• Inge (10/5): - We zijn heel gastvrij ontvangen en konden bij de behulpzame gastvrouw terecht met onze vragen. De kamer was schoon en netjes. Het treinstation is op loopafstand, waardoor je snel en gemakkelijk met de trein naar Barcelona kunt. Wat ons betreft zeker een aanrader!

Très propre, cafetière dans la chambre, wifi de qualité. Bonne literie. Le parking, pas forcément de place à proximité, je pense surtout en été, la plage est juste en face. Attention aux accros de la télé il n'y en a pas, heureusement d'ailleurs car l'insonorisation n'est pas extra entre chambres.

Wonderful choice of typical foods of Catalunya for breakfast; breads, pastries, fruit, cheeses, Pilar's home cooked tortilla was delicious. A beautiful home, very comfortable and relaxing but an easy, half-an-hour's train ride into Barcelona. We're looking forward to returning!

• CONSTANZE (10/5): - Die absolute Sauberkeit und die Freundlichkeit sowie Hilfsbereitschaft der Vermieterin Pilar.. Geschmackvolle Zimmer. Gut gelegen, zum Strand wenige Meter, Parkplatz in der Nähe. Toll war das Frühstück- man musste es sich selbst zubereiten- es war alles da Viele Sorten Tee und Kaffee, Eier, Müsli, Schinken, Käse, viele Sorten Konfitüre fand ich Klasse- es wird nix weggeworfen. Man nimmt nur das, was man essen kann. Kann man nur empfehlen.

• G.W.H. (10/5): Fijne accommodatie - We hadden één van de kamers met airconditioning op de bovenverdieping van de woning van de eigenaresse. Een ontzettend aardige dame die ons via google translate te woord stond. De en-suite badkamer was erg netjes en schoon. Een ruime wastafel, aparte douchecabine en toilet. Het ontbijt was tussen 08:00 en 11:00 zelf te bereiden in de gezamenlijke keuken van de woning. Eigenlijk viel niets tegen. Normaal zitten we in een hotel, dus een kamer bij iemand in huis was even wennen maar zeker niet vervelend.

• Brigitte (5/5): Für diesen Preis ist eine bessere Lage mit serviertem Frühstück auch möglich. - neu renoviertes Bad, hübsches Zimmer, sehr sauber Wir sind mit einem Zwergdackel gereist. Wir haben ein absperrbares Körbchen, wodurch keinerlei Aufwand, oder Schmutz seitens der Gastgeberin angefallen sind, geschweige Fressen. 15€ am Tag für das Tierchen bei 110 € Übernachtungsgebühr im September ist nicht agradable. Liebe Gastgeber, wenn aus einem Privathaus ein Hotel gemacht wird und der Gast es in Kauf nimmt, dann sollte der Preis auch familiar sein.

• Yuliya (10/5): Wonderful stay with a spotless apartment, charming host, and a great location near the beach - The location is amazing! First of all, Pilar (the host) is incredibly kind, polite, and responsive to every request. She truly enjoys her work, and you can feel it. She doesn’t speak English, but I was lucky that my husband speaks Spanish. Anyway, Pilar has no problem using Google Translate, which makes communication easy. Secondly, the apartment is spotlessly clean - the bathroom, bed, and shelves were all shining. Breakfast in the garden is a special kind of pleasure. The food is amazing, and it’s served in an incredibly charming and beautifully decorated jardín. The apartment is also close to the sea. I love Premià de Mar for its wide beach line, and this place is just a 5-minute walk from the beach. There was no dedicated place to dry wet clothes, which could be a bit inconvenient after a beach day.

• Ruxandra (10/5): Great experience with the accommodation and totally recommend it for a 3-4 nights stay - The location is in an elegant, quiet neighborhood and Pilar had a great attitude, very helpful and willing to help. We communicated well via translator app, so the language barrier was not an issue. Some of the points worth mentioning: - Very close to the train station and sea (10 minutes walk). You can take the train to Barcelona (R1, about 30 minutes ) and from there reach the main points of attraction. Also, there is direct connection to the airport, which was great. - The room was clean, spacious bathroom (towels, shampoo, shower gel), comfortable bed, with a mini-fridge and microwave, AC available, very beautiful decorated - The breakfast had a wide variety of food to choose from: eggs, ham, cheese, milk, yogurt, marmalade, butter, fresh bread and croissants, coffee/tea. Everything is available in the kitchen and you prepare whatever you like. Eating in the garden is a very nice way to start your day. There is a mercato and a bakery from where you can buy water, fruits, anything you want. Nice to have, but not mandatory: - A TV in the room - We didn't intersect with the other tourists, but indeed the place is not very spacious if you want to take breakfast and have to share the kitchen/food with strangers - No balcony, so I don't know where you dry the towels, swimwear in case you go to the sea

