• Stephen (8/5): No welcome or introduction - The location was perfect Apartment was as advertised but no welcome or introduction. Had to rely on good luck to get into apartment. Not good enough! The introduction was non existent.The owner did not arrive at the arranged time. After one hour we had to impose on a stranger to contact again. There was a hidden safe box left on the public bike rack that we were not told about. The owner could only speak broken English and showed little interest in helping us. The same applied with check out. Extremely disappointed in this lack of service or consideration. Be very careful.

Bucataria dotata cu plita si cuptor, cateva vase, pahare, aparat de facut cafea si ceai. Proprietara este foarte plăcută si ne-a raspuns promt la mesaje. -

• Anneli (5/5): Passable - The accommodation was beautiful and well located. However, I was very disturbed by the service. I had informed in advance that I would arrive between 6-7 pm. I arrived at 6:30 pm, but no one was at the reception and when I called the given number, they said that they would come in 5-10 minutes. I waited 15 minutes and called again, they said that they would come in 20 minutes. Unfortunately, no one came then either and a message was sent with an apology that it would take some time. In total, I stood at the door for 55 minutes, which completely messed up my schedule. I recommend introducing code-opening key boxes so that customers don't have to wait long for the accommodation key.
• Katarina (10/5): Excellent - Excellent location, beautiful apartment, has everything you might need even for a longer stay. Main train station is just across the street, many restaurants and food store nearby. It was easy to self check in. Communication with owner was excellent -

• Jennifer (8/5): Savola Central Milan a good stay for a week or so. - Location to Milano Central excellent and there are number of shops and food outlets nearby. It has a washing machine which was wonderful as I had been traveling four weeks. There's no direct contact with the owner or any staff.
• David (9/5): Great apartment at Savoia Milan - Literally 2 mins from when you come out of Milan central station which is only 4 stops to Duomo and has great facilities. Very close to meeting points for bus tours. Apartment was clean and had everything you needed like fridge, cooker ,tv , utensils wardrobe space, towels etc. Great heating slso for the cold days/nights. Nora who welcomed us was lovely, tried her best to have conversation with small English which was very good of her as its me who should make more effort in another country. Thank you so much Nora Can't think of anything tbh.

• Leighette (9/5): Milan 2024 - Great location close to the train station and the metro. Super cute place, and thanks for having an ironing board and iron. Seemed like outside noise was coming in from the vent in the bathroom. We closed the door to the bathroom door, which helped in order to fall asleep.

• Artur (10/5): Exceptional - This accommodation is amazing. The view is unforgettable. Everything is very clean and tidy, with all the necessary equipment, which is very thoughtful. Great location as it is really close to Milano Centrale. Nice area with lots of restaurants, cafes and shops.

• Mei (7/5): Apartment near station with passable comfort - *The location is great, close to train station.... *We arrived earlier than check in but staff was very kind to let us in earlier *Room is spacious with big windows overseeing the station *Renovation was passable but not of luxury standard *Aircon available (especially necessary if you travel during summer) *Toiletries were miniature bottles *Towels somewhat thin and off-white despite repeated wash *Incomplete cutleries (no spoons) *Glasses with no handles makes handling hot beverages a challenge *There was a protruding nail on the step towards the bed. Almost hurt myself... Had stuck a small bar of soap against the nail to avoid anyone getting hurt.

There is also a great view of the old train station from the apartment. Breakfast was included but it was only a small pastry. Something more substantial would have been appreciated.

The washer dryer was an excellent plus. Accomodating host who was readily contactable. Very secure property. Fantastic view of the station. Taxi rank across the street. We ate out, so it didn’t affect us, there wasn’t a lot of cutlery or cooking utensils.

• Vijaya (10/5): Great location, amazing stay - Location is fantastic, straight across the road from Milano Centrale. Communication with our host was very clear. Great places to eat and very accessible to the metro and taxis. Comfortable bed, room and facilities. Very secure also.

The location was perfect, right across the street from the train station, and a great view! Lots of good restaurants close by. I can't think of anything I didn't like about it

The sheets were soft. Towels nicely arranged. The host was very pleasant and accomodating. Nothing really apart from a very soft pillow.

• Rohaida (10/5): One of the best stays! Simply awesome. - Strategic location. Opposite of the Central Station. Walking distance to the Travellers Info Booth where you can buy tickets to the Premium Outlet & Sightseeing Bus. Spoilt for choice for halal food. The owner of the apartment provides excellent service & prompt replies besides being very helpful with comprehensive info & instructions. The elevator broke down twice during my stay.

• Melanie (8/5): Very good - The apartment was clean and had great decor with a good view of the station, it wasn't noisy at all. The owner allowed us to check in early which was really helpful. The hot water ran out and we eneded up having a cold shower which wasn't good in the middle of winter. The coffee machine didn't work.

The location is across the Milano Central Station which is a great plus and is very accessible from any point in the city. Surroundings ok even during the night although a bit noisy. None
• Roisin (9/5): Very nice modern apartment - The apartment is very modern and clean. The location is perfect, the airport bus stops 3 mins walk away. We could walk to the Duomo in around 30 mins. Lots of nice restaurants in the area. The host provided detailed instructions for access that made check in very easy. Suggestion to provide wine glasses and extra pillows.
