• Luigia (5/5): Mi ha rovinato il compleanno. - non era compresa la colazione. posizione buona L'alloggio puzzava di fumo di sigaretta, il primo giorno ho dovuto tenere aperta la finestra per quattro ore per far andar via in parte la puzza, idem i due giorni successivi. Quando mi giravo sul lato sx del letto sentivo odore di fumo . ho dovuto pagare 8 euro di tassa in contanti(messi nella cassaforte esterna) senza avere una ricevuta

• Sergey (10/5): - Расположение замечательное, магазины рядом, до моря 10-15 мин пешком. Каждый день в Лаванье праздники с музыкой. С велосипедами хозяев у нас получились отличные прогулки. На велосипедах ездили в Кьявари, на поезде в Сестри Леванто, Портофино. Попутешествовали. Все понравилось.
• Francis (9/5): Absolutely fantastic accommodation. A home from home. - The location, price, facilities, communication were all fantastic. I couldn't have asked for more, they provide everything you need for short or long stays and Lino makes the instructions for check-in easy.The bed was comfy and the apartment is nicely laid out. Nice and close to shops, the beach, Chiavari and it's in a nice safe area. I'm very grateful for this stay and for 5 nights I felt I had my own little Italian home :) The only reason I can't give a perfect 10/10 score is because of the neighbours directly above. They are so disrespectfully loud until 1:30am. This is not the fault of the owner and even though this was the case every night, it was still worth it for the price and I would go back again. It was a shame but when on holiday you make the most of it and move on. Something to bear in mind though if you're a light sleeper and don't speak Italian to ask them to keep the noise down.

• Mike (8/5): Very good - We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at casa pagi! The location was great! The casa is at walking distance from lavagna, chiavaria and the train station, where you can start several adventures. Although on the pictures the casa might look a bit small, the apartment was spacious enough for 2 persons and had everything we needed. The bed slept great and was easy to handle. For the airco, we had to pay an extra elecktricity fee. A remark of feedback is that the appartment wasnt the cleanest, but overal, a great stay!
