• Azat (10/5): Gerne wieder! - Ich war nicht zum ersten Mal hier – das spricht für sich: eine gemütliche Wohnung in guter Lage, modern eingerichtet, und sehr freundliche Gastgeber, die sich immer über wiederkehrende Gäste freuen. Es gab nichts zu bemängeln.
• Karolina (10/5): Polecamy - Bardzo czyste, ładnie urządzone mieszkanie. Wyposażone we wszystko co niezbędne. Dobra lokalizacja. Bardzo miły kontakt z właścicielami/obsługą.

• Galina (10/5): - Alles war perfekt: die saubere Wohnung, die Lage und die Gastgeberin.
• Janine (9/5): Tolle Wohnung - Die Schlüsselübergabe hat reibungslos geklappt. Wir durften auch eine Stunde früher in die Wohnung. Die Wohnung hat ein schönes großes Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, reicht vollkommen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung war sehr gut. Lidl war gleich nebenan, aber auch andere Supermärkte sind in der Umgebung. Wir kommen gern wieder.
• Махорина (10/5): - Прекрасное расположение, очень чисто, есть абсолютно всё необходимое. Бываем в Карловых Варах часто по делам, это лучшие апартаменты за последние пол года. Попали сюда на Пасху, очень хорошо отпраздновали. Отдельное спасибо за большое количество посуды. Это удобно, если много готовишь сам. Так же есть стиралка и сушка, что очень важно. Возникли небольшие проблемы с выбросом мусора. Но это не отразилось на рейтинге)))

• Valeriia (10/5): - Все було дуже чудово . Дуже велика та простора квартира, нас було 5 і молодший син був в захваті від ліжка нагорі ))) в квартирі було все необхідне. Нам все дуже сподобалось. До центру пішки приблизно 10 хв , так само до музею Бехеровка

• Petr (10/5): - Vkusně zařízený pokoj, velmi pohodlné postele, všude čisto a perfektně uklizeno. Není co vytknout. Klidná lokalita s ideální dostupností ke všemu.

• Marzena (9/5): Pobyt bardzo udany. Chętnie odwiedzę to miejsce ponownie. - Przestronny Apartament, z miejscem parkingowym w garażu podziemnym. Dwie sypialnie, wygodne łóżka, duża łazienka. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Blisko do najważniejszych atrakcji miasta, które jest przepiękne. Z pewnością polecę znajomym i rodzinie Blisko do Lidla. Trochę było zimno w apartamencie. Mała przestrzeń w salonie z aneksem kuchennym. Były tylko 2 kubki do herbaty. trochę mało, bo apartament może pomieścić 7 osób. Zmywarka byłaby dużym udogodnieniem. To niewielkie minusy. Pobyt oceniam bardzo dobrze.

• Natali (9/5): - Wir waren von der Wohnung begeistert; sie bietet alles, was wir für einen Urlaub brauchen. Ein Lidl ist nur 3-4 Minuten entfernt, was sehr praktisch ist. Ein großes Plus ist der Parkplatz, der sich in einer parallel verlaufenden Straße in wenigen Gehminuten Entfernung befindet. Die Kolonnaden sind etwa 20 Minuten entfernt, was für uns ebenfalls ein großer Vorteil ist, da wir gerne spazieren gehen. Insgesamt war unser Kurzurlaub ein voller Erfolg. Ich möchte mich ganz besonders bei Yana für ihre schnelle Antwort, ihre Gastfreundschaft und ihre Fürsorge bedanken. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Uns hat besonders das moderne Design der Wohnung gefallen – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Küche ist schön groß und sogar mit einem Backofen ausgestattet, was super ist. Auch die Lage ist top: Ein Lidl ist direkt in der Nähe (perfekt fürs Frühstück) und es gibt viele gute Restaurants und Cafés fußläufig. Auch Parkplätze haben wir problemlos gefunden. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Die Dusche ist undicht, das Wasser fließt raus und bildet große Pfützen (die Tür sollte nach ihnen und nicht nach außen aufgehen). Die Türen zwischen den Räumen sind viel zu niedrig, die Türen schleifen am Boden (bald sind die Türen und Böden kaputt!). Im Bad in der Duschkabine gibt’s mehrere Löcher in den Wänden, das sieht nicht fertig und billig aus.

• Monika (10/5): Alles perfekt! - Alles sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Maisonette-Wohnung war für unsere Tochter das Highlight. Super Lage, Parkplatz direkt in der Nähe. Sehr freundliche und gute Kommunikation. Alles top und sehr empfehlenswert. Wir werden wieder kommen.

• Florian (9/5): Sehr schöne Unterkunft in Karlsbad - Schön renovierte Zimmer in einen Wohnungsblock, liegt zwar neben den Gleisen aber man hört nichts. Zimmer sind groß und die Ausstattung (IKEA) ist in Ordnung. Man läuft nur ein paar Minuten in die Stadt, Lidl ist direkt ums Eck.

• Dennis (9/5): Comftable appartment in a good location. Definetly worth the stay. - Communication with the hosts was flawless. Very nice decor, very spaceous. 4 beds for 2 people! The living room with the nice, big TV and a signed in Netflix account were a big plus! Although not directly in the old-town centre, it was only a few minutes away by foot. The Lidl and Kebab store just around the corner were a nice touch. For the additional cleaning fee shown in the booking we expected it to be a fair bit cleaner. But overall it was all fine!

We enjoyed the location since we could walk to the town center in 15-20 minutes and there is a Lidl only two blocks away. This place is a great option for visiting KV.

• Seungyoun (9/5): Superb - The apartment was beautiful. It’s not easy to find a family room with a large bed and plenty of space, but this one exceeded our expectations. One of the rooms was even a duplex, which the kids absolutely loved. Although the parking lot wasn’t directly in front of the building, it was great to have access to an indoor parking space. Being able to connect to YouTube and Netflix was also a huge plus—it kept the kids entertained while we were at home, and of course, the adults enjoyed it too! One thing that surprised me a bit was that all three amenity dispensers in the bathroom were empty. I only realized there was no shampoo when I started showering, but luckily, I had brought my own and was able to use that.

• Valeriia (10/5): Perfect! - These were wonderful, clean, and new apartments with a perfect location near the thermal baths and the city center, where the best restaurants and museums are gathered. A separate plus was the dryer in the apartment, as we went skiing, and our outfits dried quickly. A pleasant bonus was the sweets and the coffee machine with coffee. A special thank you for the bouquet of flowers in the vase. We will definitely come back here!

The host Julia was so helpful and the apartment was super clean and nice. Also it was very quiet which made it a very enjoyable stay. We were very happy with our stay at the apartment. The only complaint we had was that the drain of the shower wasn't working properly. We reported the issue and I'm sure it has been fixed.
