Tuvimos que buscar otro alojamiento. Aún no nos han devuelto el dinero

- Keith (1/5): ACCOMMODATION FROM HELL!!!! - Property from HELL!! SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. NO STAFF TO BE SEEN!!
FIRST ROOM WE'RE IN HAD STAINES ON BED SHEETS, MARK'S UP THE WALL, UNINE ALL OVER THE TOLIET, ONLY 2 TOLIET ROLLS FOR 3 NIGHTS. WINDOW IN BEDROOM IS GLUED SHUT. Everything where do I start!!!
- Mrs Jeanette (2/5): Poor - the room was not clean when we arrived, sheets were stained and the floor and the headboard. The tap didn’t work properly with no hot water. The kitchen was not cleaned to a good standard and there was no beverages on offer tea or coffee or milk. The blinds didn’t work and the decor of the room was not well thought out it felt depressing. Unfortunately we will not be returning again.
- Laughlin (10/5): Exceptional - The beds were very comfy and right next to anfield stadium which was very convenient :)
- Hyland (2/5): It’s convient and basic for the area but, totally it’s unacceptable that someone could enter your room while you’re stil - The bed was comfy and the room had space. It was convenient. In the morning we could hear the door begin to be unlocked, the key pad was being used. We were fully asleep at 9am.The bed is right beside the door. It opened to a man apologising for opening it once he seen us. We jumped in the bed with shock, fright and complete confusion as we were woken from our sleep after a very long day with a very long day ahead of us. Check out on the booking confirmation said from 7-11 so we were well with our rights to still be in the room. Our privacy and safety was violated. There was no knock on the door to check if we were still in the room. We had not checked out as all the rooms have digital codes to enter. There was no contact with the host to tell us that we had to check out earlier than the booking confirmation, if that’s what they needed.
The bathroom sink was leaking and the bathmat on the floor was soaking wet. The entire bathroom floor was soaking. We ended up using tissue to dry it. The bathmat was saturated and we were able to ring it out with the amount of water that it was holding. It was completely unusable. We had to put the mat into the shower as it left a stale smell in the room and in order for us to actually use the bathroom. When we used the shower we then had to use a towel on the floor to step out onto meaning that myself and my mother had to share one towel as only two were provided. We couldn’t step on it from how wet it was. Every time we turned the sink on the pipe leaked water onto the floor. We had to clean that twice with one of the two towels provided during our short stay. We paid for a private bathroom which was almost unusable.
The bin was also not changed when we came in. The bag had crumbs in it.
- Hannah (7/5): Good - Amazing location, felt secure and host was very understanding and helpful despite technical issues getting the information over on the app Very dirty
- Claire (7/5): I thought this was excellent value for money, super close to Anfield for the Bruce Springsteen concert. - It was super close to Anfield. I had a very comfortable room and bed and was pleased to get an en suite I had expected towels to be provided but there weren’t any
- John (1/5): Totally Disappointed with accommodation and spoilt our trip - The closeness to a Anfield stadium The hallway immediately into the property smelt stale very unpleasant. Also all the paintwork was dirty. The smell on entering our room was musty. The sheets were incredibly creased. The general cleanliness of the room looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned. Then the en suite was disgusting. Blocked sink with remnants of someone shaving all
around it. The toilet has urine on the seat and around the toilet. We managed to sleep the night but left as soon as we could without having a shower or even cleaning our teeth due to the filthiness and lack of useable wash basin. We were able to liaise with someone prior to our visit but when we arrived and mentioned the state of the wash basin no one replied.
- Ross (1/5): Room could do with a good clean, disgusting - Close to anfield Dirty not cleaned
- Karri (7/5): Good -
- Mark (2/5): - When I arrived to check in no one was there to meet, about 10 mins later a man arrived and I had to actually ask him if this was the correct place, he rang the owner and proceeded to tell me I had to go another properly bout 10-15 mins away as there was a leak in that room I booked. This was unexceptionable for me as there was no prior communication at all would definitely not recommend this place at all

The View of Anfield
- Joshua (8/5): Very good - Great location cozy stay Some guests can be loud and a lot of banging
- Maclean (8/5): Very good - It was ideally situated. Room decor was nice. The bed was comfortable. Had a wardrobe, TV
& an en suite shower room. Nowhere to sit except the bed. The ensuite was badly planned and needed a good clean
- Andy (7/5): Good -
- Sandra (4/5): Not very pleasant - We’re pleased it was only one night, bedroom and bathroom quite grubby and filthy
- John (10/5): Perfect - Location for a funeral in anfield then the match local amenities etc no need to go in town Nothing would recommend to anyone
- Tambos (6/5): Great location. - Great position if you’re going for a football game. The hygiene was questionable but maybe my standards were too high.
