Guest Reviews
- Natalie (10/5): - It is a great location N/a
- Sergey (4/5): Good contractor accomodation, stay away on a family trip. - The property is conveniently located, the value is good and its clear that some effort has been made to make it welcoming and invest in interior design. It was also good value. Every aspect of the property was somehow broken in subtle ways. We stayed on a cold easter weekend and the electric heating worked in 2 out of 4 rooms. Out of the two toilets only one consistently flushed. The fire alarm was hanging by the wires. A lot of the dishes in the kitchen were just put in the cupboards unwashed.
Also, its not located on a busy road but cars and vans race past throughout the night.
- Elizabeth (1/5): -
- Bethany (7/5): Peaceful stay and felt safe. - Easy safe access into and out of location.
Very clean and tidy.
Great wifi.
Good heating.
Location not far from the town or village. Apartment next to road and very busy and noisy early in the morning.
Hairdryer didn't work.
Very minimal crockery and would benefit from providing tea towels, washing machine sachet and more than one toilet roll.
No refreshing of towels bedding ect and stayed for one week.
Bed and pillows very lumpy.
- Alex Cross (8/5): This place is 👌🏾 - Everything. Location, styling, design, space, beds, lighting, everything. Nothing.
- Kerryann (9/5): Comfortable, spacious and clean. - Really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was modern, spacious, comfortable, clean and well located, secure parking.
A great place to relax and unwind. Would definitely recommend.
- Skye (9/5): - Cost and plenty of room Washing machine was broken but staff were very accomodating and allowed us to use another room to do our washing
- Michael (10/5): -
- Suhail (1/5): Tramps - Digsusting tramps Tramps
- Dj (10/5): -
- Sarah (8/5): - Lovely apartment, very spacious, bed where very comfortable. Toliet system sounded like it was constantly filling up but it wasnt which made the shower go from freezing cold to red hot.
- Ashley (7/5): It was ok - Location The noise from storm Dave, the venue made banging noises and slammed fire doors were a common noise
- Jackson (10/5): Super exciting, super cozy, we’ll be staying there again - Lovely area the scenery was beautiful Nothing I didn’t like
- Sue (7/5): Nice location, with a little bit of extra car could be fabulous - Location great Style over substance. Not enough cutlery or crockery. Heating didn’t work in one bedroom. But company did offer to move us
- Richard (8/5): -
- Lucas (10/5): -
- Sam (9/5): - Great apartment for price.
- Karlmani (10/5): -
- Alex (1/5): very poor service - the flat was very cold and unwelcoming. it was impossible to warm up as two out of four of the electric radiators were faulty. My main problem however is with the company who have stolen my deposit- The URL link to pay the deposit was apparently faulty so I was asked to make a direct bank transfer and I was told it would be returned to me within 7 days. 3 weeks later I still haven't been refunded despite contacting them several times and being told appologetically that it will be referred to the accounts department and paid. This hasn't happened and my one night stay has cost me well over double what it should have. I would definitely not stay here again.
- Falah (10/5): -
- Wasim (1/5): Don’t book in winter - Good location The apartment was freezing and the heater switches off after a few hours on the middle of the night have to wake up when it’s freezing
- megan (8/5): -
- Victoria (10/5): - It was clean and near a canal so could take lovely long walks. The place a was a bit cold! The heatings is enough for the place.

