• Mouna (6/5): Overall we had a great stay in Venice. Accommodation was expensive compared to other areas in Italy. - The location was great. Spacious rooms and 2 bathrooms. Tidy. Clean. Beds were uncomfortable. Pillows were not great. No sugar for coffee. Little coffee was provided. We were happy to buy some and left it for the next guests.

Además, Nicola y su mujer fueron muy atentos y amables en todo momento, haciéndonos sentir muy bien recibidos. Nada destacable, todo estuvo muy bien.

• Marianna (10/5): Large & comfortable, great host, amazing location - One of our favorite places we have ever stayed! The location, just 2 minutes from Rialto Bridge, is amazing. For being in the center of the action, the apartment was surprisingly quiet at night. The apartment is large, very comfortably fit our family of 5. Really appreciated having 2 bathrooms and decent water pressure. The host was fantastic, met us to give us keys and provided recommendations, and was flexible with a late checkout. We had a wonderful stay! Nothing.

It was a pleasure to meet him and be welcomed to Venice by him. The bathrooms had been remodeled recently and looked very nice. The air conditioning wasn't working in one room. But the home was built well for handling the heat, so it was okay.

The property manager left us some cold drinks which were much appreciated and was very responsive. Air conditioning units in each room so it cooled well. Beds were comfortable. Actually had a dryer! The washer and dryer were actually not in the unit but a floor below. Had trouble with one A/C unit. Wish there was a nice view or windows looking over the water,

I would highly recommend this place if you come to Venice. There is only one other person that lives in the building and you would never know she was there. It was so quiet and peaceful.

The day we arrived, through WhatsApp, Nicola, the owner, told us how to get there. His wife was waiting for us there, and she was very kind to us, answering all our questions. She gave us bottles of water, soft drinks and a bottle of champagne! The apartment has a washer and dryer, air conditioning, TV, and full kitchen. I recommend it 100%

• Piyush (9/5): Calm and pleasant stay at venice - The host manager Nicola is a nice gentleman who is managing this property very well.The property is located just 5 mins walking from rialto bridge and once can easily go with there luggage to the property as its located at 1st floor with no lifts which is okay.Rialto bridge is 4-5 mins walking and so is the center of venice. Most important one can be back to the apartment for relaxation and again can explore venice again.I would highly recommend this property to people who are looking for nice and comfy stay specially people accompanying with there parents. All good but if the bathing area inside the bathroom could have been a little bigger would have been icing on the cake.

The host was extremely kind and responsive to messages. They even had a few drinks in the fridge for us when we arrived, which we really appreciated. The internet only worked in the living room. I suggest getting a a device to push the signal so that the internet will work in the bedrooms too.

• Robert (9/5): Quiet, spacious apartment just steps away from Rialto bridge - Location is excellent. In a small alley, just steps away from the Rialto bridge. Because the apartment is in an alley of the main street, it is very quiet. The downside is there is not much daylight. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen is well equipped. Nicola is an excellent host. He was waiting for us in the apartment on check-in. There is a storage space in the building for our luggage after we had checked out. Also the washing machine came very handy! There are 2 supermarkets (SPAR and COOP) just 5 minutes walk from apartment The wifi was only properly working in the kitchen. In the bedrooms the wifi was bad.

• Neil (10/5): This property was outstanding and in an excellent location than we could have I hoped for - Everything about this apartment was outstanding The location was literally one min from the Rialto bridge It was spacious clean and well equipped and it was good value for money for a family or two couples with a third single bedroom in addition The bathroom facilities were likewise excellent but worth noting it has two toilets but one bathroom | shower The apartment smelt clean and fresh the entire time The owner Nicola kept in touch and met us at the appointed time The heating was excellent and in the summer it has air con throughout A large kettle may have come in handy if you need to make four mugs of drink at the same time The wifi worked very well but was weak in the bedroom at the end of the corridor

• Angelo (10/5): Amazing Venice apartment - Nicola the host is amazing! Punctual, welcoming and engaging. The apartment is well located to make it easy for luggage. It's modern and has everything you need for two teenagers and parents to be together plus have private space. Has laundry facilities!! Nothing to fault. One of our most enjoyable stays. Nicola is fantastic!
• Kirsty (8/5): Very good - Clean and comfortable with modern kitchen and bathroom. Having a 2nd toilet was very useful. Nicely decorated. Quiet location. There is a nice sofa, which was ok for our group of 3, but if there were 5 people there would not be enough seating, there are 5 dining chairs though. We visied in November so probably spent more time in the Apartmen in the evenings than you would in the Summer. Kettle very small. Side plates would be good.
• Hie (10/5): Two thumbs up stay with spacious rooms in 10 out of 10 location. - The host, Nicholas was kind. He gave us a warm welcome as we landed in Venice airport. I could tell he timed to message me on What's app. then kindly guided us to get on the commuting boat to get to the apartment. It was very helpful when you were doubting yourself at the airport not able to read a foreign language. There were three bed rooms that can comfortably accommodate 5 people at least. One full sized bathroom and a half sized one. The apartment was warm and cozy while we were visiting using the radiator heaters. It was cold outside almost at 29F at night. The apartment is in the perfect location. It's definitely 10 out of 10. Honestly nothing much to complain about. All was well equipped and organized. Because the location of this apartment is in the heart of city center, there could be some loud noise at night by the drunk people.

Host Nicola is very friendly and helpful, easy to find and good instructions :) WIFI reach is limited (hotspot is located in one side of apartment, so no connectivity in the other side) - but it's really minor issue

Aircon and heating available. Heating worked well, nice shower. Bed was VERY comfortable. Lots of power points. Upstairs neighbours ran the TV a bit loud; not too late though. One episode of noisy tourist 'youths' in the street outside. Even though it is, for Venice, a quiet side street! Can't be helped I suppose, and didn't last long.
