Martin (10/5): Comfort, style and friendly - The hotel is done to a very high standard. The owner can’t do enough for you and is very friendly. The room had everything needed including the usual tea and coffee, biscuits even cereal bars. Also included soaps and shower stuff clean white fluffy towels too! The only thing I could say I didn’t like was the pressure in the shower wasn’t great BUT it’s serviceable.

Jade (10/5): Excellent stay - Excellent stay at hotel neon. We didn’t want to stay in a standard Blackpool b&b but also didn’t want to pay over the odds for an hotel, hotel neon absolutely delivered! Exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated and very friendly hosts. Would definitely stay here again! Very limited parking on site however there is a car park only a few minutes walk away. Nothing!

Andrew (10/5): - I liked everything about the hotel. Having stayed in Blackpool many times, this experience was far and above any other accommodation. Absolutely immaculate and tastefully designed. Bedroom facilities were amazing with quality products, both toiletries and standard of coffee, biscuits, water, fresh milk, turn down serve with chocolates and much more. The bar and lounge area are beautifully designed, and the bar has a lovely feel to it with high end drinks and plenty of choice. Above all the owner makes the difference, he couldn't do enough to make sure all of us were comfortable, and went above and beyond. Reasonably priced, absolutely first class. Thank you Billy. See you next time. I don't have one single thing to say. Absolutely perfect. Thank you.

Caroline (10/5): Just a delight! - Beautifully presented, very clean and comfortable rooms with clouds for pillows. Billy’s attention to detail is second to none. From the bed time chocolate (yes please) and the sacred stash of Yorkshire Tea, real coffee bags and what might be the most majestic spring water ever bottled, the Hotel Neon is a keeper! Nothing!

Whittle (10/5): Best hotel in Blackpool - Stayed at a few different places in Blackpool and by far this has been our favourite place we have stayed at! Modern clean comfortable rooms, the owner is so welcoming even going above and beyond with a birthday card & bottle of wine waiting in the room such a nice gesture that he didn't need to do but it goes a long way 😊 unfortunately we had something booked and couldn't spend any time in the bar which we will definitely make sure we do next time as it was lovely! Thankyou again for a nice night away it was very much needed.

From the pre-arrival welcome message, to the evening turndown service, everything was wonderful. The in-room tea and coffee (including snacks etc.) were replenished daily. The room was stunningly decorated and the onsite bar/lounge had a fabulous atmosphere. I would genuinely recommend Hotel Neon to anyone visiting Blackpool, I will definitely be going back!

Jaykay1983 (10/5): BEST STAY IN BLACKPOOL - Stayed here Saturday and had an amazing time. The hotel itself was wonderfully thought out and it was immaculately clean. Billy was the best host and was great to have a chat with him and a few drinks down at his bar. Any time we're back in Blackpool this will definitely be the only place we look to stay now. Genuinely can't rate the place high enough. Nothing at all. No faults whatsoever.

The room was excellent, very tastefully decorated and looked like it had just been done. The whole hotel was the same standard too, we sat downstairs in the nice bar and had a drink. The owner couldn't have been more helpful, really friendly guy. We were going to a comedy night near the tower and the hotel was in the perfect position. I would definitely recommend it for a nice night away. No negatives to mention.

Sally (10/5): A beautiful gem of a hotel - My husband and I have just returned from a 3 night stay at Hotel Neon and I have to say what a beautiful place, Billy the owner certainly has a very good eye for decor, it was so lovely. He keeps every part of the hotel immaculate and really does look after his guests...he turned our bed down every night and left little chocolates on our pillows, such a lovely touch. He was always very helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Thank you so much xx

Simply the best accommodation we have ever stayed in in Blackpool. It's new, stylish, the room was beautiful and comfortable and the owner was very friendly. There's a well stocked bar with plenty of choice and very reasonable prices. The decor is beautiful and it's in a great location, a couple of minutes walk to Funny Girls and other bars including Ma Kelly's. We even got a discount card from Billy (the hostess with the mostess) to use at various bars and attractions. Then there were the lovely little touches like a bottle of water and pack of tissues on the bedside cabinets; tea, coffee; milk; kettle; biscuits; ear plugs; toiletries and a chocolate mint on our pillows! Book and you won't be disappointed!

Chelsea (10/5): Amazing! - Had a beautiful stay, quite possibly the best hotel we’ve stayed in! With the comfiest beds too🙈 only stayed for 2 nights and he went above and beyond cleaning the room inbetween, topping up our biscuits😋 and helping us out with where to eat etc. Was worried about booking for Blackpool when looking around, but I’d stay here over and over! The bar also, is open all day until about 11pm so you can go and get drinks whenever you like, but there’s next to no loud noise if your in your room from the bar! It was that cosy we got in bed with a film every night🤣 it was great :) also only about a 3 min walk from the beach, with benches where we sat and watched the sunset before bed both nights! Loved it all.
