• Mark (9/5): We loved this apartment! - Location was excellent! The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean. The router did not connect to internet despite restarting router, etc. We let them know so I’m sure it will be addressed.

L'appartamento era molto confortevole, aveva al suo interno tutto l'occorrente per un piacevole soggiorno. Ottima insonorizzazione e letto molto comodo. Facilità nel check-in e check-out. Struttura altamente consigliata.

• andrea (7/5): - die wohnung war gut, modern und die lage sehr zentral die dusche war alt , die ablage für duschgel und seife rostig. die wohnung war sehr dunkel, was auf den fotos im vorhinein nicht zu erkennen war. balkon ging in einen innenhof, der kein schöner anblick war. von keinem fenster konnte man nach aussen , zumindest auf die dtrasse schauen. in der nacht roch es stark nach essen und küche. checkin weit vom standort der wohnung entfernt

• Maria (8/5): Excellent location - Communication with the host was superb. The location could not be beaten. A few steps away from the main square and the seafront. The old town is literally around the corner. 15 minutes maximum walk from the train station. Very comfortable bed. We would definitely stay again. We couldn't find a kettle, which, I know is a very English problem, but we like our tea in the morning.

• Pantalea (9/5): Ottima posizione in un appartamento spazioso e attrezzato! - L'appartamento è comodo e spazioso, la cucina è attrezzata, c'è la lavatrice, la posizione è perfetta per visitare Trieste. Niente in realtà, il soggiorno è stato perfetto. Forse nella cucina potrebbero fornire una moka e piatti/utensili più nuovi e rinnovare qualche piccola altra cosa (il tappeto, il cestino, etc.). Ma sono piccoli dettagli, la sistemazione è stata comodissima.

They arranged for late check-in which was really handy as we didn’t arrive into Trieste until around 11PM. The A/C was only in the living room so the bedroom wasn’t as cool but all things considered not really a problem.

It’s beautifully styled, spotlessly clean, and located right in the heart of the city—perfect for exploring everything on foot. The reception was incredibly friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated the flexibility of being allowed to stay an extra hour beyond check-out. Everything was smooth, welcoming, and comfortable. Highly recommended!

• Peter (9/5): Perfect location, ideal for the solo traveler. - Location was perfect for everything, owner, Michael, was very nice (providing full information via WhatsApp the day prior to arrival and being readily available to greet upon arrival, as I had some delay with flights). Apartment felt safe and secure, fellow occupiers of the building seem to be working professionals and retirees. Polite and clean, with an internal lift for ease of access. There is a well-stocked SPAR and a COOP within 3-4 minutes walking distance for food items and they are open during 'siesta-type' hours too, as well as several restaurants (typically 13:00-15:00pm for lunch and 19:00pm-late, closed late afternoon as with the commercial stores for aforementioned continental 'siesta'). *Avoid the nearby Pizzeria Bianco at all costs, as the overall experience is woeful and not worth your custom! I had a few day-trips with Koper Tours, which departed/returned to the entrance of Savoia Excelsior hotel, really handy as it is literally around the corner from the apartment. The cruise terminal building is on your doorstep too, as is the Piazza Unità d'Italia (a central meeting hub for everything). No real complaints for the price, as there is no view from inside the apartment. Bedroom and lounge shares an inner working courtyard with the Savoia Excelsior hotel and their employees can be a little noisy into the late hours, it must be their kitchen area and you can hear them going about their business 24/7. Probably what to expect for a city centre location.
• Réka (5/5): Passable - The location was very good, everything was in walking distance. It is next to the sea, in the middle of the city. Very good location and the host was super nice, very helpful and he answered very fast. It wasnt clean, there was a weird smell in the flat and there was a chewing gum in the shower, our blanket was full with black hair and the was left food in the fridge when we arrived. I hope the cleaner will do a better job next time.

• Suzanne (10/5): Great apartment and close to everything in a beautiful and clean city, and delicious gelato selection right next door. w - Good size kitchen, bedroom with lots of storage, balcony for fresh air and a clothes rack too, secure, location with a superb gelato shop next door. Close to piazza, and restaurants, and the coast road and cruise terminal. Maybe an aircon in the bedroom. Though aircon in lounge was good.

• Emil (10/5): Excellent apartment in beautiful Trieste - The communication and instructions from the host were very clear and this made the arrival to the apartment easy and care free. The apartment had absolutely everything that you could need on a holiday stay with more than enough kitchen supplies, towels etc. However, the best part was the location. The apartment is located right next to the main square in a beautiful historical building and there are plenty of excellent and affordable restaurants and bars nearby. Despite the central location, the apartment was very quiet so you can get a good rest. Even despite the high temperatures, we were able to sleep soundly due to the great air conditioning. Everything was clean and the place is bigger than it looks in the pictures. We hope to come back again soon! The lift was not working when we arrived. However it was promptly fixed very early the next working day, so this wasn't really an issue at all.