I asked permission if I could order thru Amazon and have it delivered to her home and she was extremely kind to accept and received it. She also lend us an umbrella that we could use in the beach. I love the aesthetic of our room, it is also clean and got everything we need. Our room has AC, fridge, microwave, kettle and coffemaker and has its own toilet and bath. We love the feeling of waking up late and preparing the breakfast in the kitchen, kitchen is well equipped. Like at home. It is a 10 minute walk from the Premia de Mar train station (I walk slow) and the train station is beside the beach which is really awesome. Train ride is 30 minutes going to Barcelona ( Catalunya station/Arc de Triomf, where the Barcrelona Nord bus station is). I think we spent more time in Premia de Mar area than in Barcelona itself because we like the quietness and simplicity of the area. My husband and I are both from a tropical country (Philippines) that is why we really love the sun, beach and food (paellas and seafoods), it is close to our heart. We also love the restaurants nearby. You can eat tastier and cheaper paellas and tapas in Premia de Mar compared to Barcelona (my personal opinion). We hang out in the plazas and eat there. Friendly neighborhood. After eating in the restaurants, we take a nap/siesta in the beach in the afternoon. Beach is nice and not so crowded. Awesome experience.

The transportation is great to connect with Barcelona and surrounding cities. The owner of the property was friendly and accommodating our needs at her best so we were very happy with everything. The breakfast options are available. The area of the place has beautiful nature views and unique Spanish design and decorations of the streets. The facilities are great. Even though she does not speak English, it did not prevent her to communicate well through Google translate. The kitchen has everything needed for breakfast (Ms. Pilar asks about preferences). The room has everything you need for a family stay - fridge, microwave, AC. The train station to Barcelona and the beach are 10 minutes walking distance. The house has sun umbrellas. Recomment staying in Ms. Pilar's! Everything was good.
• Bernadette (10/5): Exceptional - I had such a lovely time. The daily breakfast was wonderful and the Host Pillar bakes cakes and provides wonderful local pastries daily. She helped me book taxis and made suggestions on what to see and do. My room was quiet. Private, clean and comfortable. I had my own microwave and kettle. The floors were heated as the nights were a bit cool so the room was very cosy. The place is about 35 mins out of town but the train is close. I opted to take taxis which was a bit expensive but I did not have long in Barcelona only ten days and wanted to make the most of it. The food was wonderful and I enjoyed the sunny days and the hop on hop off bus is a great way to see the city. The B and B is in a seaside area and the little town is 10 mins walk and there are restaurants and a few shops and the beach is wonderful. So yes all in all it was just a perfect get away to rest and recharge and spend some time in beautiful Barcelona. Thankyou Pillar I will be back for sure xx Nothing
• Anda (7/5): Nice place but terrible communication with the host - It's a nice private house, not far from the city center. First of all the owner of the house does not speak English... at all! This was a big problem for us because we don't speak Spanish. I can understand Spanish but cannot speak so the communication was a mess. Second of all, and the main problem, the owner asked me what hour we'll get there but didn't tell me why she needed this information and at that time I thought the check-in works as you expect from a hotel but it's more of an airbnb. I received a message one day before, noticing me that the room is ready after 2pm. We arrived there at 2, the house was closed and when I called the number on the booking I hit the language barrier. Long story short, our room was not ready because I said that we'll arrive later, even though the message said the room is ready. The surprise was that the host let the guest before us check out later so we had to wait around three hours before checking in. I understand it was as a misunderstanding but I wanted to be told before what's going on and why she needed the arrival hours. Also, the breakfast is basically your home kitchen with supplies you can cook for yourself. Nice idea but if there are other guest that just take the containers from the fridge and put them on their table is not like you can sit next to them and just share the food like a nice family 😅
