Elisabeth (8/5): Amazing hotel with a great view but recommended to people traveling with cars. - Extremely friendly staff and a spectacular view of Fuji. The breakfast was delicious and the onsen was very nice. Our room was spacious and always perfectly cleaned! I really loved the hotel but it’s honestly very remote with only a few buses running throughout the day so it was quite difficult to navigate. You have to walk quite a bit to reach the restaurants in the area and many of them have off days. The last bus is also quite early so getting back from dinner can be a challenge. It would have been nice to get more detailed info on the shuttle connecting the hotel with Gotemba station beforehand, especially, because there aren’t any on Mondays which is when we arrived. From the description, it sounded like there are shuttles every day throughout the whole day. I would recommend staying there if you have your own car. Otherwise you end up with quite a bit of additional expenses when taking taxis.

Isabelle (10/5): Fantastic view of Mt Fuji - We stayed in the Japanese style room with onsen and Fuji view. It was a beautiful, huge set of rooms with a fantastic view. The lady who checked us in was really helpful and made our futon beds up for us while we went to dinner. The hot spring bath was amazing! We also enjoyed dinner at the restaurant and breakfast (both charged extra but worth it). There is a shuttle bus available to the hotel from the train station but we used taxis which were not expensive. Nothing.

Anne (10/5): Un séjour magnifique et nous y reviendrons. - L'hôtel offre une vue panoramique sur le mont Fuji (depuis notre chambre, le restaurant, la halle, l’onsen …), vraiment magnifique. Le petit déjeuner est de façon française et délicieux. J’ai cru comprendre que l’eau de l’onsen est naturelle, en tout cas, c’est très agréable et très douce. Un peu loin du centre de ville ( commerces), mais ce point a été récompensé largement par son entour très naturel et la belle vue magnifique sur le mint Fuji.

You will be mesmerized of the room views, relaxing Onsens, and Breakfast and Dinner options. The hotel is regularly visited by locals and few tourists reach this gem. Highly recommend!!! LIU (5/5): - 部屋が広いです。価格対効果に難あり、冬の宿泊は注意が必要です 2.8万円（一泊2名）という価格は富士山エリアとしては妥当に思えましたが、実際の宿泊体験は期待を大きく下回りました。主な不満点： 1. 無断での部屋変更事前の連絡なく、到着時に部屋が変更されていました。最初に予約した部屋の特徴（眺めなど）を期待していた方には不満が残る対応です。 2. 設備の問題 · エアコンが効かない：冬期では室内が暖まらず、快適さの根本が損なわれます。 · 窓から隙間風：寒さが増し、外の音も入りやすかったです。 · 冷蔵庫なし：飲み物や食品の保管ができず不便でした。 · 照明スイッチの不便：スイッチが入口にしかなく、就寝時に毎回起きて消灯する必要があります。 · 内側から鍵が掛からない：ドアにチェーンはあるものの、内部ロックがなく不安な一夜を過ごしました。 3. 動線と防寒面の問題 2階の部屋は駐車場に直結しており、エレベーター降りてから一度室外（駐車場廊下）を通らないとホテル内廊下に入れません。風呂上がりに外気にさらされるのは非常に寒く、体調が心配でした。 4. 防音性の低さ廊下で他の客室の会話が聞こえ、プライバシーや静寂性に欠けます。唯一の良点： · 富士山の眺め：条件が良ければ景色を楽しめますが、上記の課題と天秤にかける必要があるでしょう。

Monika (8/5): Beautiful Fuji views and spacious rooms - The Fuji view was really rewarding! Most spacious rooms throughout our Japan trip that we definitely enjoyed! Onsen experience is a must! A bit outdated room design.
XIAOCHEN (10/5): - The hotel staff were really friendly and welcoming. Since the hotel is located in the mountains, the surroundings are peaceful and quiet. It's also super close to Gotemba Premium Outlets. Overall, I had a great experience—if I come back to the Fuji area for shopping again, I'd totally stay here again!

Birger (9/5): Favorite hotel in Japan! - The meal at your restaurant for dinner is my FAVORITE every year. The onsen overlooking Fuji was the reason we first booked, but the meals are what sets you all apart entirely. The front desk staff have always been extremely kind. The room was huge! The room we booked could have benefitted from a Western-style bed, and it certainly has the room for it. Having someone at the spa on Mondays would have been great for our stay as well, since we could not use that service this year due to our Monday-Tuesday stay.
Hui Yee (9/5): Amazing stay near Gotemba Premium Outlets with friendly staff and view of Mount Fuji - The staff was really helpful and humorous. It made my stay so much better. The facilities are a little dated, you can tell that it's not a new hotel, but it has its charm. I stayed in the Japanese western room and had the view of Mount Fuji right in front of me. The included breakfast was a balanced meal with salad and yogurt, and it was served to your table. The hotel stay was well worth it.

MASAKO (7/5): 又、リベンジしよ‼️ - 自分の愛用している、水💦がおいてあって嬉しかったです。スタッフの方が優しかったです夕食、朝食とても美味しかったです施設と言うよりは回りの木🌲が育ちすぎて景色がちょっと、天候が悪くて富士山が見えなかったのが残念でした😢
Valerie (6/5): Spacious rooms - nice onsen - Rooms are very spacious and clean. Onset is very nice with an outdoor bath. Furniture a bit outdated. Not best value for money.