- Christine (5/5): Lost for words. - First impressions very good and I commended the owners after the first night. On the second day we received a text saying there were some issues with the water at the property and could maintenance have access to the property. We were out all day, and when we got back to our property we were looking forward to baths / showers.
Unfortunately, there was no water!
Therefore no cup of tea, no toilets, nothing.
We immediately got onto the owners, who instructed a maintenance man to visit.
Meanwhile we were very tired, busting for the toilet and very annoyed.
We were annoyed as the maintenance team who visited during the day had switched off the mains water because the hot water tank was leaking.
Why did the owners not inform us of this !?
We had to return then wait for maintenance - for them to say turn on the water, have a shower then turn it off,
And the same instruction for the toilet, bathroom and kitchen water supply.
Lovely apartment - appalling communication.
- Gemma (10/5): Very clean, easy access and spacious and only 10 mins from city centre - Found easily with easy access straight into the property. Very clean & quiet with plenty of space. There was nothing i didnt like.
- Samera (8/5): Spacious and comfy - Spacious, clean had everything you needed Charged twice for the damage deposit and the company disputed this, still waiting refund however it has only been 48hours as I write this.
It was also a little cold took a while for the place to warm up
- Nawaz (9/5): -
- David (6/5): - Liked the overall layout and furnishing of the unit There was a number minor to medium issues. The main kitchen/lounge light i couldn't working.
The kitchen fob there was no power to... but on the 2nd day found the FUSE SWITCH had been flipped off... i feel dine knowingly... possibly by the previous renters.
The toilet seat hanging off the toilet..
There were a couple more minor issues which now i can't bring to mind.
- Stephen (4/5): Too far out from centre management with check ins check outs needs to be better - Ideal for short weekend Room was left uncleaned from last guests and was not assigned to be cleaned on the day NOT HAPPY. Plumbing wrong way around hot on cold and vice versa. Too far out from Huddersfield centre dog mess in the car park.
- Hayley (8/5): - Fab location, lovely building and room. We noticed a slight smell of cigarette smoke on arrival in our room and could use extra bins (bathroom). But other than that it was a gorgeous little room and great value for money! We enjoyed our stay thank you x Someone in vicinity had been smoking before our arrival as could smell it on entering room. More bins needed. Drop box and code system was a bit tricky, maybe have staff to meet or a reception would make it a better experience, especially for older generation who’d maybe struggle more. We managed though and it was a lovely stay x

- Lucinda (9/5): Great location to explore from - Liked the easy booking, easy safe access to the property and apartment, parking facilities. Warm rooms. Reasonably comfortable sleep. Well provided with tea/coffees etc and excellent wi-fi. Thank you. Pillows were lumpy and hard but I still slept well! Toilet seat was loose but my hubby just tightened it up and it was fine. Needed a tea towel. Couldn't make the Heater in the lounge work but the rest of the apartment was warm enough and bedroom heaters good.
- Lucinda (9/5): Comfortable stay at very short notice - Easy booking easy access great parking
Quick prompt responses. Comfortable apartment. Absence of dishcloth/tea towel! :)
- Keian (10/5): Would recommend would stay again 10/10 - Great spacious nice location clean great stay would recommend Radiators in the bedroom could’ve been a little better turned off after 10-20 mins at a time but apart from that was great
- Curtis (10/5): Beautiful place to stay, would recommend others to stay there and I’ll be staying there again in the future - Furnishings and style
Felt like home I’d say the access gates and the heating system

- Tidmarsh (9/5): Great Accommodation - My guys just want to stay in this accommodation!!! Nothing
- Guest (10/5): Very good - Everything Nothing
- Caitlin (2/5): - I was forced to pay an unexpected damage deposit (I was not aware of this until the day of arrival) and two weeks later this has still not been refunded (despite multiple reminders).
Also, upon arrival, I was given the wrong code for entry into the apartment which left me locked out for nearly an hour.
- Ashleigh (10/5): Perfect weekend get away - Great apartment, plenty of parking, perfect size for a weekend get away
- Paul (10/5): -
- Dale (2/5): Nice place but heating not working and no support to fix - Nice place, clean and easy access. Heating wasn't working in two rooms with below zero temperatures outside. We contacted them and were given a WhatsApp to send videos of the issues. We did so and we were then ghosted for the rest of the night.
Had to find alternative accommodation for 3 people, complained to booking.com and just got a "thanks for the feedback" message. No offer of any compensation whatsoever.

