The host, Mr Biken, along with his family provides outstanding hospitality that makes you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. The apartment is clean, comfortable and located in a peaceful area close to Shivapuri Nagarjun National Park, making it perfect for nature lovers. We loved the area which is 15 minutes from Thamel and easy to get to. The area is quiet and home is spacious. There is a cafe nearby where you could have breakfast. nothing is particular.

It's way tooo far from the airport and it's a standalone house where the owner stays on top n is renting his 2 bed room with 2 bath kitchen n washing machine n kitchen utensils. Ideal for a long stay but NOT for a quick n out kinda plan. The property is absolutely clean n well maintained and there isn't any staff or room service etc. The owners son looks after the property and can guide you'll to taxi, food, transportation etc It's TOO far from the airport and deep Inside lanes and it's a HOME rather than an apartment

There was always unlimited hot water and fully equipped and comfortable kitchen. The hosts were very helpful, they helped with all difficulties, even such as buying medicines when suffering from a cold. I would highly recommend it! Nothing, everything was great

- Shubham (10/5): Best home one can have in Kathmandu. - The property is located in an upscale neighbourhood, away from the hustle and noise of the city, under the foothills of Nagarjun forest reserve. The road to reach is good, a separate floor is there for occupancy and the hosts are super helpful. We did everything ranging from temples to casinos to rental bikes, and they helped us along smoothly. The property is newly furnished, so the interiors feel like a hotel. 10/10 recommend for peace, connectivity and comfort.
