• Salop (9/5): - The location and amount of space were perfect. Good communication and had everything we needed. The toilet flushed loudly, and when neighbours flushed, we could hear theirs too. Also, one of the lounge's lights flickered when on.
• Emunael (10/5): Excellent Spot - Love the apartment love the location. Everything is close by and it's a great spot to be explore Capetown from. Just a few basic items like salt, and a tea and coffee station would be great but not a deal breaker.
• Reinhold (8/5): - Die Lage des Appartements war bestens und sauber. Gut,dass wir eine Garage hatten. In der Nähe gibt es Gaststätten und Geschäfte. Da die Straße eine Sackgasse ist, herrscht größtenteils Ruhe. Dass die Toiletten sich in den Schlafzimmern befinden, war gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber für 3 Tage nicht wirklich ein Problem.

The apartment was clean and well located. - Great location, peaceful environment and our host Ian's communication was excellent - always replying promptly. He was very welcoming and flexible. Wi-fi was working perfectly, we had a very homely feel. We really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely visit again. Nothing significant.

• Jo (8/5): Super Gegend für einen längeren Aufenthalt in Kapstadt - Die Lage war super, sehr schöne und sichere Gegend. Die Wohnung war geräumig und gemütlich. Küche gut ausgestattet. Super, dass es einen sicheren und festen Platz zum Parken gab. Die Wohnung hat einen getrennten Aufgang, so dass keine Menschen draußen vorbeilaufen. Es gibt einen kleinen Balkon. Einmal die Woche wurden Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt. Der Pool war erfrischend und man konnte auch gut Bahnen schwimmen. Iain war immer erreichbar. Die Toilette ist kaum abgetrennt im Schlafzimmer, das ist nicht so schön. Der Pool war an manchen Tagen etwas trüb. Ein paar Stühle auf dem Balkon wären schön gewesen. Einige Gegenstände (Klobürste) könnten mal erneuert werden.

• Michaque (7/5): Foi um bom investimento. Conto repetir a experiência e recomendar aos meus próximos. - Ambiente simpático, inspira segurança, limpo e bem organizado. A cozinha tem espaço medio. A sala é bem generosa proporcionado uma verdadeira sensação de conforto como se estivessemos em nossa casa. O custo beneficio é bom. O estacionamento é excelente, seguro e proximo do alojamento. A área em redor é super segura o que nos deixou bem tranquilos. A localização da piscina, podia ter sido mais favorável tendo em conta o apartamento 208.

Balcony was nice but bit small, and the unit we booked did not much of a view, but we were out most of the day so did not make a difference to us.

• Christof (10/5): Schönes Apartment in sehr guter Lage. - Das Apartment befindet sich in dem schönen Viertel Waterkant am Fuße des Signal Hill. Vieles ist von dort aus zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Apartment war sehr schön.

• Jennifer (7/5): Abgewohnte Wohnung mit guter Lage - Die Lage war hervorragend, ebenso wie die Sicherheit und der Poolbereich. Die Wohnung war nicht sauber und sichtlich abgewohnt. Die Alarmanlage ging jede Macht mehrmals los, sodass man mehrmals in der Nacht aus dem Schlaf gerissen wurde.

• Coppini Family (10/5): Ottima base per esplorare Cape Town - Il quartiere dove si trova l'appartamento, la sicurezza che si percepisce, essendo una strada a fondo chiuso e' molto silenzioso, il parcheggio, la luminosita' dell'appartamento e il balconcino con vista sulla Table Mountain. Le zanzare durante la notte, situazione risolta accendendo il ventilatore.

• Carin (10/5): Wonderful Fantastic Lekker Stay - We loved our stay. The apartment is separate from the others, which made it feel private and peaceful. The pool is close by, and the free secure parking is a great bonus — also conveniently located near the apartment. Everything was spotless, and the beds were wonderfully comfortable. The location is fantastic, with great restaurants and shops within walking distance, and several beautiful beaches just a short drive away. We will absolutely visit again. It’s truly excellent value for money. The lockbox is about 70 houses down the road, which isn’t ideal, but it was roughly a 5‑minute walk. It was a bit of a challenge at first to figure out the map we received. I think if we had received it a day before arrival, I would have been able to check it properly on Maps instead of only on my phone. It also wasn’t easy trying to view a hand‑drawn map on a phone screen
• Michaela (7/5): - sehr einfaches self checkin, sehr netter host, sehr zuvorkommend, hat uns sogar das Bett vom ersten Stock ins Wohnzimmer im EG heruntergetragen. Waschmaschine vorhanden. Tolle Aussicht auf den Tafelberg , abgeschlossener Parkplatz vorhanden. Leider wurden wir kurzfristig in ein anderes Appartment umgebucht, jetzt weiss ich nicht wie die andere Unterkunft gewesen wöre, diese jedoch war schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, mit sehr abgenutzten Möbeln. Die Schlafzimmer befinden sich im ersten Stock, so dass man viel Treppen steigen musste.. Es ist sehr laut, da die Türe und Fenster , selbst wenn sie zu sind., noch fingerdicke Spalten haben. Es gibt nur in einem Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage, keine Spülmaschine.

