• Andreas (7/5): - Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Vermieterin war sehr aufmerksam. Der Zugang zu der Wohnung war sehr speziell. Sie liegt in einem Privathaus in der sechsten Etage. Der Aufzug fährt nur bis zur fünften Etage. Der Meerblick war sehr eingeschränkt durch eine Wand links und rechts.

• Sofia (10/5): Great Stay in Catanzaro Lido - There is an elevator, very handy for luggage. Great view, very clean, spacious, comfortable bed and pillows. Great friendly service, accommodated us arriving at midnight as our flight was delayed. Air-conditioning was a life saver. Balcony with great view of the beach. Everything within walking distance. Would definitely book again. Everything was great, however only thing was not enough bench space in bathroom, everything else was fantastic.

• Svetlana (10/5): Perfect sunny holidays - We sincerely recommend this place to anyone visiting Catanzaro. It’s clean, cozy, and we had a room with a stunning sea view. The train station is just a 10-minute walk away, and the seafront is right across the road. The host is wonderful and very friendly. We especially appreciated having access to a kitchen we could use freely. Everything was perfect!
• Nigel (8/5): Comfortable accommodation although a little remote from Catanzaro. - Very clean. Very modern inside. Shared kitchen facilities useful. Michelle, the host, was very friendly and very helpful, serving us with a good continental breakfast each morning. Within close proximity to the beach which stretches for 100’s meters up the coast. Lido’s dotted along the promenade where you can hire beach beds and umbrellas, or just use the public areas. The BLU Marine suite is situated on the top floor of a residential block (lift available to top floor, but you walk up the next flight to accommodation), of flats and you can park on the street, but it is a bit of a lottery if you’re able to park close to the accommodation block. The location - area is a little run down and mainly residential, but BLU Marine suites are lovely and clean.

• Greg (10/5): Great place near the water - The room is located on the 6th floor with sea views with a large balcony. The room is modern and new. Breakfast was great. The ocean is straight across the road. The street area has a lot of rubbish and graffiti, there is a busted sewer pipe on the road out the front that looks like it’s been like it for a while but the area is very friendly and I wouldn’t let this worry you.
• Gabriella (10/5): We cannot praise this place enough! Everything about it was just lovely. - We loved everything about the Blu Marine. The location is a little outside the Port area where most of the hotels are, but that's a good thing. The beaches at the Port are packed with rows of sun loungers and people.The Blu Marine has a huge, long, quiet stretch of beach right in front of the building. There are a couple of Lido restaurants with sun loungers for hire but we like a bit more space, so Michelle gave us a sun umbrella. All we had to do was cross the road and put it up and jump straight into the sea. We cannot praise this place enough! Everything about it was just lovely. The room and bathroom were spacious and spotlessly clean. The balcony was huge. We were on the 6th floor, so when we stepped out, all we could see was sky and sea. Michelle was so welcoming and friendly. She doesn't speak any English and we have zero Italian so we got by with Google Translate. Her brother Antonio speaks perfect English so if we had anything complicated to ask, we called him on his mobile phone. He couldn't have been kinder. He even offered to book a restaurant when we couldn't find one that was open. The breakfast was simple and delicious. There's a big fridge in the kitchen for water and we could make our own tea and coffee there anytime. We loved this area. It's not just for tourists, people actually live here. It's not pristine but it felt really safe and we much preferred it to the Port area where the rest of our family stayed. There's a great little local pizzeria called Da Ciro just around the corner (6 euro for the best Margherita we've ever had!). And we could walk to a lovely fruit shop and a small supermarket within two minutes. At night time, the promenade was full of people strolling and chatting until midnight. The atmosphere was just magical. Everything was perfect
• Tijs (9/5): Fantastico! - Very clean hotel with very nice owners (brother and sister). They brought me fresh bread, eggs, ham, and cheese in the morning for breakfast. Furthermore, the owner called me to tell me the room was ready because he knew I was in the area early. And the upgrade to the room with the jacuzzi was a nice bonus. Highly recommended!
• Livia (10/5): Great Stay with phenomal View - Perfect View over the Sea. Its brandnew. You can see the Sunrise from the Terrace and the Stars at night. Very good Location, direct at the Beach. There are a lot of Restaurants around, a Fruitshop and a Supermarket are just around the Corner. Parking for Free infront of the House. Very nice owner. If you like Cats, there are some local People just next to the Building, who feed the stray Cats from the Area.
