- Arttu (8/5): Huone asunnossa - Kyseessä oli asunto kerrostalossa, jossa oli neljä makuuhuonetta. Kylpyhuone (sis. vessan) ja keittiö olivat huoneiden yhteiskäytössä. Tiedoissa ei lukenut, että huoneissa ei ole omaa vessaa. Minun ollessani vain yksi huone minun huoneeni lisäksi oli käytössä, joten yhteisvessasta ei tullut ongelmaa. Sijainti oli asuinalueella. Metropysäkille kaupunkiin oli 5 min kävelymatka. Vastapäätä oli leipomo, joka aukesi aamulla aikaisin, joten sieltä sai halvalla aamiaiseksi tuoreita croissanteja. Vieressä oli myös kioski. Kävelymatkan päässä oli ruokakauppa ja useita ravintoloita. Netin tukiasema oli olohuoneessa. Minun huoneeni oli kauimmainen siitä ja huoneeseen asti nettisignaali oli vähän heikko (toimi läppärillä, mutta ei kännykällä). Avulias omistaja asui ihan vieressä. Ainoa häiritsevä tekijä oli läheinen moskeija, jonka rukouskutsut herättivät aamuisin.

- Candee (10/5): Nice relaxing day in comfortable surroundings! - We arrived in Mauritius early in the morning but our flight out was late at night. So we booked this place to rest and clean up before our upcoming 20+ hours flying home. Our host arranged a pickup at the cruise terminal for us and then a dropoff at the airport (and he escorted us into the airport terminal) in the evening. We felt like we got very personalized service and the accommodations were very comfortable! Plus, everyone involved was very friendly and helpful!

- Alison (8/5): Highly recommended for individuals seeking a centrally located accommodation option while exploring - This is an excellent choice if you are seeking a conveniently situated place that allows for easy mobility, for work or holiday, while also offering the convenience of household appliances. These amenities truly enhance the comfort and ease of living, making it feel like a cozy home away from home. Included in these amenities are a washing machine, kettle, iron, hair dryer, and other similar conveniences. The service provided by Sharmila and Geraldo was prompt, efficient, and extremely friendly, exceeding expectations. They truly made the City Lodge a destination worth visiting and well worth the price. The comfortable and spotless bedding, towels, invigorating shower, and ample fan were very welcoming after a day of work or travel. Bedding and towels appear to be changed every 4 days. The privacy offered was greatly appreciated, and of course, the reliable wifi was always a plus. The exceptional hospitality provided by the City Lodge is a reservation that I will undoubtedly make again and again. Looking forward to returning in March. There were very few aspects that I found unfavorable. There may be opportunities for improvement, particularly in maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, especially the cupboards. It would be beneficial to have more hangers in the cupboards and a drying rack in each room, considering that laundry can take a while to dry. Additionally, providing access to Netflix instead of requiring individuals to use their own accounts could be a valuable addition.
