• erica (10/5): Relaxing and calm environment - It was beautiful look just like the pictures, safe area love the balcony. Just it was kinda far out so make sure you get a rental Car because it’s hard to get a cab driver.

• Pascal Voets (7/5): Modern appartement, maar wordt wel slecht onderhouden. Communicatie met host verloopt bizar. - Recent appartement, met voldoende ruimte. Terras aan de straatzijde om te eten. Er zijn enkele winkels en restaurants in de buurt, maar voor een leuk strand moet je op een totaal andere plaats zijn. Het appartement is gelegen aan een drukke baan. Er is een grote gemeenschappelijke gesloten ruimte om te parkeren met je auto, maar hiervan kun je geen gebruik maken, vermits de eigenaar waarschijnlijk de zender van de poort kwijt is geraakt of niet wilt delen? Het appartement bevindt zich op het eerste verdiep. De lift werkt niet! Het appartement is slecht onderhouden en had een vreemde geur. Tevens was deze amper voorzien van noodzakelijke producten. De aanwezige handdoeken waren reeds vuil. Er was geen wc papier aanwezig. Deze werd na aanvraag aan de host pas na 2 dagen geleverd. Er is ook geen hand- en douchezeep aanwezig om u te wassen, geen keuken handdoek om kleine afwas te doen, 1 grote strand handdoek, de koffiemachine was vol met schimmel, ... Het appartement is zeker niet goedkoop, zeker voor deze prijs verwacht je wel dat de host toch iets meer moeite zou doen dan enkel geld cashen. We hebben meer dan 3 dagen zonder water gezeten door een waterlekkage in de grond, iets wat de host niets aan kan doen. Maar hij had wel op zijn minst enige bezorgdheid kunnen tonen. Hij heeft omtrent deze situatie nooit iets laten horen en ook geen moeite gedaan om eventueel extra bussen/flessen water te brengen. Zelf kreeg hij al een verwittiging per mail van de watermaatschappij dat er een waterlek aanwezig was, maar liet ons niets weten. Dit is al een van de slechtste ervaring van een host welke wij hebben gehad omtrent het huren van een woning.
• João Caetano (8/5): - O apartamento é novo, bonito, muito bem equipado e amplo. Há alguns restaurantes e padarias próximos. O anfitrião Giovanni é muito simpático e educado. O check-in que deveria ser às 15h foi atrasado por conta da limpeza que estava atrasada. Entramos apenas por volta das 15:50. O chão do apartamento estava muito sujo.

• sabine (8/5): Süßes Appartment , modern und bequem mit Allem was man benötigt - Alles prima Wir konnten es nicht finden unter der angegebenen Adresse , der angegebene Name der Residenz kannte nicht mal jemand der im selben Haus wohnt . Man sollte es besser beschreiben , wo es sich befindet !

• Amanda (9/5): Exceptional - I had a really great birthday weekend. The assistant was very helpful, friendly and considerate. The apartment was clean, very modern. My only issue was trying to figuring out how to work the shower 🙂 and that was a me problem. All in all, I would definitely stay here again in the future, hopefully for a longer time. Thanks again
• Hayashi86 (8/5): A bit pricey for what you get - Beautiful and modern apartment, great kitchen equipment, good infrastructure (bakery, pharmacy, small supermarket, restaurants), communication with the landlord, comfortable bed, we could do a late checkout The apartment is located on the main street and it's really noisy. We could hardly use the balcony as the traffic was smelly and loud. However, the bedroom is directed to the backyard, which is quiet. The apartment was unfortunately not 100% clean - we had to clean the toilet and the kitchen table by ourselves. There were ants all over the kitchen during our whole stay. We paid 180€ per night and there was only 1 toilet paper roll and no hand soap at all. After we complained, we received a pack of toilet paper but still had to buy hand soap. Unlike stated in the description, there was no hair dryer.
• Tarika (10/5): Great Stay - Very clean apartment . Host is super friendly and reliable. The location is very quiet and felt safe. There is a bakery downstairs of the apartment - which is very convent for French breakfast.. Location is really convenient and it’s easy to reach Dutch side of SXM
• Nychola (10/5): This place was EVERYTHING needed - The property was really nice, very clean and Gio is AMAZING! The property is on the French side where it’s really quiet. I definitely will book this place again N/A
