Jusko TC (1/5): Poor Service, Wrong Room, and Unexpected Charges - Poor Service, Wrong Room, and Unexpected Charges Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel did not meet my expectations. I arrived at the hotel around 2:00 PM and checked in with a receptionist named Karlo. During check-in, I provided my passports and all required documents. I had booked a room with a sea view, but I was given a completely different room. To make matters worse, the room had a very unpleasant smell. I immediately went back to the reception desk to report the issue. Karlo told me that his shift was ending soon and that he would arrange a room change and inform his colleague who would be taking over the next shift. However, nothing was done, and the issue was never resolved. I was especially disappointed because I left Karlo a tip, expecting professional service and assistance with the problem I reported. Looking back, I do not feel that the tip was deserved. Due to the promises that were made and never fulfilled, I was left with the feeling that I had been misled. In addition to the poor communication and lack of follow-through, I was also charged €25 for one night of parking that I never used, partly because of how far the parking area was from the hotel. For all of these reasons, I cannot recommend this hotel. The poor organization, inadequate customer service, and additional charges left a very negative impression. I would advise future guests to think carefully before booking a stay here.

Björn (9/5): - Ongelofelijk uitgebreid, gevarieerd en lekker ontbijtbuffet, gezellige hotelbar (zowel binnen als buiten), wellness die aanwezig is, vriendelijk personeel, ruime kamer en badkamer Tamelijk druk aan het zwembad wat te bereiken is door de rijweg over te steken.

Der Schrank im Zimmer hatte keine Türe, bei der Ankunft lagen im Zimmer unter der Couch Karten von den vorherigen Gästen.

Simone (7/5): - Prima hotel voor een kort verblijf. Wees goed ter been! Van de parkeergarage neem je de lift, dan een trap en een lange gang en dan weer een lift. Voor dat je bij de receptie bent neem je nog een aantal trappetjes. Ben je ingecheckt en afhankelijk in welk gebouw je kamer is neem je weer een lange gang, twee trappen, aansluitend de lift en dan weer een trappetje. En dat met je bagage🥵 Oh ja, de ontbijtzaal is ook ver en weer op en af……. Maar het ontbijt is uitgebreid en erg goed!

Luigi (1/5): Comportamento dello staff riprovevole - Nulla Staff, in particolare la responsabile della reception , che sin dal primo momento si è mostrata sgarbata, per nulla disponibile ci ha trattato come dei criminali. Abbiamo soggiornato solo 1 notte delle 5 prenotate ed abbiamo cambiato struttura. Appena arrivati nonostante avessimo la cena non ci hanno fatto cenare perché già alle 21:05 il ristorante era tutto smontato. La mattina seguente alla richiesta di supporto per capire cosa poteva mangiare mia moglie, causa allergia si è scatenato l'inferno; nessuna voglia di darci supporto ne al ristorante né alla reception e dopo le nostre rimostranze la responsabile della reception non ha voluto parlare più con noi vietando alla collega più giovane di parlare con noi; la ragazza parlava italiano e voleva darci supporto, ma addirittura la responsabile della reception l'ha allontanata chiudendola in uno stanzino. Una vergogna! La responsabile della reception ha chiamato la polizia, a quanto pare è una cosa che fa di frequente, ed abbiamo gestito l'uscita e la cancellazione delle altre notti direttamente per il tramite della polizia , che era abbastanza dispiaciuto per noi e senza parole per il modo di gestire l'accoglienza degli ospiti da parte della responsabile della reception

Zoltán (1/5): - Szép volt a hotel, jó kültéri medence, szuper elhelyezkedés Tavaly augusztusban befoglaltuk, deluxe tengerre néző szoba, erre megkaptuk az egyetlen szobát ami egy paravánra néz és kb jobb oldalt kicsit látszik a tenger, egy félemeleten lévő szobát. A szobában alapvetően állott szellőzetlen szag volt. Amikor közöltük a recepcióssal és képet és videót is mutattunk a szoba kilátásáról, hogy ez NEM TENGERRE NÉZŐ. Az volt a válasz, sajnálja nem tud mit csinálni, nincs üres szoba, pénzt visszaadni nem tud. Létezik részben tengerre néző is, mondtam neki, hogy én ezt értem de nem ilyet foglaltunk. Mondtuk akkor kérünk mindent vissza és el szeretnénk jönni, de erre sincs lehetőség. Egyáltalán nem volt segítőkész és megoldásorientált szimplán csuklóból lerázott minket. A Bookingtól is várom a kárpótlást valamilyen formában, mert ez így elfogadhatatlan.

Kristina (1/5): Entäuschung - Moderne Einrichtung Absolute Entäuschung. Wir durften das Gepäck nichr vor dem Hotel ausladen, obwohl es eine riesige Anfahrt hatte. Die Garage ist weit und durch verschiedene Lifte zugänglich. Das Zimmer über mehrere Treppen erreichbar aber mit viel Gepäck sehr mühsam. Ca. 2 stockwerke zum laufen. Im Zimmer Boxspringbett von 1.8m aber die Matzratze 160cm und der Topper darüber 180cm. Auf Nachfrage konnten sie die Matzratze nicht anpassen. Klima lief nicht und als sie repariert wurde kaum verbesserung. Es gibt kein Bügeleisen in einem 4 Sterne Hotel auf Nachfrage. Das meiste Personal an der Rezeption war unfähig und unfreundlich. Grösste Entäuschung überhaupt. Für diese Sterne und den Preis kataatrofal.

sanja (7/5): Dobro - Hrana u restoranu .Spa zona. Za hotel 4* očekuje se ipak malo više. Uložite malo u prostor koji iznajmljujete. Sve je dotrajalo. Madraci katastrofa. Dodatne naknade tijekom boravka (parking, piće uz večeru, spa zona,...) bezobrazno skupe.

Dušan (8/5): - Lokacija Starejša receptorka (vodja) je bila neprijazna. Še posebaj neprijazna je bila do mlajše sodelavke v prisotnosti gostov na recepciji. Ob plačilu nam je vrnila napačen znesek. Ob opozorilu je rekla, da nima drobiža. Gre za neprofesionalno vedenje.

Lage auch gut Das Gebäude und alles rundherum würde mal eine Renovierung benötigen, Putz fällt ab, Durchgänge nich angeschraubt, Pool teilweise Boden nicht abgesaugt, check in dauert immer ewig und viele andere Kleinigkeiten die nicht sein müssten aber das Gesamtbild deutlich trüben

Iztok (10/5): Odlično, blizu plaže, samo kakšen balkonček bi bilo še fino imeti. - Zajtrk je fantastičen. Med 7 in 11 uro, kar je še posebej dobrodošlo. Malce več čakanja na recepciji, eni reseptorji so zelo ustrežljivi, kakšnega ohraniš v manj dobrem spominu.

Biljana (7/5): - Sobe su super,vecera i dorucek su ok Bazen je mali,nije moguce da plivas,jako je bucno i previse guzve,u đakuzi teško da ces uspeti uci,,zato sto je za 6 osoba,,a hotel puni....velnes i spa i soba za relaksacija placaju se po osobi,,,nema slibodne lezalke,,,i te sto su su zalepeni jedna do druga,,nemas ni privatnost ni nista,,,tusevi u velnes su u relax sobu i kad se kupas,,,naravno bez kupace,,svi te gledaju,,,vise bices nervozan nego relaxsiran,,,ne bi dosla opet u ovaj hotel,,,i preskup je,,,sprema to sto nudi,svi dolazimo da se opustimo i iskoristimo to sto se nudi(bazen,velnes i spa ),a u ovaj hotel to nije moguce
