The owner is very irresponsible and did not comply with our request to check in earlier, and the reservation said that it was possible. He sent us a survey 2 hours before we checked in, which if it was not filled out we would not receive a key. It required photos of ID cards (personal information). Why is this survey not filled out earlier, for example BEFORE I PAY?!? Before you enter the room (the corridor and stairs) are terribly unmaintained and scary. You can hear everything from the other rooms a lot and we couldn't sleep one night which was stressful. However, for this money you shouldn't expect much - you have a place to sleep and the metro is 2 steps away, as well as any other stop. If you are not so pretentious - visit it!🙂

The location, the room, how dirty it was, the facilities, the paper thin walls so you could hear everything from other rooms and from below and outside, this has not been mentioned on the website, basically it was shiite!! - LUCIA (2/5): No lo recomiendo, si queréis dormir ALGO este no es el sitio - Decente pero caro para lo que es - Se escuchaba ruido de las discotecas y bares porque está situado en plena calle de pubs y locales nocturnos, en los cuales escuchábamos su música y borrachos gritando toda la noche. - por si lo de arriba no era suficiente podíamos escuchar los gritos, muelles de la cama y “ruidos innecesarios” por llamarlos así de las habitaciones pegadas a la nuestra, siendo muy desagradable.

The description on Booking.com is all wrong. The place is tiny. There is no AC; only a small fan. It’s really small, and I mean it. There are only two windows, both facing the other side of the building, where the sewage pipes are. So, when you open them, instead of getting fresh air or a breeze, you get the smell of sewage.

A matrac ezer èves, benne a rugòk már megadták magukat, az ágynemű meg kopott, lucsasos. Max egy èjszakára ha nincs más más választás.

- Podjed (5/5): good thing there are clubs nearby so i was constantly too drunk too notice the state of the apartment. - It was close to everything-stores, clubs, city center, price It was not clean, there was mold, the owner was hard to reach, there were almost no kitchen utensils, the chairs were some of the cheapest i had ever seen, the bed had a spring mattress-the springs were sticking out and it made my back hurt, instead of pillows, which were practically empty, I slept on a rolled up hoodie because that was more comfortable, the walls are literally paper thin (you could hear whole conversations trough the walls and even their alarm going off). I could go on but it’s pointless…

- Constantine (5/5): Good for one night and a shower. - It was close to the center. It has a microwave oven and utensils. The water in the shower is hot enough. There was a cockroach roaming around for 2 days. The only window that it has looks to a skylight/airshaft that you can hear machines working all day and night full of rubbish that have fallen and has no light whatsoever. You cannot set the temperature in the room easily (it only has one small air warmer) but you cannot get it cooler. The ceiling needs replacing, it is almost ready to fall on your head and they have put adhesive tape to keep it from falling. The staircase to the bed is very steep and not for people not fit to climb it..

So etwas sollte in einem professionellen Betrieb nicht passieren. Es kann nicht sein, dass erst eine halbe Stunde vor dem Check-in auffällt, dass Gäste das Zimmer nicht beziehen können. Das einzig „Positive“ ist, dass wir die Buchung kostenlos stornieren können und unser Geld zurückbekommen, was eigentlich selbstverständlich sein sollte. Außerdem habe ich bereits eine Nachricht geschrieben und habe bis jetzt noch immer nicht keine Antwort erhalten.

- Yohanna (1/5): Een zeer onhygiënisch, gehorig en onaangenaam verblijf dat absoluut niet aan te raden is. - Niets Ons verblijf was helaas erg teleurstellend. De accommodatie bevindt zich op de eerste verdieping, maar om daar te komen moet je langs vuilcontainers lopen, wat gepaard gaat met een sterke en onaangename geur. De kamer zelf was klein en maakte geen schone indruk. De lakens leken niet verschoond en voelden vies aan. Ook de badkamer was onvoldoende schoongemaakt; er was overal zichtbare kalkaanslag. De handdoeken roken bovendien onaangenaam. Daarnaast was de accommodatie erg gehorig. We konden letterlijk alles van de buren horen, waardoor we de eerste nacht pas rond 04:00 uur konden slapen. Tot slot kreeg mijn vriend tijdens het verblijf last van meerdere bultjes op zijn been, wat vermoedelijk veroorzaakt werd door huisstofmijt of iets in het bed. Al met al geen aanrader.

- Antunes (8/5): Excelente Preço-qualidade, centro de budapeste - A localização é perfeita, fica ao lado do centro da noite em budapeste, e bastante perto de diversos outros monumentos. O preço qualidade é bom, e compensa. Simplesmente não aconselho a pessoas mais velhas, visto que as paredes são muito finas e ha noites, especialmente sextas e sábados em que ha mais barulho. A cortina do banho estava sempre a mexer se o que fazia com que molhasse a casa de banho toda. O frigorífico de baixo das escadas também dificulta o seu uso, e secalhar era necessário mais utensílios.

- Lucy (4/5): You get what you pay for, room was okay but the actual building complex is horrible and felt scary - The little apartments itself are fine. Bathroom could do with some improvements and the bed is nothing like the picture but other than it would have been fine. The courtyard and entrance to the property is not nice. After you enter the first door into the building, all the paint is falling off the wall, there is graffiti everywhere, boxes of cigarettes on the floor , rubbish everywhere and people sat on the stairs smoking. Personally, we felt unsafe at night going in. We changed hotel to put our mind at ease because we didn’t really like the vibe. The walls are also very thin and as the rooms are compacted and close to eachother you can hear everything and it often sounds like people are trying to get into your room which was really scary.