- Richard (2/5): Very poor - Stains of some sort over walls , sink in bathroom was horrible, like someone had been sick in it,
- Naz (9/5): Cute comfortable place - Host was very friendly and happy to help with queries. Amazing location if you have a stadium tour booked or going to watch a match. The room itself was cosy and comfortable.
- Sonia (7/5): Peaceful stay in Liverpool. - easy to find very close to Anfield football ground in Liverpool. Very cheap place that was fine for one night. Staff very helpful sending me the check in details .small kitchen to make tea and coffee downstairs .all good for the one night .hot chocolate supplied in the room which was nice. went to the kitchen to make . room was just basic no frills, but was fine for the one night.
- Sunday (10/5): Exceptional -
- Wayne (5/5): Passable - I didn’t have breakfast because the kitchen wasn’t clean fridges was dirty but good location if you’re there for the match Room 4 could do with the plug sockets being looked at by the tv a plug only works while it’s half way in the socket dangerous to anyone. Could do with dusting other than that room was fine. And get a cleaner for the kitchen could do with a mega clean
- Stagnetto (7/5): Good -
- Mya (10/5): Exceptional -
- Joe (1/5): Should be closed and not on booking.com - Nothing the best part was leaving as soon as we got there This place is filthy. I wouldn't let a dog stay there. It is the most disgusting accommodation I have ever seen. Do not book here. My son and husband were booked to stay. The pillow cases had brown marks on them and the bedding some sort of brown smeared marks on it. The toilet looked like it had never been cleaned. Brown marks and hairs. This place should be closed. No one could stay in this filth. My family were offered another room after seeing the first. It was as bad. They walked in and walked out. I had to find other accommodation for them for that night. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE.
- Sunday (9/5): It was ok - Everything Everything
- London (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shawn (2/5): Very poor -
- Andreas (1/5): dirty - dirty
- Cristina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Walshe (8/5): Very good -
- Paul (8/5): - We booked two rooms and my sister refused to stay after one night as it was so dirty. Staff where chopping and cooking food from 11pm until 130am. The kitchen was left in a disgusting unusable condition. The fridge was dirty and smelly with out of date food left in it. In the shower was a baked light bulb, and which blew while autistic son was showering and my dad had to come over and replace it. Everytime someone flushed the toilet, it made our room smell like a sespit.
On the Last night two staff where changing a fire hazard light above front door at 11pm whilst chatting loudly. I I was intimidated by this so my dad came over to ask them to be quiet, as my sn was distressed by the drill, but after he left the staff knocked my door and told me if I had a complaint to tell them but my dad had booked and paid for both rooms.
We have never stayed in accommodation like this. The staff accommodation who lived there had her clothes hung around the whole house and would leave her room open and it was like a junk yard and filthy dirty. I know the rooms are cheap but you need to be honest wot advertising. Quirky oasis, but more like dirty oasis
- Ian (10/5): Good and in a well-connected area - It's a nice place that's only a stone throw from the Anfield stadium; there's also different buses serving the area and some cafes some minutes away.
- Cristina (10/5): Exceptional - A pleasant stay. I will definitely come back. I recommend.
