• Mariagrazia (7/5): La casa no está mal pero el proprietario debería añadir cosas para que los inquilinos estén más a gusto - La terraza es muy bonita No tiene ascensor, no tiene parking (es imposible aparcar allí cerca), la ubicación no es de las mejores y el proprietario no te deja nada: hay una máquina para hacer café pero no hay cápsulas, no deja servilletas etc.

• Svenja (9/5): - The bed was very comfortable and the view from the terrace was awesome. The apartment is bigger than most and we also liked the furniture. The surrounding area feels safe and there are supermarkets nearby. We slept so well and would definetely come back. Check-in could be easier but was still ok.

The listing mentions parking, but it's just street parking - no dedicated spot. I spent about 30 minutes driving around looking for a space. Worth knowing before you arrive.

• Angie López (10/5): - La ubicación es excelente. Es muy fácil llegar en guagua o caminando. El apartamento está muy bien equipado, en verdad nos sorprendió gratamente. La información de acceso y el uso de las llaves digitales, fue muy claro. Sin duda una excelente opción para quedarse en el Norte de Tenerife.

• Maldonado cadiz (1/5): - No puedo decir que mas me gusto, ya que lo unico bueno que tenia era la zona. Era lo unico q realmente estaba bien. Esta en una buena zona . No me gusto para nada que es un 3 piso y no tiene ascensor. Tampoco se especifica que es un 3 piso ... el check in es las las 16h . Otro dato sin especificar. Las mantas muy sucias, las almohadas orrorosas e incomodas. Pero lo peor esque es publicidad engañosa, no especifican que es un 3 piso y sin ascesor. La hora de entrada pone que puede ser apartir de las 12h y es mentira. La hora minima de entrada es a las 16h . Les pedi una hora de cortesia para poder descansar un rato mas ya que no cumplia el horario correspondido y me dijeron que no. Sinceramente mal .
• Agnieszka (7/5): Okay but should be better organised - It was clean and had a nice balcony with a sea view Problems to get there, there was no possibility to call the host, you have to register there all by yourself via online platform which was in Spanish and I don’t speak Spanish what was problematic, door locks open via app in your phone, so when you have an internet problem u can’t get in, overall really complicated experience, clues to get there weren’t clear even for me and I’m a fan of escape rooms

• juan carlos (1/5): Viejo y peliy - Esta cerca del centro, y supermercados y tiendas de alimentación, en concreto la carnicería Salamanca donde encargamos la cena de Nochebuena Instalaciones viejas, portal de al lado gente poco recomendable vino la policía varias veces, ático con 60 escalones, no tiene barandilla la terraza con peligro de caidas

• Marton (5/5): - De Terasse Diese automatische Verwaltung ist stressig man wird bombardiert von alle Seiten mit Nachrichten mails und WhatsApps. Um die Türen zu öffnen muss man sich ein YouTube viedeo anschauen. Man darf bei Anreise nicht ohne Batterie bleiben sonst kommt man nicht rein. Bei Rückfragen wirkte das Personal genervt. Man kann es einer einfacher mache. Persönlicher diese ganze KI Verwaltung ist wirklich einfach nur künstlich

Negativo .. a menos que pagara 20 euros . Me pareció .. ruin . Ni un minuto antes pude acceder . No fue un buen comienzo

• Andras (9/5): Charming rooftop apartment (in an authentic neighborhood. Highly recommended. - Great location on the edge of the city close to the mountain but still 20 minutes from the harbor and 10 minutes walk from the center in a quiet and authentic neighborhood. The house has more rental properties but the Dream Wish apartment with its rooftop terrace (sunny in the a.m.) was the best choice for us. The apartment had everything we needed, we enjoyed it very much. Highly recommended. If you are with car, keep in mind that street parking can be a thing as finding a random parking spot seemed to be highly challenging.

• Joey (1/5): Bad - only the terrace The apartment is old, has not been renovated for a long time, and is quite uncomfortable (I could rate it 5.5). However my overall score is the lowest possible because the customer support received has been the worst I've ever experienced. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Their website for filling in the information for the check-in is not working properly. I asked for support and they were extremely rude stating it was me not marking the correct fields. I provided them with the screenprint proving it was indeed their system bug. No excuses on their side or acceptance that they were wrong. I asked if I could simply send them the IDs instead of wasting hours with their non-working website. At first, they told me that by the law they can't handle guests' information (nonsense - it should be the very contrary. By the law they must verify the identity of their guests). When I challenged such a silly statement, they changed the version and said it was time-consuming for them to add the information manually (isn't what they are paid for? Why should the clients instead be wasting time with their website?? What else am I supposed to do if their website is not working??). The codes provided to open the door to access the terrace (and further the apartment entrance) were incorrect, the door was also defective. Again I had to ask for support and again I received extremely rude and poor service. The house is old, with a lot of furniture which does not make sense, a few electric sockets are broken and therefore unsafe (especially if you have kids) and the apartment entrance door cannot be locked (literally they don't provide the keys - they say that the door to access the terrace is enough as there are no other accesses to the apartment - a part from the roof). I will never go back to any premises managed by such a host. I strongly suggest the landlord to look for other agencies which can manage the property in a more professional way.

