• Marine (10/5): - Petit havre de paix près de Marrakech. Magnifique maison tout confort et sécurisée. Nous avons apprécié le jardin, la piscine et le calme. Merci à Karim pour son accueil !
• Burak (2/5): The villa was in poor and unhygienic condition, with the swimming pool being the only positive aspect of our stay. - The swimming pool. I stayed at this villa for three days with friends, and the experience was very disappointing. The photos on the website do not match reality at all. The villa is run-down, with old, worn, and dirty furniture. Both the pool table and table tennis table are in poor condition and barely usable. The kitchen, especially the refrigerator was extremely dirty, far below acceptable European standards. We also found two cockroaches inside the villa, and one of my friends discovered a bloodstain on his bed upon arrival. Overall, the villa is not suitable for hosting guests in its current state. I would not recommend staying here until serious improvements are made.
• Anne (6/5): - The villa is located about a 30-minute drive from marrakech. The pool was great to relax in the heat. This villa is a 30/ 40 minute drive from marrakech. If you are not driving, it works out quite expensive to get taxis to and from. 400dh 3ach way. This villa could be amazing if the owner spent a little bit of money doing it up and a little more tlc. There is a gatekeeper who lives on the location and can get bread and charcoal for the bbq. Make sure you stop to get provisions before you arrive as there are no shops nearby for food. There is no oven in this property, so if you want to cook food that requires an oven, you need to use the bbq. There is a gas hob for voiling water etc. For somewhere out of the way for a relaxing holiday lazing by the pool, this place is great. Just make sure you are prepared for the remoteness.
• Maureen (1/5): 1 star is too many - Nothing- the beautiful picture of the clean pool area and lush gardens must have been taken many years ago- now there are no sun loungers, an overflowing pool with loose manhole covers and it is completely run down. The beds were relatively comfortable however not all the sheets were clean. This property is in a very poor state of repair. The kitchen area, appliances and facilities were disgustingly dirty. The kitchen drains were blocked when we arrived. The internal doors had cracked glass and have not been cleaned in a long time. There is what can be described as one actual bedroom. The second bedroom was in a separate unit outside , upstairs with filthy windows and curtains that didn’t meet hanging off the rails. The “third” bedroom is the only living area with four beds and a futon. This is the actual sitting room with beds taking up every space. The hallway had four old musty sofas/chairs sitting in it and this is the only indoor common area which is not fit for purpose. The bathrooms had one useable shower with either scalding hot or freezing cold water and the shower head had not been cleaned in ages. The entire property needs updating repairing and a serious clean. The roof terrace (which had no outdoor furniture) is crumbling and dangerous. Overall the safety issues are concerning, bare electrical wires and curtains on top of extension cables etc. This property should be removed from booking.com until it is rectified. We stayed one night out of the 5 we had booked. Could not wait to leave. Did not get any money refunded. Be AWARE
• Imran (1/5): Unhygienic, very dirty, electric shock from cables, unsafe - I am shocked at previous reviews, the property is unhygienic and unsafe. You get electric shocks from sockets, there are naked wires. It’s extremely unhygienic. Insects all over worktops in kitchen. Very unkept. The fridge needs a desperate clean as with most the appliances. The crockery is dirty with left over food from previous guests. We were with 3 children, it was so unsafe having children in the property with naked wires and dodgy electric. The care taker is not on site all the time as it states. This property is in a remote village with the local shops about 30 minutes walk. We booked for 4 nights but left within 16 hours. Im giving this a 1 as I can’t leave any lower. Everything, this property should not sold given it’s unsafe and disgusting. We had to book another property as it was disgusting and unsafe. We arrived at 6pm and left the following morning by 11am. This ruined our holiday. This is my first negative and low review I have ever given.
• Afzal (9/5): Superb - Everything was really good, very enjoyable, clean, the landlord was super nice and helpful he had an on-site care taker who took care of any issue we had. The actual villa and it's grounds were beautiful plenty of space, pool very good size, beautiful greenery no hustle and bustle, very serene and peaceful far from close by amenities though. Internet WiFi was available but very temperamental. However this was easily mitigated by purchasing an internet SIM card from Morocco. Amazing place! Thank you to Mr Karim
• Samantha (9/5): Great family stay, would definitely return - The vibe is totally relaxed and it was a beautiful place to stay as a family The area is very safe and the local people were all lovely and helpful Air pollution was close to none as the location was so far from the main road Great hot water boiler which is hard to come by in Morocco There's a shop close by for small essentials Traditional and understated home Nice to have outdoor fridge and bbq Pool filtration was top notch and kept pool really clean during our stay Lots of comfortable outdoor seating Bedrooms all a good size Lots of fun activities available with table tennis and the basketball ground also suitable for football Road to villa well established Breathtaking rooftop views - would be nice to have some seating up there Great undercover parking The man working on the gate was very friendly It felt like you were staying in your own home and the visits from the chickens, tortoise, geckos and cats were fun for the kids Electric shocks from both fridges happened occasionally Broken tiles round pool bit of was a hazard due to large holes Not all curtains were up in top room meant waking up at sunrise daily Birds flying into mirrored glass repeatedly also meant being woken up (I understand there's not much can be done about this apart from removing the mirroring off the glass but it was very tiring) Sun loungers on photos not there Despite the above it didn't spoil our stay at all we actually loved our holiday here

• Adam (10/5): Exceptional - amazing stay at a villa marrakech raja just outside the city. The spacious parking made arrival hassle-free. The villa itself was a haven, featuring a pool, billiard table, ping pong, and a basketball court. The amenities provided a perfect balance of relaxation and recreation, creating unforgettable moments during my getaway. Everything was perfect

• Calderan (9/5): perfect and quite weekend (or longer) venue... - the owner waited for us till very later (as the plane got delayed) and welcomed us warmly (we arrived at 1am instead of 10pm !!!) not that much actually, the villa was very good and nothing to complain about
