Even the salt and pepper we forgot to bring The front door was a little tricky but not too hard to openness

• Richards (9/5): - It was right on the river. The atmosphere is very relaxing. We were able to unwind after doing the tourist thing all day. The condo is well maintained and has all the amenities that you need. Noisy neighbors upstairs. I'm not sure if they owned the condo, or rented.

Comfortable bed, everything you need in the kitchen, and comfortable sized shower and good water pressure. Loved that we could bring our dog with us Some other guests did not keep their dogs on a leash. The couch sinks a bit in the middle.

• Carla (4/5): First night was perfect, second night not so much. Beautiful place and rooms, helpful and friendly staff. Just too loud. - Great location, river front. Neighbors were loud. Could hear everything upstairs. Carrie was gracious enough to move me to another room. However I was then woke up by someone revving their engine at 6 am for an hour, the truck would die and they would start all over again, Outside my window. I doubt they have control over the guests but you could hear everything going on outside the rooms.

• Mike (9/5): A great place to relax and enjoy yourself for a few days. - Even when the 5-unit condo building filled up for the weekend, it was not noisy. The view from my patio door was a waterfront location on the Ouchita River. Although it was busy with boaters most of the weekend, there were also quiet, peaceful times that I could spend simply relaxing and enjoying some quiet time with the Lord, which was one reason I chose this facility. Though it was a minor inconvenience, the shower control knob was loose, making it a little bit hard to control the temperature and pressure. I left a note for the staff about it and I'm it will be fixed quickly. The reason I didn't give a full 5-star review on cleanliness was that I spotted (only) a few roaches, which I easily dealt with. Being that close to the river, I can understand the occasional roach getting into my ground floor unit. As far as the location, the condos were a good bit farther than I anticipated from most (not all) restaurants and the main tourist area of Hot Springs - not a "deal breaker", just know that it's further than it looks on the map.

• Tammy (10/5): Absolutely Perfect - Love the location. Beautiful views. Quaint and cozy. Fully furnished. The bed is comfortable. Love the swivel chair and blanket. The smart TV is great. The staff is easy to reach. Not a dealbreaker, but the upstairs tenants are very busy. The spot you park in isn't marked, but we figured it out pretty quick.

• Bonnie (10/5): Comforts of home - I definitely loved the views. The condo was very comfortable. It's a place where I could stay forever. The beds were extremely comfortable. It was a last-minute booking for one night that turned into two. Our host, Carrie, was very gracious in setting us up in another unit immediately. With a grandson going to college nearby, we will certainly be back in the future. I didn't like that I had to leave.
