Guest Reviews
- Benen (6/5): - Decent complimentary breakfast, clean facilities. There was an event or something going on at the neighboring building that shares a parking lot with this hotel. It was almost impossible to find parking when we arrived.
- Jessica (4/5): Overpriced for what the room was - Listing said there is a restaurant and bar. There is no restaurant at all. Just the standard, self-serve free breakfast at today's economy hotels. The bar consisted of a small area next to the breakfast area- with ~ 10 bottles of liquor. However, no tonic or club soda and no vodka or wine. I was offered a coke to go with gin instead of the tonic I requested. Almost funny but I like to have a cocktail at the bar at the EOD. This was a total misrepresentation.
- Shawn (6/5): Just ok - Location is basically a older hotel that renovations have started on. Partially finished. It was ok, but probably would not stay there again Limited parking
- Kayla (9/5): -
- Kenneth (10/5): -
- Linda (10/5): Clean, comfortable accommodations. - The woman at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. Pulling up to the exterior of the hotel was not very welcoming.
- Ameen ali (10/5): -
- Alee (7/5): Overall - likable - Location - good Breakfast did not look good.
- Juan (10/5): -
- Frank (1/5): My last time there - Th beds and bathroom The property needs focus in cleaning, floors dirty, elevator floor needed repair , lobby was hot not air

- Dhyareon (10/5): Great place & felt safe - Very nice staff and clean… my bed smelled really good like fresh laundry
- yanna (10/5): -
- Robert (5/5): Mediocre and not encouraging future stays - Wasn't much to offer nothing to add here No microwave in the rooms and the fire alarms kept going off. I was stay mor then two night and I would have gone to another hotel. It was repeated. In a storm as well, the staff should have dealt with it since it was the same room.
- Dayana (8/5): - La habitación super cómoda y limpia. El hotel también El desayuno
- Amanda (5/5): - Bed was comfortable at firat glance was clean. No parking, loud music till 2 am, getting woken up for a fire alarm with no explanation, aunts all over. View of the walking dead building.
- George (4/5): - I liked the shape of the hotel how the roads were close together food was magnificent. Hotel was overall was good and treatment was well. There was nothing I disliked

- Mike (4/5): - Location Too many lights shining in and could hear people talking and slamming doors all night.
- Kevin (2/5): No parking when event center full -
- Gala (9/5): -
- Royce (1/5): Room was small and not very clean - Didn’t use Didn’t use
- SnowFlake16 (3/5): If you like moldy pillows ... STAY HERE! - The bed was comfortable and the prop was fairly easy to locate. We had two pillows that were covered in mold/mildew and unfortunately did not find these until we slept on them. Staff was unbothered and I'm sure it was due to them not waking up disgusted as heck. Also, there was ZERO parking due to some kids thing and the building next door. Hotel parking was not protected for hotel guests, making us walk and park far away.

- David (10/5): -
- Troy (10/5): -
- Elaine (5/5): Ok - It was clean and private, located between a demolition hotel and a business with no activity. No microwave in the room, and the heat and air are controlled by the staff. Even though you have a thermostat in your room. I had to message them while there letting them know i was cold because the heat was not coming on and i had it set to 78 and it was below 70 in the room. I was on third floor so it got cold . Once i said something it was almost like they turned on the heat for me to control.
- miyoshi McGuire (7/5): - The bed They didnt have good breakfast options just some gravy and 2 high sugar content cereal. The pancake machine was not a good option. I dont think my room had a microwave. You had to go to the lobby to heat food and there was no ice machine on the floor I was on.
- Kamyia (7/5): -
- NICHOLAS (8/5): -
- Tiarra (5/5): It was decent - The lobby My room had plumbing issues and streaming services wasn’t available
- Travis (2/5): it was a dirty unwelcoming environment - nothing floors and tables were dirty and grimy. The elevator floors were coming apart, hallways were cold, fire doors didnt stay open and staff was had no personality.
- Menachem (9/5): Really enjoyed my stay. Perfect location for where and what I needed to do, just off the interstate - Staff was very attentive, friendly, and helpful! The only "negative" which really was an inconvenience, was over the weekend there was an event at the conference center right next too the hotel, and thus it is a bit hard to find parking during the day.
Perhaps a few spots reserved for hotel guests only?
- Kenneth (4/5): Nice place, terrible location, no sleep, won’t tetirn - Clean, nice staff Entertainment facility that play concert until 12:30am with airport drop off at 4:30 next morning. No parking due event at the entertainment venue located next to hotel. Very nice hotel, terrible location when visit coincided with event. Regrettably, won’t return!
- CE (1/5): - n/a We found the rooms stifling, with extremely high humidity in the common areas /rooms. This hotel needs a central air system instead of wall units, which don't do anything for the room humidity. The handicap room is just a room with a roll-in shower and a very low bed, little room to move a wheelchair around.
- Sheri (9/5): -
- Gavin (10/5): - Everything it was great.
- Charles (7/5): Stay was comfortable. - Located near food and local attractions Still new and nothing to do at the property. Very small lobby
- Billy (9/5): -
- Anthony (4/5): Overall, really nice but the front desk people just sit there and play on their phones and when you need them, then you - How clean and polite the front desk was How when I got hurt there I could not find nobody. I called front desk. Couldn’t talk to nobody. I had to call corporate to get somebody to come and document how
- Hampton-El (10/5): -
- Carolyn (1/5): My stay was not to my liking or standards at all. - Nothing. Not clean, no signs of regular maintenance.
- Fabiola (10/5): -
- Bernita (7/5): It was clean, but the deposit was way too high and it’s under construction. It wasn’t near any restaurants. - It was extremely clean and updated It had extremely large deposit for my stay and it’s been over five days and I still haven’t received my deposit back. So if you’re gonna stay there and you might wanna keep that in mind that they hold your deposit for probably seven days or more. The breakfast was basic.
- Huizenga (4/5): Not a great couple of nights - Clean, comfortable bed Need darkening shade for window on 3rd floor with a bright light outside.
Breakfast was cold

