• Robert (10/5): Fijn en comfortabel verblijf, op het grote bed na - Appartement met alles erop en eraan. Compleet en voorzien van alle gemakken. Eigenaar super kerel, heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Het tweepersoonsbed, dit moet echt vervangen worden. De matras was goed maar onderstel was poppenspul, leuk voor een tiener. Aan beide bedzijden een kuil en verhoging in het midden. De 2, 1 persoons bedden, lagen wel prima.

• Anna (8/5): A fine alternative - Smart Loft is bright and well appointed. Located on the ground level, it has an entire window front onto a terrace with a table and chairs. The kitchen is open and newly redone. There is a bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed. The sofa in the living room is comfortable and doubles as single bed without having to pull it out. The bathroom is new and relatively spacious. Although an additional toilet would have been nice (and toilet paper). There is parking directly outside the entrance (best to back into) which was helpful. The apartment is conveniently located above the town center, a brisk 15 minute mostly uphill walk. Access to the property is, however, NOT located at the address that is provided but on a parallel road above the main property! We could have walked to the Hufeland Thermal Bath about one kilometre (.6 miles) away, but given all the stuff one ends up taking for a spa visit (including a bathrobe and two or three towels per person), we opted for the car after all. Parking there is free of charge. 1-It would have been helpful to receive the check-in information, including the correct address for access a day earlier. One is rather busy the day of departure and it would avoid ringing the wrong bell or traipsing through the yard in search for the "white door" of which there are many. 2-Also, a few more kitchen items would be good so that the kitchen can actually be used for cooking. 3-And, most importantly, the terrace area outside the kitchen/dining room definitely needs beautification and privacy!!!

• Michael (8/5): A very pleasant stay. Thomas the host is very friendly and helpful in all matters. - Clean well laid out property with great facilities. Property is a bit far outside of Bad Pyrmont. No problem with a car but walk is around 15 mins to town centre. Not the fault of the property more our fault for not checking first.
