• Elvis (1/5): Azure and Booking.com are the biggest scammers - I just liked the pics they posted for the property on Booking.com. Even though I paid full payment mentioned, I didn't get a chance to even step in the property. The owner and booking.com, both are frauds. Ipaid the full payment in advance through booking.com before even checking in. Once I reached the airport and called for a cab to pick me up, the owner said that I have to again pay the same amount again before checking in. After that he said that he has cancelled my booking and I will get the full refund. Same thing booking.com also promised but all through out the booking days it showed I have already checked in whereas I had to look for some other accommodation at the last moment. The owner stopped replying to my messages and didn't even pick up my calls. So if you're planning to stay in Azure, drop the idea because they all are cheats and even never book through booking.com. My hard earned money these people digested without even letting me stay or giving me a refund.

• Anthony (7/5): it was a nice stay overall. clean environment, nice landscape. - easy check-in people at front desk are nice [NO hot Water] owner said that "it does NOT say that hot water is included in description". it also does NOT say "that hot water IS NOT included" all hotels will say when amenities are not included. Is hot water an amenity in the city?? floor was dirty, we had to use towel to clean it again then of course wash towel so not to be charged for stains on towel. You have to pay to use the pool of which I don't remember if it said anything about that. from booking.com description it says balcony, kitchen, garden view, terrace, air conditioning flat screen, view, and HOT TUB, therefore there should be HOT water????? OOPS, I forgot, it stinks under the sink. room Rio 810
