• Judith (8/5): A true oasis from the hectic of Rome with large pool and quiet safe gardens - Proximity and size of pool. Extremely peaceful and secure. Very helpful and attentive host The living area would benefit from another comfy chair and the kitchen had a full hob but no saucepans. To be fair the host would have readily provided these if we asked but we didn’t want to keep bothering her. Also the kitchen socket needed attention. A car is definitely needed

• Brooke (10/5): - We were so lucky to find this listing! The pictures don't do it justice. Imagine walking from a city street through a gate into a quiet garden. That's what it was like arriving here. These homes are located on a small family estate in a nice Rome neighborhood. There is a peace about the place that meets you as soon as you walk through the gate. The homes are comfortably laid out with all needed amenities. Plus some wonderful gifts from our hosts! Danielle took such good care of us! We could not have been more lucky to stay here when we did. It was the perfect spot. We highly recommend! Thank you again, Danielle. ❤️ The hot water heaters only last for two short showers. If you are in a big group, you might need to schedule shower times.

• Aline (10/5): - Très belle propriété calme avec une très grande piscine. Le personnel ainsi que le propriétaire sont d'agréable personne, très serviable.
• magartpierre (10/5): - Sans rentrer dans les détails, difficile de faire mieux. Quand vous arrivez dans un endroit et que vous arrivez déjà à trouver vos marques en une demi-heure, il n'y a pas grand chose à ajouter. Nous voyageons en Italie depuis quelques années, en passant à chaque fois de 1 à 3 nuits dans une location (donc pas vraiment le temps de s'installer), et c'est la première fois que je quitte une location avec nostalgie. Petit conseil : il y a 2 maisons, une attenante à la piscine, l'autre à une trentaine de mètres (la nôtre), qui me semble mieux si on ne veut pas avoir des gens trop proches de chez soi. Prévoir l'anti-moustique, comme à peu près partout aujourd'hui, surtout dans un espace arboré comme celui de la maison, en plus avec une piscine. Le quartier autour n'est pas très sympa, mais ce n'est pas gênant : on en est totalement isolé dans la propriété, et en 20 minutes de voiture on est au bord du centre historique.
• Gilles (10/5): We really enjoyed staying at this property and would gladly rent it again whenever we visit Rome. - Wonderful apartment on a large property just outside of Rome offering a very peaceful rest at the end of a busy day in Rome historic center. This was perfect for our family of four. We really enjoyed having an in-ground pool at our disposal. Everything was super clean, and the kitchen has everything you will ever need. There are no words that could properly describe how nice the hosts were. Always willing to help with anything and provide answers to every single one of my thousand questions. Danielle, Andrea, you are simply the best! We will definitely rent again whenever we are in Italy. There is nothing in particular that we didn't like. I would simply say that because the property is outside of Rome, extra time is needed whenever heading for Rome's historic center as we found it more convenient to drive to a public parking lot close to a metro station and reach our destination from there. Also, it wasn't clear for us from the pictures, that there were actually two separate apartments on the property. One is next to the pool (as pictured), the other is perhaps a hundred feet away. Although the pool is available to anyone renting either apartments, it was easy to believe that there was only one apartment with a private pool.
• Julian (10/5): Great location - with easy, cheap access to Rome as well as a beautiful property and pool. - This property is a both in a perfect location for easy access to Rome (a 15 minute walk and 6 minute, 1 Euro train ride to St. Peter's Square) and a beautifully quiet oasis by a lovely pool amongst spacious gardens. The hosts were very friendly and helpful (they drove us to the local supermarket on our arrival so that we could buy supplies). There is a large supermarket a 12 minute walk away. The accommodation was very clean, spacious and well equipped, with air-conditioning and wi-fi. In short, it offered us everything for a wonderful week in such a beautiful and fascinating city. It was all amazing!

• Angela (9/5): Fantastic apartment in great location for Rome - Great location for travel into Rome. The apartment was lovely and clean and very well equipped for everything you need. Ample private parking that was secure and gated. Danielle was especially very helpful getting us train times and info on where to catch them and depart for various attractions. She also gave us taxi details and good restaurants to try. We met her husband who was a fellow biker and told us of ride outs to take. The size of the shower was a struggle for anyone bigger than a size 8
• Marcin (10/5): Exceptional - Self-contained bungalow with two very good sound isolated bedrooms, each with own bathroom, nice modern leaving room with kitchen, all with large, clean swimming pool at the door steps souranded with palm trees and other plants. Beautiful place just 15/20 minutes by Uber from Rome centre with all tourist attractions. Moscitos, but this is out of owners' control.
• Janice (9/5): Excellent retreat away from the bustle of the city. - The hosts were amazing and had outfitted the apartment with everything to make our stay easy and comfortable. Amenities provided included laundry detergent, toilet paper, shower toiletries, dish detergents/dishwasher detergent, clothes drying rack, welcome bottle of wine and others. There are separate AC units in each of the two bedrooms and in the living room, controllable with remotes. The kitchen if fully outfitted as well. Property is very private and quiet with easy parking. We were a little further from the city center than we had calculated, however, Danielle provided easy parking garage locations and also train station information that made it much simpler for us to get to all of our tours and desired venues. The bathroom showers are very small, especially if you are American and used to a larger space. They were very difficult for two men of our party to use simply because they are too large to move around in the very small spaces (one college student athlete 6 feet tall and one man 6 feet tall average build)

• Ly (10/5): Oasis in Rome - I was very satisfied! The small villa was in a large garden, clean, with a brand new kitchen, air conditioning, private, and secure. The owners were very nice and gave great recommendations. We felt very welcome, and since we arrived late, they had prepared coffee and a delicious cake for us for the morning. The pool is very deep and cleaned often. It's a bit away from the city center, but taxis and public transport are easy to find. The owners were always available for any additional questions we had.

You couldn’t imagine their kindness made our entire trip. In addition their property is gorgeous comfortable and truly an oasis. Next time I am in Rome. She showed us through the property and how to use the washing facilities and appliances in the room. They organised a taxi for the next morning so we could get to the airport. The house is artfully arranged and well equipped, including three air conditioners and complete kitchenware. The swimming pool and enclosed park are very nice and well maintained. Comfortable by car, with private parking in front of the house, conveniently located close to the airport. Bring mosquito repellent with you!
• Cee (10/5): Amazing place and it was a delight to stay in a fab place. - The property has all the amenities that you need it was also very quiet and secluded. We took our 10-month-old baby with us and there was a cot and a high chair provided which made it more comfortable for us and the little one to sleep and eat. Danielle the owner was very helpful from the beginning and throughout our stay which was a bonus!