- Padilla (1/5): No lo recomiendo en absoluto - La ubicación está muy bien para llegar a muchos sitios de interés sin tener que caminar demasiado. No estaba muy limpio, además, la ducha estaba atascada porque no la limpiaban desde hace mucho, en un punto se rebosó y arruinó nuestras cosas. La cama es súper incómoda y ya que es una especie de salón con varias habitaciones puedes escuchar e incluso llegar a ver lo que hacen los demás. Nos arruinó parte del viaje y no pudimos disfrutar tanto la experiencia por no querer pagar más. Recomiendo pagar un poco más para tener una mejor experiencia en otro lugar o incluso en un hotel.

C'era una stufa per riscaldarsi. Siamo comunque a inizio marzo ,va bene che il giorno ce il sole e diciamo che si sta bene ma la sera fa ancora molto freddo,poi la stanza di suo teneva freddo . I muri sono praticamente fatti di carta perché si sentiva tutto dalle altre stanze . Poi quei cuscini ,mamma mia ,sembravano dei panni messi dentro alle fodere .

- László Erik (1/5): Súlyosan elhanyagolt, higiéniailag kifogásolható szállás, amely nem volt lakható és nem felelt meg a hirdetésben ígértek - Őszintén szólva semmi. A szállás állapota nem felelt meg az alapvető tisztasági és lakhatási elvárásoknak sem. Az apartman rendkívül koszos volt, a valóság egyáltalán nem egyezett a hirdetésben szereplő képekkel. Szennyeződések voltak mindenhol, a mennyezetről koszos, pókhálós lerakódások lógtak. A fűtés nem működött megfelelően. A körülmények annyira elfogadhatatlanok voltak, hogy éjszaka kénytelenek voltunk elhagyni a szállást. Három alkalommal próbáltam kapcsolatba lépni a szállásadóval, válaszra sem méltattak.

- DJEMAA (2/5): Un loft bien situé avec une bonne connexion Wi‑Fi, mais marqué par de nombreux problèmes de confort - La localisation est vraiment idéale : tout est accessible à pied, avec de nombreux restaurants, transports et lieux d’intérêt à proximité. La connexion Wi‑Fi était excellente, très stable et rapide, ce qui m’a permis de travailler et de me divertir sans aucun souci. En revanche, plusieurs points m’ont vraiment déçu. Les lits étaient très inconfortables, avec des couettes trop petites et très légères. Les oreillers étaient complètement affaissés et durs, ce qui rendait le sommeil difficile, et le lit grinçait au moindre mouvement. Le chauffage intégré au mur ne fonctionnait pas, nous avons donc dû utiliser un chauffage portable pour ne pas avoir froid. J’ai également trouvé un cafard dans la chambre, ce qui n’est jamais agréable. Le plafond présente des trous et on entend absolument tout ce qui se passe autour, ce qui perturbe beaucoup le repos. Pendant la nuit, des personnes venaient toquer à la porte pour s’amuser, ce qui a été très dérangeant. Enfin, la chambre est beaucoup plus étroite que sur les photos et ne correspond pas du tout à la présentation en ligne.

Jediné "větrání" vedlo do větrací šachty, takže prostor byl dusný, přehřátý a bez možnosti čerstvého vzduchu. Kvůli absenci oken se navíc nedalo vyvětrat, což z pokoje dělalo naprosto nevhodné místo k pobytu. Z koupelny se šířil zápach odpadu, což celkový dojem ještě zhoršilo. Po první noci jsme museli odjet, protože pobyt v těchto podmínkách nebyl možný – ani fyzicky, ani psychicky. Když jsme situaci chtěli řešit s hostitelem, náhle přestal komunikovat a odmítl nést jakoukoli zodpovědnost, přestože podle nás došlo nejen ke klamání zákazníka, ale i k porušení hygienických norem. Toto nebyla otázka přehnaných očekávání, ale základních podmínek pro lidské ubytování. Tomuto místu se rozhodně vyhněte. (EN): I absolutely do not recommend this accommodation to anyone. The listing failed to mention a crucial detail — the room had no windows. The only "ventilation" was through a shaft, which made the space stuffy, overheated, and completely lacking fresh air. Because of the absence of windows, it was impossible to air the room out, making it a completely unsuitable place to stay. There was also a sewage smell coming from the bathroom, which made the experience even worse. After the first night, we had to leave because staying under these conditions was simply not possible — neither physically nor mentally. When we tried to resolve the issue with the host, they suddenly stopped responding and refused to take any responsibility, even though we believe this was not only misleading but also a violation of basic hygiene standards. This wasn’t a matter of high expectations, but of basic conditions required for human accommodation. Avoid this place at all costs.
- Alix (7/5): - Die Lage des Apartments war super, man konnte Sehenswürdigkeiten innerhalb von maximal 20 minuten zu Fuss oder mit dem ÖV erreichen. Für den Preis kann man sich nicht beschweren. Leider war es in der Nacht sehr laut, da die Wände dünn waren und man den Lärm von draussen hören konnte.
