• Kirsi (10/5): - Todella siisti ja viihtyisä kahden makuuhuoneen majoitus. Katolla kivana bonuksena oma terassi mukavine kalusteineen. Hyvät sängyt joskin ehkä hieman lyhyet pidemmälle nukkujalle. Oleskelu-/ruokailutilassa ehkä hieman pieni sohva, varsinkin jos majoitus on neljälle hengelle. Kulmasohva saattaisi parantaa tilannetta.

• Fabienne (10/5): Magnifiiiiiique ❤️ - Nous avons tout aimé le logement est chaleureux bien équipé et la terrasse sublime avec une vue magnifique l’attention qui est apporté avec la bouteille de bulle que nous avons bu sur la terrasse avec cette vue juste extraordinaire c’est certain nous reviendrons mais cette fois plus longtemps nous sommes des jeunes retraités et nous avons maintenant le temps d’en profiter merci tout était parfait 👍

L'appartement était au delà de nos attentes Le propriétaire était très réactif, extrêmement gentil et serviable. Nous avions des réponses à nos questions très rapidement. • Jane (10/5): Fantastic central apartment. - Great central location. Comfortable beds. Well equipped. Wonderful private terrace and a shared one too. Good value. Great communication from host. Loved the welcome Cava. Very well decorated apartment and building. Very clean and well maintained. Would stay here again. Everything was really great. 2 minor things : the sliding bathroom door was very stiff to open and close and more loo roll would have been good to start off with. Didn’t stop us having a fantastic time.
• Elliott (9/5): Fantastic stay, excellent location, plenty of memories made, would definitely stay here again - Location was excellent, apartment was nice and clean and tidy. Roof terrace was fantastic with great views. Beds although comfortable were a little squeaky at night when you turned, as they must be almost like pop up beds. The kick board by the dishwasher came out when you opened the door and when you push it back with your toe it’s relatively sharp. Sofa in lounge wasnt very big for a few people in the same room and was stained under sheet that covered it. This may just be me being picky. Also there were a few lights not working or bulbs flickering, and some are too bright for certain areas. As an electrician myself I can appreciate when the correct colour lighting is used in the right rooms/areas.
• Adam (8/5): Idealne na dwudniowy wypad na zwiedzanie Alicante. - Taras na dachu przypisany tylko do tego apartamentu, zabezpieczenia i bezpieczeństwo w budynku, Okno w kuchnio- salonie wychodziło na ogólnodostępny i dość uczęszczany taras. Mała kanapa w tymże pomieszczeniu i dla mnie trochę za krótkie łóżko.

• KaroliOla (10/5): - Great location, right in the heart of the old town - basically a 5-minute walk to all the most important points in the old town, including the castle, as well as the beautiful beach. Clean and comfortable rooms, an amazing rooftop terrace with a view of the castle and much of the old town - a second terrace next to the living room, and a well-equipped kitchen. I liked everything:)

• Carl (8/5): You won't be disappointed - Excellent location right in a busy area but quiet still. Nice terrace overlooking rooftops and a view of the castle mountain. This is the fourth floor so if you don't like stairs this might not be for you. If I had dislikes I think I would be nitpicking the overall apartment which was great.

• Silke (10/5): Traumhafte Unterkunft, sauber mit sensationeller Dachtertasse! - Die Unterkunft liegt perfekt um Alicante zu besichtigen. Restaurants, Bars, Strand sowie Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fussläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung liegt im 5. Stock (Ohne Aufzug). Das Treppenhaus ist vom Eingang bis nach oben top gepflegt und sauber. Es gibt eine Terasse für alle Mietunterkünfte des Hauses die wunderschön ist und zum verweilen einlädt und zum Penthouse gehört noch eine separate Dachterasse, die neben einer Wahnsinns Aussicht perfekt zum ausklingen des Tages einlädt. Das Penthouse an sich ist top eingerichtet und wie der Rest des Hauses super sauber. Der Gastheber ist immer zu erreichen und absolut freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für die, die es bequem mögen besteht die Möglichkeit sich Essen (z.B Frühstück) und Getränke vom Gastgeber liefern zu lassen. Alles in allem war es ein perfekter Aufenthalt und bei einem erneuten Besuch von Alicante würde ich immer wieder diese Unterkunft nutzen wollen.

It was a shame we only had one night; could have spent a week easily. - In a fantastic location with only a short walk to the harbour, vibrant streets and squares on your doorstep without being loud or intrusive. The rooftop terrace made it easy for one or two of us to catch up and have a drink without disturbing other guests who had decided to sleep. Fully kitted out kitchen, welcome bottle of cava, automated entry, well finished, clean, tidy. I can’t really fault it.
• Sarah (10/5): Last minute break and we had the best time in the most beautiful apartment. - Excellent location and beautifully designed apartment with an amazing private rooftop terrace which had stunning views. The beds were really comfortable and the whole apartment was spotless. We have stayed in several apartments in the city and this was easily my favourite. The host was really friendly and helpful and I’m looking forward to staying there again. Nothing.

• Frances (10/5): The apartment was wonderful, clean, modern and comfortable. The location and roof terrace highlights - The location was amazing, right in the middle of the old town. Close to good restaurants and palm tree lined square. The apartment was super clean and modern with all we needed to make meal and drinks. The bedrooms and bed were very comfortable and the bathroom luxurious. The building, entrance and stairways were was beautifully decorated with great floor tiles and even with Xmas tree in the hall. The very best part was the amazing private roof terrace where we enjoyed breakfast and lunch even in January, with a tremendous view over the roofs of the old town and the castle above us. The host Nicolas was very generous and went out of his way to help us. We would definitely return. Thank you for our special time in Alicante. We loved it all but if the weather had been cooler and we had to be inside more the living area was a little small.
• Jane (10/5): Fabulous apartment, great communication from the host and amazing views. - Beautiful apartment fitted to a high standard with everything you need for a stay. We loved the roof terrace and the views of the castle were stunning. Central with restaurants all around, 5 minutes walk to the beach and easy to get to the tram should you wish to venture further afield. Would definitely recommend and had a wonderful short stay. Not a complaint as did not bother us but there are a number of flights of stairs to the property and no lift so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
• Kris (10/5): Overall, it was a great experience. - It is a new and cozy apartment with a great and accessible location; the owner was helpful. No lift and hot water is provided from the shared water tank; if the hot water runs out, the guests have to wait.
• Kristin (10/5): Exceptional - We had a wonderful stay at this stylish apartment. Absolutely loved the private terrace which we found one flight of stairs up from our apartment. We could enjoy the December sun as long as the sun was up, and had both breakfast and lunch up there :) Quiet neighborhood, while still super close to bars and restaurants, and the beach.