- Ryan (7/5): -
- Phyllis (10/5): Nice over night stay. - The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Great nice sleep. The shower floor was very slippery and we almost fell. We put a towel on the shower floor so that we wouldn't slip.
- Bates (7/5): -
- Keianna (8/5): -
- Alan (10/5): - Change breakfast options so everyday isn’t the same.
- Jacque (6/5): Clean but disappointed in the breakfast. - Lobby was very nice. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was disappointing and the room we stayed in needs a facelift.
- Angel Luis (10/5): - It was great, staff wonderful
- Theresa (10/5): What hotel has to offer - Very nice hotel large rooms clean bright great staff courteous and helpful close to restaurants only problem, don't expect much for breakfast selection is sparse
- Maria (10/5): -
- Andrea (10/5): - Clean room, great breakfast
- Monica (3/5): -
- Katelyn (4/5): - There was a bunch of kids playing soccer outside the hotel around all the parked cars, with no supervision. Not to mention; that’s a huge liability if they hit someone’s car. The place was not cleaned properly. It said they’d change the sheets and towels daily, and that was NOT the case. Overall, a very sad experience. Not at all like advertised.
- Lisa (6/5): Place to sleep.. - Room smelled of stale smoke when we walked in. But nice room needing more updates (shower base had hole/crack) but bed was comfortable. There was security outside to be sure we had parking. The pounding music from the gathering next door went on for hours! Very annoying when your trying to get some rest.
- Sarah (4/5): - Both Friday and Saturday night loud music played at the convention next door until 1:30. People all out in the parking lot. Very hard to sleep. Then EVERY time we got clean towels......they weren't clean!! Black hairs all on them. Very gross. Just very disappointed with the hotel itself.
- Christine (10/5): - Neat, clean, quiet spot on the east side of Louisville. Easy access to I-64 and I-264. Staff was very helpful and pleasant.
- Latonia (8/5): - No but I'm driving distance
- Matt (10/5): - Very friendly staff enjoyed the visit here will come back
- Harvey (10/5): Fine hotel in area needing renovation. - The staff was friendly and helpful. Nice interior of hotel that appears recently updated. While room was clean, general travel places, breakfast area and elevators, needed prompter care. Hotel not in the best location. While convenient to major roadways, properties in the under major renovation.

- Pedro A (10/5): - Dffg
- charles (10/5): - Lots of construction but very nice place...
- Robert (6/5): - Outside of the two parties that went on till 1 am next door, the fire alarm being pulled on Saturday morning and the shower above our room leaking….
Would not recommend. The breakfast was garbage too!
- Kaitlyn (10/5): - Had to wait 10 minutes when i arrived just for help but would still recommend
- Martha (10/5): -
- Kelly (9/5): - Friendly staff. Room was nice and spacious. No towel bars in the bathroom. Pillows went flat too easily. It would be nice to have a microwave in the room.
- Mark (6/5): - The beds are way too low!
- Michael (9/5): Convenient and clean! - The location was easy to get to, and it was close to everything that we wanted to visit. The hotel room was clean and very comfortable with accommodation for my walking disabilities. The room didn't have a microwave, and the one we found was under the coffee counter near the front desk. This was finally found on my second day.
- Jeff (10/5): Great stay clean comfortable room - Clean wonderful staff Parking is a little tight when full
- Melissa (8/5): - They were renovating part of the hotel and there wasn't much parking. Kinda sketchy surroundings. Also in the morning it was hard to sleep the house keeping kept slamming doors and I think our room was right next to the laundry room because there was lots of noise.
- cheryl (8/5): - Staff was great. The beds were super comfortable. The free breakfast was good but wish it had eggs available. Abandoned hotel building next door was an eyesore, but it didn’t bother me that much.
- Belma (10/5): -
- erica (10/5): -
- Nicole (2/5): Disappointed - I read reviews that were posted this month and felt confident in my booking. I arrived to this hotel attached to an abandoned (boards on windows) hotel that I hoped was only an eye sore but I did see some homeless people coming out/hanging out. I was on this trip alone with my teen (mom & daughter) did not feel safe. Looking out our room window was facing this abandoned boarded up building. Each floor had bad staining on the carpets in the hallways but our room was clean. We ended up finding another place to stay. Staff was very nice and located by a lot of great restaurants.
- Brandon (10/5): - Not good with party going on all night next door
- John (10/5): - This is half the prices of the downtown hotels. free sausage and gravy pancake and yogurt breakfast. Will stay again. $100 security deposit was a surprise!
- Muhibb (10/5): - The property manager, was extremely kind and helpful! She should get a raise and promotion
- natasha (10/5): -
- Wade (10/5): - Every one was very nice and helpful
- Christopher (2/5): - I brought my favorite pillow with me to the property and left without it. I called the property and they said they did not find it. Which means that someone stole it
- Theresa (6/5): - I thought the breakfast would have protein options
- Raedeidra (8/5): -
- Mary (10/5): - The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast options were great. We loved the four nights we stayed there, and we will be back and will be recommending the hotel to our friends and family.
- Jonathon (9/5): -
- Piumi (10/5): - Worth the money!
