• Koller (8/5): - Das Zimmer und das Bett waren etwas klein, das Frühstück war sehr gut, Gemüse, Eier Joghurt, alles vorhanden. Unser Unterkunftsgeber hat uns vorab einen Link zum Parken des Autos geschickt, was sehr hilfreich war, alles in allem, wir würden wieder die Unterkunft buchen.

• ANAMARIA (10/5): Hotel em localização charmosa, muito bem cuidado - Hotel bem cuidado, com boas camas e boa roupa de cama, banheiro renovado com produtos de qualidade, em um bairro charmoso (Realejo) na ladeira do Alhambra. Fomos muito bem atendidos e nos recomendaram passeios e restaurantes que acrescentaram bastante à experiência. O bairro é pouco turístico, com lugares interessantes e vistas belas de Granada e a 10 min da Catedral, do Alhambra e da parte baixa do Albaicín. Gostei de tudo, mas é importante dizer que não há elevador e o acesso externo é por escadaria. O estacionamento (pago) mais perto está a 8 minutos de caminhada.

• Laura (8/5): - Tolle und sehr zentrale Lage, entspanntes Frühstück bei wunderschönem Blick auf der Dachterasse, die wir meistens sogar für uns alleine hatten Sehr hellhörig. Wir hatten leider in beiden Nächten etwas Pech mit unseren Zimmernachbarn, die beide nach dem Feiern nochmal ziemlich aufgedreht haben.
• Regina (6/5): Kann man machen, wenn man nur kurz bleibt und keinen großen Wert auf Komfort legt ist das in Ordnung. - Die Lage ist toll. Sehr zentral, nur die Treppe hoch zur Alhambra und auch nicht weit in die Altstadt. Sehr sauber. Die Gegend direkt am Hotel ist auch recht ruhig. Zwar hübsch, aber doch einfach eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Wir mussten etwa 10 min vom nächsten Parkplatz laufen und auch länger suchen, weil die empfohlen Parkplätze belegt waren.

Perfect location for the city and straight up the hill to the Alhambra This didn't affect us at all, but anyone with limited mobility may struggle with getting to the building and to the rooms. It is up a short steep street which continues up to the Alhambra

• LIONEL (8/5): J'y reviendrais, on s'y sent bien et les gens sont accueillants. - Très bien situé. Nous avons tout fait à pied. Environnement calme, prendre le petit déjeuner tous les matins sur la terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur la ville, les hirondelles et les cloches qui sonnent. Vraiment top, romantique. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et il y en a pour tous les goûts, les produits sont frais. Très propre. Le personnel très sympathique, serviable et de très bon conseil. Encore une fois, on remercie tout le monde. Juste une petite rectification, le lit n'est pas un lit king size. C'est un lit double classique. Attention, le frigo dans la chambre faisait un peu de bruit (la nuit).

• Emma (10/5): Excellent base for a city break - A lovely place to stay, the room was very clean, it had lots of nice touches, the bed was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful & friendly. The location is perfect, close to the old town yet far enough away to experience no noise on an evening. We slept very well and found it was a great base for exploring such a wonderful city. The roof terrace is not to be missed, the view of Sierra Nevada is amazing. Thank you for a great stay, if we find ourselves in Granada again, we will be back!

Und das Rührei mit Schinken war auch super :) -Er war überrascht, das ich das Email, welches er nicht in seiner WhatsApp Nachricht erwähnt hat gelesen habe für das schneller ein Checken... -Der Balkon war ein Fenster welches man aufmachen konnte welches per "Zaun" abgesperrt war, nicht mal ein kleiner Pflanzen Topf hätte man rausstellen können.. -Ein 100 Liter Boiler pro Zimmer welcher nach ca 10min Duschen schon leer war -.- -Die Zimmer sind sehr Hellhörig, man hat das eintippen des Codes von der Eingangstüre im Zimmer gehört obwohl alles zu war...

• Marta (3/5): Falta de resoluciones - La zona del alojamiento estaba bien situada y la habitación y su servicios aportan sencillez. Antes de iniciar nuestro viaje, desde Cádiz, había numerosas carreteras cortadas. A pesar de que asumimos el mal tiempo, la llegada al destino no dependía únicamente de nosotros. Ante este imprevisto, que no estaba en nuestras manos, solicitamos el cambio de fechas, y posteriormente, la cancelación de la estancia. No nos dieron ninguna solución ante la situación, tan solo el pago extra por cancelar nuestra reserva, a pesar de conocer previamente el procedimiento necesario que el alojamiento podía realizar para la cancelación. Además, los modales de la conversación con el coche sobrepasaban la falta de educación. Cuando llegamos, tras 5 horas adicionales del tiempo previsto por las condiciones de tráfico y meteorológico, la habitación no tenía televisión, algo que nos fastidió porque en la reserva venía como servicio incorporado. El segundo día, entraron en nuestra habitación sin permiso, apagando el aire acondicionado que dejamos encendido por nuestra pronta llegada y la limpieza del báter, aunque no la recogida de las camas. No entendimos por tanto, la entrada a la habitación y el servicio a medias que hicieron. En definitiva, ya íbamos con una apreciación negativa por la falta de soluciones. Pero la estancia, a pesar de ir con optimismo sobre el viaje, fue lamentable y decepcionante. No repetiremos :)

• Chloé (7/5): - The hotel is well located, near the Alhambra and the city center. Easy check-in / check-out. The room was quite clean, and the staff looked friendly. The room was dark, noisy and it lacked ventilation, most probably because the window was an internal window giving on the dining area. The bed was too soft for us.

The hallway and the sheets smelled strongly like a very unpleasant perfume. In the room there was another very strange smell. The room was so small it was very hard to move and no space for the suitcase. When the people in the room next door were talking a shower it was very loud in my room. Some areas in the bathroom weren’t very clean

• Marion (9/5): Très bien! - Petit hôtel rénové avec goût et simplicité, au calme, à deux pas de l'Alhambra et des rues animées pour sortir. Le toit-terrasse est superbe, c'est vraiment un plus. Le personnel est très gentil, notre chambre a été refaite avec de petites attentions (pyjamas pliés, bonbons sur l'oreiller).

El sitio nos gustó mucho - Todo estaba muy limpio y la cama era cómoda Al reservar y basándonos en el listado publicado de servicios que incluía la habitación dimos por hecho que el minibar estaba incluido pero no es así. Me parece poco honesto poner todos los servicios gratuitos juntos y no especificar que el minibar no lo está

Stanza delle giuste dimensioni, bagno spazioso. Aree comuni molto carine. Posizione molto comoda per raggiungere l'Alhambra a piedi in 20 minuti e per girare in centro. Nelle vicinanze ci sono bar e ristoranti. La pulizia può essere migliorata
