• Elena (10/5): Kleine schöne Wohnung in super Lage - Die Besitzerin war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und hat uns auf unsere Anfrage auch viel früher die Schlüssel übergeben. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Es gbt eine Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und Nespressomaschine. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Insbesondere die Küche hat uns gut gefallen. Die Lage ist optimal. Man kommt in 25 min zu Fuß ins Zentrum. Wir haben unser Auto direkt vor der Tür geparkt ohne Problrme. Es ist eine ganz ruhige wohngegend. nichts

• Susana (9/5): - Me encantó este apartamento. Es nuevo, acogedor y muy bonito. Lleno de luz por unas claraboyas que dan a cielo descubierto. La habitación es en el piso superior. Aire acondicionado arriba y abajo. La cocina completa y el lavabo grande y espacioso con lavadora. Todo 💯 perfecto

• Elizabeth (9/5): Beautiful apartment, clean and comfortable and great host - Super clean, comfortable and spacious. Well equipped with everything we needed to cook with too. Host was lovely and kind enough to meet us to give us the keys, very responsive. Slightly out of the way if you wanted to spend most your time in the centre of the city, but that didn’t limit us. Everything is so walkable. Only issue we had was that the city turned the water off due to works in the middle of our stay, the host informed us of this ahead of time though.

• Csilla (9/5): Superb - Well-equipped, cozy, recently renovated. If you are susceptible to noises, this apartment can be a good choice. Supermarkets are also close. The location. Buses don’t run frequently in Florence and the traffic can be congested during peak hours. Since the apartment is located a bit outside of the city center, we occasionally found it tricky to get home / make it to the center.
• Luigi (10/5): Exceptional - Very kind and flexible host. The apartment is quite large and has a fully equipped kitchen; there is also a washing machine. A bus stop is close by (useful when moving around with luggage), but we otherwise visited the city on foot.

• Luis (10/5): Exceptional - Everything is perfect and in excellent condition, beds are very comfortable and the apartment itself feels like a 5 star hotel, the kitchen has everything one can need, and even some free coffee/tea to enjoy with the Nespresso machine. The bathroom is spot clean and counts with a washing machine with soap that can be used. The only thing that beats the apartment is the owner, outstanding attention, she was aware and attentive to our arrival time, gave us a tour of the apartment and explained everything needed, recommended a couple of places around and downtown, and was fast at responding to questions regarding our stay. I would say there is no better place to stay, bargain for the price. Everything was perfect.

We were family of 4,the apartment has literally everything ,very clean dishes,fridge,dishwasher,washing machine ,cleaning produtcs etc In 35C temperature in this summer days the AC was perfect😊 The area was close to center 20 minutes by walking There was a free parking in the road close to apartment that was a big plus for us. Laura was perfect😊 she responded in a minute everytime when we needed something .She and her friend helped us with everything. Thank you Laura 🤍 We highly recommend! There is nothing that we didn't like!

• Vivianne (5/5): Looks is not everything - It’s spacious and has a lot of light. The furniture is modern. It has potential. The place is not well planned for guest needs, lacks care, no attention to details and I would put a new manager. The kitchen has some pots and pans but still not equipped with the essential things to make even a fried egg. There’s not a spatula and after asking we were told to use a wooden spoon that was there or buy our own. We found leftover food in the freezers and a bottle of some liquid which we didn’t know what it was.) The manager didn’t come to greet us on the first day but sent her bf. He showed us where the things were and how they worked as best he could. And collected the tax money. The manager was temperamental and defensive and insulting. Told us tourists travel with their own personal toiletry. She set her own schedule to come over to bring some cleaning items. The steep stairs leading to the upper room are a hazard. When going upstairs there’s no banister or hand rail to hold unto and you have to duct your head as you enter the loft, so its unsafe plus the loft has a big opening at the headboard of the bed where a child can fall out or something can fall downstairs. The property is not close to any walking restaurants. There’s quite a walk from the street to the property with grocery and you will need to buy things. There’s no clothes dryer nor outside place to hang wet items and we found out wet clothes don’t dry quickly. The provided toiletry is extremely scarce especially bar soap which was the size of a peanut and there was no conditioner or detergent . The shower doesn’t have a place to hang anything or set anything down. Bed downstairs lacks a closet or dresser to put ones clothes or suitcase.
• Friedmann (10/5): I loved my time here. Thank you so much for having me! Would definitely recommend! - The location was perfect for me, a little bit out of the main hustle and bustle. You definitely feel much more like a local, which great food and restaurant options around. The apartment itself was incredibly neat, tidy and spacious with everything that you could possibly need. A full kitchen, washing machine, great shower, AC both downstairs and in the bedroom, lovely skylights, a very quiet building, super comfortable bed and everything to make a very comfortable stay. Super easy check in with great communication. I had to add an extra night at the end last minute, and the host was very generous in allowing this and made this a such a great stay! Will definitely be staying here again on my next visit. Nothing! It was the perfect stay.
• Tatsiana (10/5): Exceptional - The flat was really nice, it had all the necessary appliances and gadgets. The location is also quite convenient, it’s a 20-25 minute walk to the city centre and if you don’t want to walk - you can take the bus. The host was really friendly and helpful :)
• Maryna (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice interior! And we had all we need (coffee machine, conditioner, wash machine and much more). Close to the city centre, we walked every day by foot 25 min, but 2 min from apartment you can find direct tram to the centre. Host was very nice and gave us many advices where to eat near the apartment and how to get to the centre. 100% recommended
