• Liz (8/5): Lovely little flat for a short stay with everything you needed.clise to buses to get about - Very comfy lovely host liked the extra touches like the water that was left for us and some coffee pods Coming in at night the light sensor didn’t work in the corridor which wasn’t the hosts fault but we had to use the torch on our phones to find the apartment

Casa spaziosa con qualche comfort migliorabile - Appartamento davvero molto spazioso e dotato di tutto il necessario per una permanenza, anche prolungata, senza problemi. Il grande bagno diviso in due ambienti consente l'utilizzo a due persone contemporaneamente. La posizione è l'ideale per visitare Livorno e i dintorni, tutti i luoghi di interesse sono raggiungibili a piedi. La gentilezza di Maurizio all'accoglienza è stata esemplare. Il quaderno rosso con i consigli per la permanenza è davvero utile e prezioso: i luoghi dove mangiare che abbiamo scelto da lì sono stati i migliori della nostra esperienza in città. WiFi gratuito, funzionante e veloce. La casa è un po' calda e l'unica esposizione verso il cortile interno, stretto, ne rende difficile il ricambio dell'aria degli ambienti: tutto ciò non invoglia alla permanenza troppo prolungata in casa. Il condizionatore migliora di molto la situazione ma, risultando per questo di fondamentale importanza, sarebbe necessario sistemare almeno il meccanismo delle alette che al momento è bloccato. Il letto matrimoniale è piccolo e non particolarmente comodo. Abbiamo avvertito odori sgradevoli nel palazzo: sul pianerottolo e in ascensore.
• FEDERICO (9/5): Ampiamente consigliato - Ottima sistemazione in centro a Livorno. A causa di un imprevisto abbiamo dovuto posticipare l'orario del nostro arrivo ma il proprietario gentilissimo ci ha aspettato per la consegna delle chiavi e ci ha fornito ottimi consigli sulla zona. L'appartamento è grande e pulito e il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo. Ampiamente consigliato.

• maybelline (7/5): Mi experiencia - Me gusto que es espaciosa muy acogedora, céntrica que en el apartamento habían cositas esenciales para cocinar productos de limpieza a la mano con todos los utensilios esenciales de cocina y baño. Baño espacioso, Con ascensor Bueno no me gustó que hay que pagar un parqueo privado que no está tan cerca del apartamento, Lastimosamente en el tiempo que llegamos nosotros el aire acondicionado perdía agua y tenía que levantarme la noche a limpiar esa agua, (Visto que nosotros llegamos en verano era difícil dormir sin el aire) pero helaba bien.

• Océane Bois (10/5): Idéal pour découvrir Livourne ! - L'appartement est idéalement situé, juste à côté du marché couvert et des rues commerçantes avec café et restaurant ! L'appartement est bien équipé et calme. Un parking couvert pas très cher est à proximité. L'accueil par les propriétaires est agréable celà change des boîtes à clefs ! Je recommande vivement pour un séjour à Livourne 🙂