• Trollek (6/5): Entance to the apartment is a exhausting challange. - big tarrace , hot water, comfy beds , very clean and quiet over night. Nice and modern design. Good restaurants and market by walking distance. Once you are arrived by the car to your apartment at evening time there is no hance to find free space for your car - my rental car has been towed by the service at the morning and it cost me over 80 euros. Then the worst: check-in , if you have no mobile phone and internet connection you can forget it. You have to make a call for having the access to the building- there is no other option . My apartment was on the top floor so I went there once I found light switch in the stairs hall. Then I had to follow instruction by the phone how to open door to the terrace and I almost fall from the door step because light in the hall was timed - it means its turn off itself after 2 minutes. Again I have to find light switch in the dark . Finally the door has been remotely open by guy which was providing all tricks by the phone. When I got the access to terrace I have to walk in the dark to the apartment where I have to find tags which are nessesery to open both doors - main one down the street and to the terrace. Light switch by the door with terrace was dogdy - damaged and you can see electric wires, so be carefull what you are touching ! There is 3 TVs , one on the terrace and two inside and tons of mirrors , more that forks and knives in the kitchen . Mirrors opposite each other in the bedroom for creating infinity effect is not great if you believe in feng-shui- it is very disturbive . Basin in the bathroom needs to be well drain - is clogged. My main complain is about complicated check in which tooks me ages otherwise it was not that bad and I would give 8,5/10 if that will be improved to simple way - keypad or keys in the secured locker.
• Steven (9/5): Superb - The rooftop area is outstanding, and inside is very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Bare minimum utilities. There were no cleaning products or any products to aid cooking (salt, pepper, oil, etc). Also some coffee would have been nice. It normally comes as standard inost places I stay
• Ekaterina (9/5): Superb - the apartment was well equipped and beds were comfortable. liked the view from the balcony. Hosts very kind and helpful, replying at once which was really appreciated as we were awfully exhausted and the amount of instructions and information to enter too long and my internet connection in the city poor, so the links took forever to load.. access was kinda complicated. there is too much information and instructions to go through and when you’re exhausted it can be a bit frustrating.

• Bingrong (10/5): It was very pleasant and we loved our time there. - It has a beautiful balcony and the decoration is super. It is cozy and you can find everything you need. It is value for money with the price. Our room is on the 3 rd floor. The building has no elevator so would fit for elder people or people have trouble climbing stairs. Parking maybe an issue.

Loved the sun terrace with loungers and dining but also covered outdoor lounge with tv. Inside comfy sofas and bed. Complimentary wine, coffee and water appreciated. Helpful agents and beautifully presented apartment. Good location. Nothing
• Tatiana (5/5): Passable - It’s an old flat with the furniture from 70s. Bathroom and kitchen renovated (in this century). And it would be okay for its money, but there are two main problems. 1) smell of “old lady house” - textiles and wooden furniture smells really bad. 2) mole (small insects who eat wool) - this is the consequence of not washed textile and old furniture.
• Nejc (10/5): Cozy apartment in the middle of the city - Spacious, nice view, close to a (small) supermarket. Large fridge and a washing machine were also very useful. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking your own meals. Nicely decorated and comfortable. Feels more like a home in the middle of a city than a hotel room. Finding a parking spot can be tricky. You can park on the street, but we usually had to spend some time searching for a free spot. There is no air conditioning. There are multiple electric fans inside though. The shaded part of the terrace was also nice and cool, so we spent more time there.
• Mirjam (8/5): A growing interior pearl - It is a beautiful appartment with great interior design and at a great location. It makes you feel special, even my kids went Wow! when they walked in. We absolutely loved the terrace deck outside. It is also well equipped; it even has vacuum cleaner, washing machine etc. The sofà bed was not as comfortable as it looked and definitely not meant for 2 kids to sleep on. Also some minor but still important details were missing like tea towels, salt, sugar, tea but I believe that someone who has such eye for detail will also add those for next time.
