Comoda la presenza dei due bagni ognuno dei quali fornito di tre rotoli di carta igienica e di phon La pulizia dell'appartamento... lenzuola e asciugamani presentavano delle macchie e sul pavimento erano presenti capelli e batuffoli di polvere

• George (7/5): The location was very good ,the host great but needs some work inside the appartment - The location next to the train-metro main station was very convenient. Also the host was very friendly and helpfull The house is ok but it Needs better maintenance in several spots.

• Emilie (9/5): - Le logement correspond à la description et est bien situé pas loin de la gare. La propriétaire est très facilement joignable et a été arrangeante. Très bon séjour. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de sel, poivre, huile à disposition.
• Alain (6/5): Bien placé, manque confort. - L’emplacement près de la gare et du centre ville. Les literies, la petitesse des chambres, les cafés restaurants sous l’appartement qui est au premier étage car il y a du bruit notamment le soir.

• Po Hung (9/5): Great value apartment for a family stay - Great location as it’s just minutes away from Madrid train station, good wifi, has everything you need for a small 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms apartment. Instructions were cleared on how to check in and check out. Host was very responsive as we had some issues with the toilet at night and they responded within 15 minutes and arranged someone the next day to come and fix the issue. Nothing

• Miglena (8/5): Appartment with a great location for a short stay - The property has a great location and it was spacious, and clean. We were 6 people and I really wouldn’t recommend the property for more than 4 persons. Although there are enough rooms, the beds are quite small for two grown adults to share. There were no pillow cases and even though we contacted the property manager about it, and we were told someone will drop by and bring them, this never happened.
• Chris (5/5): Proximity to train station was best thing we could say. - The location was right beside the train station. And a taxi row as well. There were 2 bathrooms. Both nicely finished. Beds uncomfortable. Duvet with no cover, sheets very thin and scratchy. Bedrooms dark and small. Couch and chair filthy and stained. Gnat infestation. Came back after 2 days to 200 dead gnats on floor in front of window and all over yellow chair. Gnats in bathrooms also. Building entrance was mopped daily and clean. But it smelled strongly of boiled cabbage daily. Some charming areas near by but not this street. We never felt unsafe.

• Ian (7/5): Apart from ‘no hot water’ problem the apartment was well situated,spacious and clean - Location of property fitted in with our plans when visiting friends in Madrid Owners advised us of electricity power cut for few hours which was okay BUT after that we didn’t have hot water for 2days showers, being family of 5 this was not an ideal situation evenalthough we contacted owners to help fix problem……lucky for them we are relaxed people! Hopefully problem fixed before next letting.

• Robert (9/5): Great location, clean, would definitely stay here again. - The location was perfect for us. Right outside the Atocha train station for day trips or leaving Madrid. There is also a metro stop right there in the station. Even being by the train station the neighborhood felt safe. The apartment was clean, has a washer, kitchen and plenty of room. We are a family of 5. The internet worked well. There is a small grocery store not far away for the quick things you need to pick up when you are traveling with kids. There is a TV but we didn't use it. It has two bedrooms and a living room with a sofa. The living room also has a table (comfortably fits 4). It was nice weather outside so we could open the windows when we wanted to let in fresh air. We were nervous at first because the front hall when you first come in was a little dirty and smelly, however, once you go in the apartment it is very clean and nice. We mentioned we were a family of 5 when we registered but there were only 4 towels when we got there and no where to get extra towels, though with the kids it was not a problem. Would like to have a separate lock that I could lock myself on the front door. The door stays locked but it is also a remote lock. We always felt safe but it would be nice.
