Guest Reviews
- Iris (2/5): Worst stay we've ever had. - The location was beautiful. Inaccurate description on listing. No where in the listing did it specify that it was lower level only. This was only disclosed after payment was made and there was no cancellation policy. The listing was so unclear that on the second day we had the upper level guests try to open our door because they were also confused and thought the whole home is what you paid for. I twisted my ankle within the first 5 minutes because the back bedroom had a step down that was not clearly marked. The shower curtain had mold and the primary bedroom was squeaky and dipped in the middle. We killed about 8 spiders while we were there. The host was so unprofessional and combative that we ended up leaving a day early. There are zero amenities; no coffee, no shampoo or conditioner or wash, dishwasher was broken. No dish liquid and no laundry detergent yet they expect you to do your dishes and wash your towels or else you get additional fees. Hopefully by this time, changes have been made to where the listing is clear and they at least fix the dishwasher and leave laundry detergent. So unhappy and no resolution was offered and I'm still waiting for a partial refund.
- Amy (10/5): Beautiful home to stay with family and friends. Quiet. Clean. Private. - Very comfortable and spacious. Loved the linen sheets! Amber and Michael allowed me to extend my stay due to the winterstorm. I discovered this gem to hide away during the winter storm 2026. The snow/ice mixture and the steep driveway was a bit treacherous. No snow shovels, but in hindsight, not sure that would have helped.
- Lorne (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jamie (10/5): Absolutely perfect! - Location was fantastic, the home is absolutely gorgeous inside and out. Completely spotless and smelled clean as well. It was perfect for me and my husband and co worker and her husband and daughters. We traveled for work and I’m so glad we found this air bnb I highly recommend it’s absolutely amazing and the owners were phenomenal when I called for more information and questions. I loved it’s all!
- Teneka (10/5): Peace and Harmony - The location and the peace..the cleaning crew is amazing very nice people. I have stayed in 2 of Michael properties so far not a lot of issues and the ones that were had are addressed Just had issues with the tv’s and a few little things that were addressed by Michael and Amber the host
