• Fiona (10/5): Beautiful property, up close animal feeding, wonderful hosts - Grattai Grove is the perfect place to bring your family. The Hillside house did not disappoint with its prime and quiet position overlooking the fields and dams below and backed by green hillside. We came with a 3 generation family and a few nights here is the ultimate way to both relax and explore. The house is modern and cosy, the decor and amenities were gorgeous country sheek. It has everything you need and any bonus aspects that you don't find Norbert will be very happy to help or fix. Plenty of places to admire the vistas - 1 outdoor dining on the back deck, another on the front deck, more seating around the firepit and by the dam. There is an expansive olive grove to wander through and a few dams. It was really lovely to walk around the property. We had daily up close morning animal feeds to the chickens, goats, donkeys, cats, sheep and cows and my daughters favourite was their friendly dog Leo! We were lucky enough to see newborn triplet lambs in our October long weekend stay. And I almost forgot one of the highlights - their wine! They have a variety of wines to taste and the Vermentino and Cab Sauv were favourites! If you're lucky Norbert will set you up on a barrel outside for a sunset tasting on arrival - the best start to our weekend! And we left with a mixed dozen - very happy with our little drop of Grattai Grove to enjoy at home. We all didnt want to leave, we will absolutely come back, we just wish it was a bit closer to Sydney so that we could get there on a standard weekend! Highly recommend! That we had to leave for home 😄

• Nick (10/5): Highly recommended. Our host was fantastic - buy the olive oil! - We stayed in Elm's Den. The accommodation is spacious and clean. Kitchen, bathroom and toilet facilities are all very modern. Views onto the olive grove and vineyards are awesome. To be picky.. be aware there is a gravel road into to property, but it is very well maintained and we had no issues. Watch out for kangaroos when driving at dusk :)

The kids loved exploring the farm and animals, I enjoyed reading - so many comfy locations to choose from, depending upon the weather. Lighting a fire each night and playing board games in the evening. A magical place to reset. Nothing!
