Silvia (10/5): POSTO INCANTEVOLE!!!!! - Siamo entusiasti di questa masseria dell'800 che ci è piaciuta tantissimo (purtroppo non si vede nelle foto!!)... è un posto perso nei tempi antichi, tra campi, sentieri e ulivi secolari. Posizionata benissimo, in pochi minuti si raggiungono spiagge bellissime e la fantastica Ostuni. All'arrivo siamo stati accolti da Andrea un ragazzo dello Staff, che ci aveva premurosamente telefonato e mandato messaggi per organizzare il check-in. Nel giardino c'è un parcheggio recintato all'ombra e in casa un kit di benvenuto. Appartamento super pulito. Per noi è stato fondamentale il Wi-Fi per lavorare e un plus la terrazza con le sdraio riparata dal vento. Ci hanno detto che c'è il riscaldamento.... Magari torneremo per la raccolta delle olive! Punto forte: La scoperta dell'antica masseria! Suggerimenti: Organizzate un corso di yoga!
Lorraine (1/5): Caution! Wonderful Italy is a scamming agency - Der Check-In wird über WhatsApp geregelt und da ich am Tag des Check-Ins sehr krank war und im 6. Monat schwanger, fragte ich einen early Check-In an. Dieser war leider nicht möglich, was ja weiterhin kein Problem sei. Zwei Stunden vor dem Check-In rief mich ein Agent von Wonderful Italy an um mir mitzuteilen dass die Klimaanlage vor Ort nicht funktioniert und mich dies wegen meiner Umstände wissen lassen wollte. Die Option war dennoch dort zu bleiben und 20% Discount zu erhalten oder zu stornieren. Ich entschied mich für den Storno was vorher mit booking.com geklärt werden sollte. Booking.com sagte mir am Telefon dass Wonderful Italy nicht auf die Stornoanfrage reagiert weshalb ich nochmals bei Wonderful Italy anrief. Diese sicherten mir zu dass ich das Geld auf den ursprünglichen Zahlungsweg erhalten werde. Hochschwanger, krank und bei 30 Grad seit 4 Stunden auf der Straße um Rückmeldung wartend habe ich dann ein anderes Hotel gebucht. Bis heute habe ich die Rückerstattung nicht erhalten. Auf Nachrichten über sämtliche Kanäle antwortet Wonderful Italy nicht und bei sämtlichen Anrufen wird nur gesagt dass das Geld rückerstattet wird und sonst wird man abgewickelt. Auch booking.com schiebt alles auf die andere Seite und hilft diesbezüglich nicht, weshalb es das letzte Mal war das ich mir booking gebucht habe. Booking.com promoted scammer und hält sich bei Problemen raus. Nie wieder.
Maria (6/5): Non bene - L'appartamento è di recente realizzazione, vicino al mare. Nonostante ci avessero contattato la mattina per sapere l'orario di arrivo, ci hanno detto che l'aria condizionata non funzionava solo una volta arrivati, dicendo che avremmo avuto un rimborso per i giorni senza aria condizionata. Ma non abbiamo ricevuto nulla e non rispondono più ai messaggi. La strada è scomoda e pericolosa, senza luce o segnalazioni. Non c'è privacy tra gli appartamenti che hanno la parte anteriore esterna a vista.

Aldo (6/5): Bene ma non benissimo - L'appartamento è molto carino e confortevole. C'è tutto ed è super accogliente. Il parcheggio coperto gli da un punto in più Purtroppo quando siamo arrivati alle 19.30 di sera, dopo 6 ore di viaggio la nostra stanza non era pronta. Lo staff ha dato colpa all'agenzia di pulizie. L'agenzia di pulizie ha dato colpa allo staff della struttura.
Veronika (10/5): Exceptional - Outstanding place! Gorgeous brand new apartments on countryside We stayed in the blue room of the three very classy apartments with our friends. The whole site has sea views being located just between Ostuni, hills and the sea with ancient olive trees decorating the surroundings. We preferred self catering independence and a calm atmosphere which we totally got. Special is that the apartments are located next to a chapel and a villa of the 18th century. Apparently it is family-owned and in the course of being restored within a co-financed EU-restoration project to refurbish the ancient buildings and attached Orangerie. We loved the place so much! It is so unique! Pros: - friendly lady welcoming us & providing helpful recommendations on region - great location - 5 min by car to beach - next to ancient site creates magic flair - apartment inside historic vaults - all brand new (apparently from 2024!) with all you need (cooking area, great bed / mattress, natural stone floor, tastefully smart furnished) - cutting edge technology (e.g. you enter via code - no keys needed, automatic gate to enter/leave parking lot) - cleanliness and privacy Can't find any :)
