• yalin (9/5): - 地理位置不错，离海边很近，离半岛主要景点也很近！一公里范围内有超市和商业中心。房子很大上下两层，每个房间都明亮温馨；房屋设施很齐全，包括各种锅碗瓢盆餐具炊具，油盐调味瓶，提供胶囊咖啡机和足够的胶囊、牛奶；甚至还提供了电饭煲和筷子，有锡箔纸、厨房纸，保鲜膜；房主服务很细致响应也很快！空调制暖很快温度不错；浴缸舒适，布置温馨，甚至还提供了眼罩；喜欢床上用品很舒适；前院后院如花园般温馨，天气暖和鲜花盛开的时候一定很美，看得出房主用心了！ 房屋设施比较旧了，没有usb或者电源插口比较少手机充电不方便，空调声音略大但不影响睡觉；浴缸下水略有缺陷不能完全把水放干净；个别橱柜的抽屉角落可以收拾一下了
• Melinda (9/5): - Beautiful home. So relaxing and quiet, yet so close to shops and beach. Welcoming snacks and the Easter bunny also arrived. Such a kind gesture. Hosts were kind and very responsive. Clean, comfy beds, all the amenities and then some.

Kitchen is beautiful and well stocked with appliances, crockery and utensils.The view from the kitchen window is idyllic. Perfect for Christmas with our family of 5. Big kids loved the table tennis, darts and back yard. Beds are comfortable. Lots of board games in the house. Extra drinks fridge was handy. Washing machine worked well. Clothes airer and outside clothes line was handy. Comfortable outside lounging for 5 and table and chairs for 8 on deck. Lovely spaces in the backyard. Front cottage garden also very attractive. We were very glad of the split system heater downstairs as it was the coldest December in decades. Nothing
• Lindsey (9/5): Pretty cottage in central - Such a cosy house, the little extra pantry items, including tea, coffee pods and milk were helpful. The fresh flowers were a nice touch. The house is central to the hot springs, shops and the beach. We loved sitting on the deck with the blankets provided, but some mosquito spray would have been beneficial.

• Jill (10/5): A lovely and roomy house where family members could enjoy being together but still have privacy . - Liked the presentation of the place, the quality of its fixtures and fittings. The generous car spaces and the back deck and gardens were great. The ducted heating was very cosy downstairs but the air conditioner in the master bedroom upstairs was a bit reluctant to heat the room(though that might have been user error). The second smart tv in the rear sitting room was great for kids programs and the concealed laundry was great. My son took notes for future renovation purposes. The beds were comfortable and the hot water was almost instantaneous. The trampoline was heavily used by our grandson. The security door at the front could not be properly closed or locked.

• Isabel (10/5): Perfect for a large family - This property is perfect for a large family with a spacious garden, trampoline, table tennis, and a fire pit—great for both kids and adults. The kitchen is well equipped, and there’s ample parking for two cars. It’s also within walking distance to the beach, supermarkets, and restaurants.

• Janine (10/5): Welcome home - Warm homey feel from the minute we pulled into drive. Karen and Ewald are excellent hosts who have created a lovely relaxing environment for all ages to enjoy. We were like little kids discovering all there is to appreciate at Rosehaven. It's all the little extra thoughtful touches scattered around that add so much charm and make you feel welcome. A lot of thought, love and work has gone into creating the perfect getaway regardless of the weather. We were only here for 3 days.

Perhaps the ensuite upstairs is on the small size but is manageable.

• Andrea (10/5): Great for families - Lovely, spacious house in Rosebud. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable (breakfast essentials, room set up for the children, etc). Very clean and we also enjoyed the outdoor space.
• Haneya (10/5): Beautiful cottage home with everything you need! - The house felt so comforting and peaceful. A box of chocolates was left for us by the owners which was nice. There were plenty of rooms and space to spread out inside and outside. It was well styled and you felt like stepping back in time but with beautiful modern bathrooms. Everything you need in the kitchen to cook and have a decent coffee from the pod machine. There was even beach supplies if needed in the open shed which is very unusual these days in other homes! It was my sis in laws birthday so she really loved the gardens outside and the children loved the pond with the gold fish in there. Needless to say they also spent less time on technology and more time outside playing table tennis and running around the yard. Karen the host was only a phone call away which was very convenient. Although it felt like a cosy “ winter home” there was plenty of air conditioning in all the rooms to keep us cool especially at night after swimming. The location was also superb just a 10 minute walk to the main plaza. Honestly it only needed to be facing the beach to be a 10/10 family /large group a holiday home. Will be definitely rebooking next time we visit the region. Fly screens on the bedroom windows would have been great to keep them open but as Karen explained the French style windows do not allow for that.

Hosts were great with communication in the lead up and left some generous pantry items for us which we really appreciated. The house is set up really well for families and we loved the table tennis and darts in the backyard. Great location too with the plaza walking distance away. We liked everything but for the purpose of constructive feedback some more water glasses and forks might be useful.

Cannot believe how much was provided, and the thought of what one would need in every room. It was amazing, from fresh bread, personalised notes, real coffee & egg cups- how wonderful. It was definitely home away from home. My only disappointment was a short stay. I will definitely be back but for longer. Nothing - it was beyond perfect.

• Anjali (10/5): Exceptional - The place was absolutely perfect for a winter getaway! We spent a lot of time indoors in front of the fireplace enjoying all the snacks provided by host. To our very pleasant surprise, when we checked in, we had freshly baked bread waiting for us in the bread maker! We will definitely be coming back to stay here again, it's perfect for winter or summer (it's less than a 10min walk to the beach)! Everything was absolutely perfect!

Our kids did not want to leave the house while we were there. The hosts are incredibly easy to talk and reach out. They made us feel very welcomed. The little touches around the kitchen, bathroom and house were so helpful. I cannot recommend them enough. We stayed two nights and have no complaints.

• Stephanie (9/5): Perfect getaway house for family and friends - The house is very spacious and so close to the beach. The aircon was on when we checked in so it was so comfortable and welcoming esp on a heatwave long weekend. Communication with the hosts was very prompt and accommodating. The freshly baked bread and pantry items were very much welcome. Found it a little bit difficult to cook: probably need better knives, if it was a longer stay. hahah.. But overall, it was only a weekend getaway so we made do with what was there. Plenty of options for eating out anyway. Could do with a few more mirrors in the rooms and more hooks for clothes and towels. And maybe an outdoor shower for those sandy feet coming back from the beach.

• Petrus (10/5): Beautiful place and base to explore the are - It is a beautiful house in a quiet neighbourhood. It met all the needs for the whole family. Some of the beds are a bit too hard for a comfortable sleep.

The house was spotlessly clean, there were ample bedrooms, and so many wonderful touches like freshly baked break, darts and a ping pong table. I highly recommend to all. We cannot wait to be back! I wish we had stayed longer!
