• Ronald (10/5): Shenzhen Accommodation Experience with Atour - Location was very close to electronic markets Arrived in the early hours of the morning, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Although the language barrier made communication slightly challenging at times, the translator was extremely helpful and made everything much easier. The staff were patient, calm, and genuinely attentive while assisting me, which I really appreciated. The complimentary laundry service was very convenient by them without any effort and a great bonus. Room cleaning was consistently done as well every time I returned after a long day, the room had been cleaned and neatly prepared. The bed was comfortable, the room size was decent, and the shower was excellent with good amenities provided. There was also a convenience store located on the ground floor, which made things very easy. Food and dining options from well-known international brand chains were all within eyesight or less than a 500‑metre walk. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to experience the breakfast during my stay. Overall, I have no complaints and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I would happily stay here again.

Also, the building far away from the road so taxi doesn’t go there. Forgot about the train as well. They lie very much everywhere on room size and location amenities. This is actually a low income housing building and these people using few rooms as hotel. Bad business, don’t book, you will regret. I did too and left next morning since I went there later at night.

Es algo inaceptable, ya que vengo de un viaje muy largo por trabajo y tuve que ir a otro hotel en búsqueda de una habitación, ya que tampoco tenían habitaciones dobles cómo había solicitado en mi reserva según lo que les pude entender (para intentar tomar una reserva en el lugar). Booking todavía no me entrega una respuesta. Nadie en el hotel hablaba Inglés. Muy difícil la comunicación.

• Eddie (9/5): Great location and great views! - The location is phenomenal if you are looking to do some exploring at the electronics market. The staff are very friendly and professional. I have not had breakfast or tried the wifi, so no comments there. the views are great from any room and the rooms are very spacious. I had a non-smoking room but not all guests adhere to the rules and when we do get a guest smoking in another room, I do get the periodic smell of smoke. its annoying but not bad enough for me not to stay there in the future. Although I do wish they could resolve that somehow.
