• Deborah (10/5): A luxury villa within a 10-15 walk of Levi centre. The setting was beautiful with snow laden trees. - Villa Ailo was the perfect property for us. There were 12 of us 6 adults and 6 children. It had all the facilities that you would expect in a luxury rental and more with warm underfloor heating which was so lovely on warm on our feet. The hot tub and sauna was a lovely addition which was enjoyed by us all and the family shower was great as we were able to get all children showered at once. Nothing. Everything was very good

• Charis (10/5): Best stay ever - House was fabulous had everything we need and more. Jaccuzi, sauna all included. We even saw the aurora from the huge glass walls. Has a laundry room where we stowed our snowboards and gear. The shower was great and high end, host communication was clear and concise. 10 out of 10. All is good. Would be great to add a pasta strainer to the kitchen.
• Frank (9/5): Superb - Villa Ailo is located in a beautiful surrounding, not far from the citycenter of Levi. It was very quiet and sereen. There were enough rooms, and the living room was beautiful. The heated garage was a surplus ! Perhaps the rooms could be a little bigger and some of the doors closed a little bit difficult.

• Cornelius (10/5): A perfect holiday in a great location - A superb Villa. Everything we needed was provided. Communication with the owner (Ville) was very good and he was very quick to respond to any queries that we had. The housekeeper lived nearby and was also quick to respond to any needs. The location is ideal and is within easy walking distance of all amenities in the town and there are plenty of outdoor activities that can be undertaken. We were a family of 11 and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Many thanks!!! Nothing.

There was a heated up drive in garage, wonderful windows and the place was so nicely warmed up that we could just walk around barefoot!! I truly recommend this house for its' beauty and for the experience. Last, but not the least, it was very clean!!! Loved it!

• Ralph (8/5): Perfect villa, for a magical stay in Lapland! - Perfect villa, on a perfect location with a beautiful unobstructed view to the north at the back of the villa. Easy access to Levi. Although we had some technical difficulties in the villa, the owners tried to solve these as soon as possible and eventually solved it to satisfaction. Heated garage is really nice, so is the fireplace en hot tub. Enough room for our group (9). Cleaning staff didn't do a good job initially, but after a call to the owners this was solved instantly. Could have more towels available, specially with the hot tub and towels for the kitchen would be nice ;)

• Fayaz (10/5): The best of the best. I expected luxury for my money and Villa Ailo delivered in abudance. - Absolutely stunning property in the heart of finnish lapland. We had an out of this world standard of villa with a custom built private sauna and outdoor jacuzzi. Alongside this the layout of the villa, the space, everything was just outstanding. In fact if you ever decide to sell let me know and ill see if i've got enough pennies to buy it. I thought the view in the booking.com listing which shows the northern lights might be doctored using a pc but i can confirm its 100% real and in fact we were lucky enough to capture our own special pics from Villa Ailo 1 of which i have uploaded. Id say a clean dishwasher upon arrival is a must for this standard of property. We noticed cleanliness could be improved by around 20% which would take this property into an all round 100/100 rating. Considering you are so close to perfection my advice is please improve upon this as this improvement should be easily applied and will turn your property into perfection which it basically is anyway.
• Leonardo (7/5): Great house, but not enough attention to the details - Great location and view. Beautiful house with sauna and Jacuzzi. Owner was always quick to respond, helpful, very nice and polite. Welcome chocolates were very appreciated, and so were the cookbook and society games. Heated garage Main door broken and didn’t lock and when we reported it, no concern was shown about it, it was never fixed. Not enough towels (only one small and one large per bed), would have been nice to have more for sauna and jacuzzi and some slippers/bathrobes maybe… House wasn’t cleaned properly when we arrived, fingerprints on doors and glasses, hair in the shower drain, dusty surfaces. To be fair the cleaning issues were partially fixed the day after our arrival, after we mentioned it. Missing supplies like toilet paper and dishwasher pods which we had to buy ourselves, or firewood which we had to ration the last couple days to last the entire week. The self check-in formula is problematic since no one showed us how to operate jacuzzi, sauna, garage door etc… Generally nothing was terrible on its own but given the price of the house we definitely expected more attention to details.
