Guest Reviews
- Anil (1/5): No good.! You should look after the people that pay to stay there.! - Not very good Dirty rooms, mould in the tea bags
- Tom (10/5): -
- Junior (10/5): -
- SG (1/5): - Close to everything that was it awful room nothing like picture dirty Everything will not be coming back and won't recommend
- charlotte (6/5): - Location was great friendly staff The room was very cold, no heating on.
Heating needs to be on while guests are visiting, not just upon asking
- Hassan (10/5): Nice place - Room are good size clean, host is really nice person help me out of the box. Everything is nearby close to attractions. Prime location 3 min walk to beach.
- PATRICK (5/5): - Location Less staff
- glenys taylor (1/5): - location Rooms were bad no toilet roll no soap no hot water overall it was really bad the whole house were dirty wouldn't recommend the hotel to anybody
- Jade (8/5): Value for money and excellent location - Great stay overall, host could not do enough to make us comfortable. Really understanding of our 3 little terrors and so kind with them.
I would describe our rooms as more of a family suite - brilliant layout with a whole locked corridor of rooms to ourselves - there were 2 double bedrooms and a twin with a bathroom at the end, it’s a great set up for families! We almost had a hot water issue but was fixed before we checked in, I’m not sure if it had been fully repaired though as the shower really didn’t work properly - other than that it was good value for the price and is located about 100 yards away from Coral Island so location couldn’t be better!
- Jay (8/5): Very good - Joe was very welcoming and could do enough 😀 for his customers
- Jack (1/5): Would not stay again - The shower dident work the heating dident work
- Dean (1/5): Bad - Paid for one night and they took the money and phoned saying they couldn’t have us there
- Andrew (2/5): Wow...what a hole. - Then only positive thing i can say is the location is perfect. But i wouldnt class it as a hotel, it looked like they had just moved in, bar area was a hoarders dream. The room looked like it was quickly thrown together. Wall paper and curtains hanging off. We only used as somewhere to get some sleep otherwise I'd of asked for money back and stayed somewhere else
- Daniela (2/5): DISAPPOINTING - Deception ant, smelled bad, cleanliness 0 heat 0, in the pictures it said you have somewhere to eat but apparently it's not true, dirty walls, broken wet ceiling, broken curtain, dirt, dust... I don't recommend it. Arrived there at 4 o'clock I left immediately sorry for you but not recommended, they as people are kind but what it contains is "hotel no)!! I want to upload pictures but he doesn't let me, he doesn't let me....
- Ann (8/5): Just what i needed - Because im not good at walking the hotel was in the perfect placeand central to everything. Hotel wasnt much but the host was kind and supportive of my needs so i will definitely stay here again
- Ann (10/5): - It was very good a d the owners are very nice
- Angelina (6/5): - Was ok like staff nice tho
- Janette (6/5): - The room wasn't bad it was clean, wallpaper peeling off ,no complimentary tea coffee sugar, no toilet roll had to wait. Couldn't shut window so it was cold, room was freezing, really stiff window, wasn't really welcoming, it seemed upon arrival there was confusion with me stating I had a reservation then the manager came and didn't explicitly say to follow him so we just went like lost dogs.
- Jamie (6/5): - The room wasn't very clean and had a lot of mold in areas in the bathroom and rooms but the staff were really nice
- Laura (6/5): - Very much in need of an update, a bit of paint and some curtains would help. But the owner was friendly, room was clean and beds were comfy. Good for a sleeping base in the centre of Blackpool, only a couple of minutes walk to the main attractions, though that did mean there was passerby noise it was to be expected due to location.
- Lisa (6/5): - Ok for what we needed it for but needs updating.
Host helpful & friendly,
- Claire (8/5): Thumbs up 👍 - Hotel is a bit dated but clean, you get what you pay for, staff very helpful couldn’t do enough to help you
- Joanne (5/5): Passable -
- Shannah (6/5): - The hotel was ideally situated and the staff were wonderful, they were extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Unfortunately everywhere in Blackpool is very tired & dilapidated and the hotel was no exception.
- Joanne (8/5): - Really close to everything, town centre. Lovely owners.
- Brian (8/5): - Good basic one night stay
- Malakai (6/5): Good for short stay - Was okay for what we needed bed was comfy etc slept well. The lady was nice, the shower drain had a bit of muck in, if I'd have stayed Any longer I would have asked them to clean it but no biggy was a good experience overall
- Bethany (7/5): Good -
- Peter (5/5): Passable -
- Duncan (6/5): - Stay was ok
- Chloe (8/5): - Good experience. Only stayed the 1 night but the host was lovely, very friendly and accommodating
- Paul (6/5): Ok at best - It’s in a good place if you’re in Blackpool for a night out. Rooms were ok. Hotel is getting tired to be honest. For somewhere to get your head down it’s cheap enough.
- Kevin (1/5): Bad - Nothing The room was so dirty we couldn't stay there.know hot water tops were not working. Wallpaper falling off mattress was to small for the bed .The place was dirty from top to bottom
- Jamie (8/5): - You get what you pay for. Nice and cheap. Very basic, very pleasant owners. If you want a cheap place to stay right in the centre this is perfect
- Nicola (2/5): Wouldn’t recommend - Welcomed to a dirty hotel waited at reception for 15 minutes taken to a dirty room, whole in ceiling dirty bedsheets, no fridge
- Mark (3/5): Poor - Great location Room needed updating, wallpaper hanging off and damp around the walls ceiling, shower door was broken and hanging off the rail.
- Amanda (1/5): Bad - Toilet seat was broken
Five times during the night someone tried to get into our room
Bed was filthy
No hot water running
Carpets dirty
