstrates a lack of respect for your guests. In addition, the photographs used to advertise the property are misleading.
• beleva (9/5): - We liked the space and the day light in the apartment. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well occupied and cosy, the kitchen was big with everything we needed. The location was perfect and very close to the center, the bars and a lot of local shops. We didn't like the heat, even though the air-conditioned were on all the time.
• ELENI (8/5): - Πρωινό δεν είχε αλλά η η τοποθεσία ήταν άριστη. Το στρώμα στο διπλό κρεβάτι, στο δεύτερο υπνοδωμάτιο. Ειχε λακούβα, κλήση, χρειάστηκε να βάλουμε για στρώμα όλα τα παπλώματα που διέθετε το κατάλυμα ώστε να κοιμηθούμε. Με μία αλλαγή στο κρεββάτι το κατάλυμα θα ήταν άριστο
• Hara (9/5): - Great location. Really spacious apartment. Emma was very communicative, really helpful with everything. The beds weren't very comfortable. The ceiling in the ensuite bathroom was too low for a tall person to have a shower in.

• Elisabeth (10/5): Die Reise nach Bologna war wunderschön und die Wohnung ist einfach wundervoll! - Schnitt, Lage und Größe der Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön für 6 Personen. Die Küchenausstattung ist eher bescheiden. Die Beschichtung der Töpfe hat sich verabschiedet. Kochen möchte ich damit nicht. Die Betten sind nicht mehr die besten.
• ABW (10/5): Bolonga v Celtic 24/01/26 Great place to visit Thank you Bolonga - This is a great find . Great location easy to get around Bolonga . Nice and clean ideal for getting around and visiting other cities . Outside area which was ideal . Romms are very spaces and equipped well . Two bathroom one with shower and other with large Victorian style bath and dressing / make up room . Plenty of points to charge phones etc . Public transport is easy to use . The flat is three flights up . There is a small lift . The host's communication was great . I would recommend taking cash .Lovely wee cafe bars / restaurants nearby. . We had a great time in Bolonga. Visited Florence and Rome for the day via high speed trains which are on the expensive side worth it to visit other cities. Our stay was four nights . , The living area was on the small side . I would recommend a small nest of tables and extra comfy seats . Squeegee for the shower .

• Maria Jose (6/5): Apartamento precioso pero deben mejorar las camas. - El apartamento es muy bonito, está muy ubicado. Emma estuvo pendiente de todo lo que necesitamos, muy amable. Las camas son muy incomodas y el aire funcionaba regular.
• Carmennavgom (7/5): - La ubicación del apartamento. La cocina y el baño principal están bien preparadas. La calefacción bien aunque estaría bien ponerla cuando cada uno quisiera, porque por la mañana, hacía frio. Las camaa muuuy muy incómodas. El segundo baño en suit, es bonito pero es complicado ducharse en esa bañera. Para darse un baño relajante será perfecto, pero cuando vas 5 personas y de turismo... pierdes una ducha. Todas acabamos duchandonos en 1 baño.

• Andrea (6/5): apartamento grande , sem cuidado! - o apartamento em si é bonito e grande ! tem três quartos bons não tem manutenção em nada , a torneira da pia estava quebrada , o colchão do primeiro quarto não dava para dormir , o ar condicionado dos quartos e da sala , por algum motivo não gelava , acho que por algum esquema de economia ! os quartos tinham claraboias que não vedavam a luz , cafeteira com alça quebrada , enfim , falta de cuidado , uma pena ! o imóvel em si é bonito
• Gabriela (3/5): The apartment was in a great location, but I would be careful to book through that company again - The Location of the apartment was great, and the staff was there to meet us upon arrival The interior of the apartment is simple. There is some mold in the bathroom. The Kitchen equipment is very simple, for example the Expresso machines have no handle anymore, you basically burn your hand when you want to poor the coffee in a mug. The mattresses of the beds are worn out and not up to standard. Unfortunately we had a very unpleasant incident at the end. As one of the guests left their sunglasses in the apartment, we had to ask several times if someone go and check for them. This was denied due to being busy and being in high season and not having any control over the cleaning staff as it was outsourced. We would have wished for a more customer oriented approach and not being denied a simple request of checking themselves as they seem to outsource cleaning and not having much control there
• Sing (10/5): Exceptional - I would recommend this place. Staff who opened the door for us was welcoming and helpful. Spacious, nice kitchen, spacious toilet x2 , fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, enough rooms, 2 toilets, keys x 2, lift . location is good, walkable to city center, bus station nearby. quite. We did not drive. They provided everything we needed, enough toilet rolls, kitchen paper, dishsoap, laundry liquid, handwash, tablets for dishwasher, towels, bath gel. We liked everything. they put a notice that the temperature was regulated by the government. In February, it was a bit chilly for us.( Duvet kept us warm at night).. 3 beds were made upon arrival. One king size bed, one double sofa bed, one single bed.

• Dominik (8/5): Great apartment in the city center - It's a very nice and big apartment in the city center of Bologna. We really enjoyed our stay in this place. The rooms are big and comfortable. It's a quiet neighborhood, just a few minutes' walk from the city center. Not a good temperature in the room. Weather outside was cold that weekend and we had only 19 °C in the apartment.

• Lazar (8/5): Fantastic! - it was spacious and full of light with incredible bathrooms, fully relaxing for 6 people! Also super location close to everything you need in Bologna, especially the center and old town. We liked everything, but the apartment is at the top floor and has stairs in it at the entrance and very tiny vintage elevator, which was very cute to us, but people that do not want to exercise and climb or cannot, should know that.
