• Maria Ines (9/5): Ubicación Inmejorable! - La ubicación excelente, en plena Plaza Santa Cruz. Las instalaciones impecables y funcionales. Tenía todo lo necesario para una excelente estadía. Ventanas a la calle.Éramos una familia de 4 personas que estuvimos muy cómodos allí. Todo estuvo bien. Solo deberían dejar café/ té de cortesía. Es importante llegar y poder tomar un café reconfortante. Dejaron muy poco papel higiénico para las tres noches que estuvimos, obligándonos a salir a comprar varias veces. Tampoco tenía repasadores.
• Fiona (2/5): Not suitable for over 2 people and be fit for the stairs - Clean The photos and descriptions did not accurately reflect this unit. It was clean but level 4 had 8 flights of stairs and the stairs were old. The skylight leaked and it was wet weather making it very uncomfortable. I clearly wanted 2 beds and what we got was 1 bed and a sofabed so not what was accurately reflected. We couldnt move the bed as there was an air purifier that was broken and taking room. Very disappointed

• VESSELIN (9/5): Great location, new facilities - New, clean, fully furnished, good location. Lively area. Plenty of shopping and restaurants around, one step away from Sol. Bedroom is split from sofa by a folding separator. Bathroom door was a bit difficult to handle.

After waiting in the stairwell for several dozen minutes, we were finally given a different apartment in the same building. Inside, the windows were drafty, making the room very cold.

• Lisette (8/5): Top locatie! - De locatie van het appartement is echt top! Het bed ligt goed, de douche is heerlijk en de keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien. De trappen naar het appartement zijn ook goed te doen, wellicht wat uitdagender als je de hele dag door de stad hebt gelopen.

The pictures promised a large window with a very nice view onto the Santa Cruz square. However, the apartment had only two small roof windows, so no view at all. The 4th floor without a lift was no problem for us, but the apartment was tiny for 3 persons.

Anfitrión: Muy amables; contactaron con nosotros porque inicialmente habíamos reservado otro con el que tuvieron un problema de humedades y nos informaron que nos ofrecían éste, siempre que lo aceptásemos. Confirmamos el cambio y nos enviaron información extensa tanto del propio estudio como de los accesos al mismo y alguna utilidad en los alrededores (p,ej. que en el bajo había un locker) Un poco ruidoso para el que durmió en el sofá cama (salón con ventanas a la calle) al tratarse de un primero, haber locales de ocio cerca y ser sábado.

• Dolores (6/5): Ubicación perfecta para un muy pequeño apartamento para tres personas. - La ubicación. El mobiliario y el baño completos y en muy buenas condiciones. Las fotografías no responden a la realidad. Hasta el día de entrada no supimos que el apartamento era un cuarto piso sin ascensor, buhardilla y con solo dos ventanas en el techo. Poca luz natural y artificial.

• ANNA (9/5): Great central location& a clean light room. Perfect for a long weekend in Madrid. - Lovely light room with balconies overlooking a small square near Plaza Major. Modern refurbishment was clean and convenient, all bedding, towels etc clean and soap/shampoo provided. Key access was easy and the location is brilliantly placed for visiting major museums, cafes and restaurants on foot, with easy returns during the day for a rest. Communication was clear& fast responses where necessary although we did not meet anyone in person. We were three sleeping in separate beds& all was provided for what we needed. It was pretty ideal, so very minimal problems. We couldn’t find the cutlery & there was a tiny issue with shower switch but this was very minor. At night the little square can be noisy with rubbish collection or people moving through as it’s a very central area. In winter this was not such a big problem as it might be with Windows open& for us the central location and charm of the square overrides the noise.

At least I could pay my driver extra to help me with the luggage, but no, I had to carry 30 kg bag all the way up and then the stroller with my daughter! It’s not even safe. It was very dangerous situation!!! Not kids friendly hotel or with people with disabilities. You should avoid it!

• Itzi (9/5): - La ubicación es inmejorable! Está muy bien equipado y muy céntrico, la cama muy cómoda y el sofá 2 camas bastante decentes. Lo único que añadiría es que tiene de todo, lavadora, horno..., pero yo pondría un microondas más práctico que un horno para un par de días y el agua caliente se terminó con la ducha de la primera persona, el resto fría!¡!!

Valizler taşımak çok zor oldu. Camlardan soğuk geliyordu. Isı ve ses yalıtımı çok kötü.Tesisin altında bulunan restoran ve cafeler gece geç saatlere kadar insan sesleri evin içine geliyor. çöp toplama ve servis araçlarının sesleri uyumayı engelliyor. Ev sahibi biz evde yokken habersiz gelip ısıtma fanını almış. Sonradan mesaj atarak haber verdi. Eve gelmeden önce arayıp haber vermesi daha iyi olurdu.

Il consiglio è di montare vetri spessi e Serramenti nuovi per poter dormire

• Linda (7/5): Very small apartment in a great location with everything you need during your stay. - The location could not be beat. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Owner was attentive when we had an issue. The heat did not work for the first night so we made due with a small space heater. Hot water ran out both mornings. Would have appreciated an early check in or late check out…even if only an hour.

Noi abbronzato subito contattato la struttura - ma loro hanno risposto che palazzo è antico e per quello c’è questa puzza ! Ma vivere con questa puzza è impossibile