- Sue (8/5): Style over substance but the potential to be great. - Spacious, good location, great parking Somewhat style over substance. Heating not sufficient for cold weather 🥶. Limited crockery, cutlery and who offers a dishwasher and only 1 tablet. TV just didn’t work or stay connected to the internet.
- Rashad (7/5): Great clean apartment - This apartment is very clean and tidy. A great location and there's plenty of car park space. Its a very spacious apartment. I felt the open plan kitchen / diner was cold. The heating was broke for 2 if the 3 nights. The host was great and managed to get the management team to fix it on my last night. Further to this you can hear people staying in the apartment adjacent using the bathroom facilities.
- Vivien (5/5): Passable - Comfy beds. Rooms on one level. Clean. Good-sized fridge and freezer. We came with children so the bath was essential. The unmanned reception. Getting into the car park, the building and the apartment was accessed by key codes provided in the booking email. As was guidance on how to work the appliances. The so-called view from our particular apartment was nonexistent.
- Mark (10/5): -
- Alan (5/5): To summarise, three different apartments on a four night stay. The last apartment still had problems but we just gave up - The call centre staff in London were really helpful. Unfortunately they were let down by the extremely poor standard of the three different apartments we stayed at during a four night stay. We moved apartments three times in four nights due to many issues. The list of issues were too numerous to list here and would extend to more than an A4 page.
- Vernon (9/5): Very interesting experience - Really like the apartment.....it was super modern, mega well presented....
I would like to come back in the summer and walk around the surrounding areas. .it was very quiet...it was our first time living in a a holiday apartment
I really was a very nice living experience ... I was6quite sure why there wasn't a person at the reception area... I didn't like having to ring a phone number to gain details of how to gain entrance into the apartment after a five hour journey to get there.....
The bed in the main bedroom was below minimum standard....we could feel the springs which made for uncomfortable sleeping.

- Luke (9/5): Wish these apartments came up more often. - It was clean and well presented (knocked off 1 mark as some kid has drawn on a wall which hasn’t been removed).
It was well presented. It’s stylish and it’s comfortable. Location is a bit out of it and it’s on a busy road.
- paul (10/5): - Everything Nothing

- Paul (10/5): It’s just a great place to book - It’s amazing very clean and big, great layout and very well designed kitchen. Everything
- Anwar (8/5): -
- Rebecca (5/5): ... - On the positive
Spacious and clean Washer door was broken and ay side of washer.
The apartment was freezing when we got in there.
The coat hook fell off the wall and nearly hit my 4 year old niece
The shower wasn't sealed properly.
- ZoyaM (8/5): -
- llinos (3/5): Not worth the money - Looks modern and decent size rooms The heating didnt work even though we mentioned this on the first night, and was here 3 nights freezing with 2 young kids, hardly any plates and glasses, some cups were dirty and quite a noisy spot with doors slamming people walking up corridor and traffic.
- shahzad (10/5): -
- samantha (7/5): Good value for two bedrooms but I did not like the apartment enough to consider booking again - The apartment was fine, not the one pictured though. It was street level and there was some noise from vehicles, though this stopped at night but started again very early morning. Cleanliness was acceptable. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space. I had no issues with getting in/ out of the car park or communal door using the access codes. The wifi was fine for me to use during the day for work. The windows had an opaque covering on the lower section for privacy which was fine but the blinds were broken so there were stuck in one position. As a result I had no natural light through the day, which was a bit depressing while working. Broken blinds at both windows. Noise from the street. The TV would not maintain internet access, not a huge issues as I watched my lap top when required.
- Olawale (1/5): Didn’t pay for what I got - Couldn’t get the property I paid for Nothing …terrible
- Ordep74 (9/5): Would stay and worth the money. - Did not meet any staff but the rooms where clean and easy access to the room Took a minute to figure out the heater but once done it was great.

- Summer (1/5): Avoid! So not stay! Unsafe and broken stuff everywhere plus noisy! - Nothing. Avoid this apartment – unsafe, noisy, and dishonest management
I booked this apartment with a friend (separate rooms) after seeing clean and attractive photos online. The reality was shocking.
The property was in a state of serious disrepair: broken light switches, a missing fire alarm, exposed wires above the oven, damaged window tethers, and a toilet seat coming off its hinges. It felt unsafe from the moment we arrived. I had also been asked for a £100 deposit “for repairs,” which made me very worried it would be unfairly used to cover these pre-existing problems.
The biggest issue, however, was the noise. All night long there was a very loud party upstairs, which sounded drug-fuelled and made it impossible to sleep. When I phoned staff to complain, I was ignored — no call back, no support. Later, they claimed they had called the police, but this was never mentioned at the time and did nothing to help while I was there.
I sent multiple photos and messages via the property’s WhatsApp customer service channel — again, no response. When I raised the issue through Booking.com, the property claimed they had addressed my concerns, but that was simply not true.
This is not just a disappointing experience — it is a dangerous place to stay. Broken safety equipment and exposed wiring make it unfit for guests, especially families. I strongly recommend reading all the bad reviews carefully, because my experience leads me to worry that positive reviews may not reflect reality.
Do not stay here.