- Valentine (6/5): Pleasant -
- Tick (6/5): Pleasant -
- Sammy (8/5): Very good - Fact not own toilet bathroom
- Zoe (5/5): Passable -
- Fernando (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sam (3/5): Place is ok just wasn't happy with radom people yousing the pin to get in the room - Had some one come in the room a couple off times while was in bed
- Sadie (6/5): Fair for the price - It was cheap Dirty sheets, mouldy bathroom, something sprayed all over the wall. Tv too small and too high
- Sunday (1/5): Bad -
- Linda (10/5): Very comfortable - Very clean peaceful Kettle in room as didn't like going in kitchen helping myself so to make own cuppa in room
- Joseph (10/5): Some people playing loud music. Please respect other guests - Nice decorated and cozy bed
- Clive (10/5): Nice and clean room fantastic location for the football - Fantastic location , Excess to make coffee and a breakfast hope you’re very clean and I would return Nothing, everything was perfect
- Tommy (1/5): Bad - Nothing Terrible stay clear everyone 😞
- Rice (6/5): A quirky experience but was glad to find this place in an emergency and I got a good night's sleep. - Don't know much about Anfield except it's near my football club's rival team Liverpool FC, but great for Liverpool fans. Room was comfortable and seemed clean with an en-suite bathroom. Booked last minute the same evening so I can't judge price easily but generally good prices (although the communal toilet/bathroom next to my room was used a lot and so most rooms probably don't have en-suite). There was no self-service breakfast as promised. Cereal, without milk or anything else, does not constitute breakfast, and I wouldn't know the location of the nearest mini store. A TV was provided in the room without a remote to use it. Every entry point required that you type a code into the door handle. Modern looking but inconvenient. I didn't see any staff, only one person late at night who was washing her own plates in the kitchen and wouldn't talk to me, and there was no reception, so not welcoming. No indication on the outside that this was a B & B: the front room was dark and nobody answered my repeated requests to let me in, such that I called the police. When I rang the advertised number, I did receive an apology and was directed towards an email which I must have received when I briefly lost internet access in the area. This have me codes for the doors.
There were a few dirty dishes and cutlery next to the sink. The kitchen itself looked private with staff only signs on many cupboard doors and one fridge.
Part of the problem is that I booked the room about 8pm in an emergency but they should be able to cope with this circumstance as I gave them three hours before I arrived.
On the whole, it was certainly a Quirky place as it looked old and floorboards were uneven or creaky in parts of the smallish room, things not quite regular, but the price is competitive.
- Irving (2/5): Very poor - Good value for money Staff kept asking for cigarettes and there was alot of fighting between the couple who loved up stairs 0
- Cristian (5/5): Passable - Location and statf Cleaning services inexistent and refill for shower gel not done.
- Elle (6/5): Good stay will be here again - I liked how I had an immediate response from owner cleaners made a good effort to provide me with what was needed and left to our own devices More towels would be good but was provided when asked
- Kaique (1/5): Bad - Very close to Anfield stadium The room was very dirty, it was smelling so hard. The toilet was terrible
- Tommy (10/5): Exceptional - Room with private bathroom, host very welcoming.
- Mark (1/5): disgusting - absolutely nothing room was dirty. no reception had to ring number to get sent a text giving me code to get in door and another code for my room. room not cleaned.
- Brett (4/5): Disappointing -
- Cluskey (10/5): Exceptional -
- Luke (10/5): Exceptional - Went to Liverpool to watch a game and you’re literally a 2 minute walk from the stadium. Was amazing just for the night and would highly recommend Only the 1 skylight in the room but it didn’t bother us because we just kept it open
- Monaghan (7/5): Good - Close to Anfield which we needed to be because we went to a Liverpool match. Cleanliness needs to be done to a higher standard but other than that the price was ok for what u get.
- Steven (8/5): Very good - The room was spacious and tidy. Could have done with a kettle
- Alan (2/5): - After checking in, i was taken to a room on the top floor with no windows. I refused to accept it so was offered a room on the ground floor. I stayed in the room for about five minutes but decided to leave and booked another hotel.
I did not stay due to the room being filthy.
- Richard (2/5): Poor stay - Loacation Room wasn't clean , bits all over floor including cigarette stump 🤮 b8g stain on carpet . Couple of sachets of hot chocolate- NO KETTLE shower tray stunk of urine so never used , broken glass on front step on entry . Sunday 3 a m muliple big knocks on room door , after a few i asked who it was for an Indian man to say wrong room , no apology for disturbing sleep would of been happy paying £30 room bit for £78 we felt like we payed out way to much for our experience would not stay there again
- Mebrahtom (2/5): Very poor -
- Josh (9/5): Superb -
- Patrick (1/5): Bad -
