- Claire (10/5): Great base to explore Cotswolds . - Really comfortable . Kind and thoughtful touches such as Prosecco and chocolates . Thank you Absolutely nothing
- Andrea (10/5): Amazing few days, great location, lovely walks, pubs. Beautiful cottage with everything we needed - Great location, lovely clean cottage, happy with everything N/A
- emma (7/5): - Clean , great location Settees uncomfortable
tv only if you had paid subscriptions which we don’t
- Greta (9/5): - Clean, tidy, homely, and great location. Garden could do with a little TLC, shower pressure could be better, however we still had a very pleasant stay. Thank you 😊

- Laura (7/5): Great location, cottage has potential but whole place in need of a little TLC. - Location was great - lovely pubs & walks nearby. Cottage itself has great potential but in need of some TLC and a lick of refreshed paint here and there. Prosecco in the fridge! Garden needed a mow, ‘garden room’ needed a sweep and de webbing (spider), living room was a bit dog hairy and seemed as though no one had been to stay for a while, lots of spiders in the living room, dead bugs squashed against the wall in one of the bedrooms.
- Leanne (10/5): Beautiful - Lovely cottage and very helpful staff
- Steve (9/5): Excellent house and stay - Good location and lovely clean house A later checkout time
- Matt (9/5): Fabulous! - The property was clean and tidy and well equipped with a welcome gift of cake and prosecco which went down very well! It was a very practical cottage with plenty of coat hooks and storage space for muddy boots in the carport. The property was in a good location, close to three pubs and a coop and was also within an easy driving distance of all the Cotswold Water Park lakes. On street parking was always available immediately out side the property. Only a very minor point but the bedroom curtains could do with blackout linings.
- Ian (9/5): Excellent cottage in very handy location - The Tv being stream only but missing all the apps! Got this sorted out very quickly by getting another (bigger) tv but at the expense of having no coffee table as the replacement tv had to use the coffee table.
- Reka (10/5): Exceptional -
- Arch (10/5): Great little cottage - The cottage was clean and lovely. Every bit was well thought. The host was responsive and answered questions very quickly. It's great location with Coop just round the corner. It's a quite street with not much traffic at night. The beds were comfortable. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will definetly book the place again. Nothing. Everything was perfect.
- Susan (10/5): Highly recommended - I would stay here again. - Lovely characteristic property with a home from home feel.
Well equipped.
Central to accessing the Cotswolds. The only very minor thing that could be improved was the shower, otherwise PERFECT.
- Kate (9/5): A lovely cosy cottage in a village area - Nice location pubs and cafes nearby. Cosy cottage with everything you need for a break away The sofas were nice but quite small, would have preferred something a bit cosier to snuggle up and feel comfortable
- Louise (6/5): Had a nice stay , unfortunately we were very cold & it was only October. - The property was in a great location. The kitchen was well equipped.
The bedding & towels were clean & plenty . The heating of the property was poor . We were all so cold .
We left a day early because of it being so cold in the evening.
- Danielle (9/5): Superb -
- Piratheka (10/5): It was very pleasant, we enjoyed it very much, there was nothing to fault - Was a cute little place, very organised, well looked after N/a
- Katie (9/5): A lovely place to stay, - Really cosy and clean. Everything you need. The online information/guide book was fantastic too. I would definitely recommend this property to other people. Nothing
- Helen (7/5): Great location, lovely cottage. - Fantastic location in the heart of South Cerney. Lovely cute cottage with a big garden. Parking right outside the property. Close to local amenities, including the Coop and local pubs. Great for a weekend with friends. Unfortunately, when we first opened the door to the lean-to we were hit with an awful pungent hot smell of rotting food, which had also made its way into the cottage. It was food waste that was decomposing in the bins in the hot environment. We had to move the bins into the garden to remove the smell and air out the cottage. A small thing but it didn’t make a good first impression.
- Bethany (8/5): A wonderful staycation in a beautiful Cotswolds cottage! Thank you for allowing us to stay here! - It was a beautiful cottage in a lovely location which was close to everything we needed and wanted to do. The hosts also left us a welcoming gift which was very thoughtful. The cottage had everything you needed for a little staycation and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay On arrival there was a few marks on the living room floor which hadn’t been mentioned to us before arriving. Of course we took pictures just to make sure the hosts knew they were there before us as we weren't sure if they have external cleaners.
There were also a few cobwebs on the light and hanging from the ceiling in the front bedroom. Apart from that, the cottage felt lovely and clean.
Due to the properties age it did get very hot so I would advise bringing your own fan unless the hosts can provide in the future.
