- Stefanie Kim (10/5): Beautiful & cozy - Green Turtle cottage surpassed our expectations. It is very beautifully and tastefully furnished, comfortable, clean and cozy. The location is excellent for exploring tourist spots in the far north, a short drive to the west coast, easy day trip to Cape Reinga and handy to local beaches. There was a nice 2km walk to Houhora heads accessible from across the road. Hosts were very friendly and helpful Would love to stay again

- Rako (10/5): Home away from home - The house far exceeded our expectations, so cozy, an amazing deck to relax and have a couple of Ales and catch up. The garage has a pool table, table tennis and darts board, awesome games area. A little dog called Fern comes up and visits, such an amazing little dog, we loved having him visit, the saddest part was leaving him behind 😢 Genevieve and Mike, thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful home, I would highly recommend your home to anyone and we are planning to come back again ❤️

- Geebee (10/5): Exceptional - Thoughtful and well renovated property with lots of charm, the owners have done a brilliant job. Lots of space and well equipped, private and peaceful. A bit of travel as not lots to do from the property but beautiful beaches can be reached in 20 to 30 minutes.

Working with Genevieve for directions, restaurants and shopping was fabulous and we truly appreciated all her suggestions. Honestly, it was an awesome stay in the perfect location! There was nothing to dislike about our stay.

The entire house was clean and immaculate. Loved the Host! They took the time out to check in on us and give us locations to visit as we had never been this far up North. They also allowed us to pick some Avocados from the trees to take home. Only issue was Ants. We very quickly learnt not to leave anything out in the open or overnight.

We had 2 very cold nights, we asked host if we can use the great fireplace, they did not want us to do this, which we respected, but access to a heater would have been nice.

Key's perfectly located. Easy parking. Comfy lounge, Beautiful rooms. Very nice space. Would have enjoyed complimentary Tea/Coffee. We brought food & Milk but thought there would be tea and coffee available. A microwave or airfryer would be a bonus. But we managed fine without also.