• Jessica (7/5): Felt a bit disappointing when first walked in but actually good value for money - Spacious apartment in a good location. Clean and secure. Beds were comfy and bonus to have 2 bathrooms for 2 bedrooms. And a really good price. The property was shabby and felt very 'studenty'. Needs a lick of paint and spruce up, particularly the bathrooms. Looks better in the pics online.

• Marika (10/5): Lovely spacious apartment, great area, amazing views - close to everything! - Clear and easy instructions were given to collect the keys and where to enter and park our car (secure which was also great!). The apartment was walking distance to explore so many places. Lovely area and was quiet as well. Amazing views!! Bonus was the air conditioner in the bedroom. AND having access to both a washing machine AND a tumble dryer. Really loved the apartment! Spacious and had everything you could need! Would definitely be back! Access to a smart tv - to have Netflix, etc. And a dishwasher would also be nice - but these are just "NICE TO HAVE" things. And didn't impact our stay.

• Chantal (5/5): The location is the property’s only redeeming feature - Location is good. We chose well for this reason as we were attending the Italian festival and it was right down the road within walking distance The property was difficult to find, and with no one to welcome us on arrival, the first impression was already disappointing. Inside, the space felt run-down and very basic, with no thoughtful décor or personal touches. It lacked attention to detail throughout, making it more of a simple lock-up-and-go than a place where you’d want to relax outside, cook a nice meal, or spend any real time indoors. There was no drinking water or basic tea and coffee provisions, with no mention of this and even the shower soap was a bright blue, poor-quality product.

• Louise (7/5): Nice place to stay for a few days - Good location and everything was clean. Spacious enough for a short stay. They could definitely do with proper curtains in the bedrooms, gets very light in the mornings. Our group booked three apartments thinking they would all be together, this is what the picture led us to believe. This sadly wasn’t the case. Two were in the same complex but the third was a good 5 min walk away. Thankfully we only stayed for the weekend so wasn’t a problem. It would have been annoying if our group was staying longer.

• Andrea (10/5): SOGGIORNO PER FAMIGLIE , SUPERSICURO, PERFETTA POSIZIONE! - Tutto organizzato benissimo. Check in self con chiavi in lockbox. Istruzioni semplici e chiare. L'appartamento (213), con posto auto interno privato, era spaziosissimo e pulitissimo. Lenzuola ed asciugamani nuovi e morbidi. Due camere separate con bagno e doccia gigante in camera in entrambe. cucina super fornita, con lavatrice ed asciugatrice. In piena zona movida, si può andare a piedi con i bambini nei locali per cena ed anche verso il centro e waterfront. Tutto il quartiere ha controllo guardie private h24 = nessun rischio, nessun disturbo. Con 2€ di Uber in 4 minuti si arriva al Waterfront. Sulla strada per Table e Muizenberg, Cape Point. Facile ingresso da M1 e M2. E' ubicato in una via chiusa quindi niente traffico o auto che sfrecciano in piena notte.

• Maciej (9/5): Superb - Nice, clean and well located apartment. All was fine. Instructions how to enter the apartment were sent only in the morning of the day of arrival and with no internet upon available on the spot it took us some time to get in. The open toilets might not suit everyone.
• Shakira (9/5): Superb - Great location and good size for a family of four. The check in process was seamless and the host's responsiveness was excellent. No negative reviews just suggestions. A smart TV would create added value.

• Karen (9/5): Good choice! - Like: Convenient location near the waterfront, well equipped, nice pool, safe. Secure parking. Good instructions on check in&out and finding the building. Aircons, wifi worked well. We would definitely stay again if we could! Dislikes: almost nothing to dislike, but very minor things for feedback to the host, were that the carpet in the main bedroom was the only thing not vacuumed clean (although the rest was pristine). There could have been slightly better instructions on finding the flat number inside the complex as it’s part of a large set of flats! The photos must be of multiple flats from the same host as did not all seem to resemble the flat. Do be aware that there’s a few stairs to climb if you have heavy suitcases. Great place to stay in CT!

The bathrooms were very tired. One toilet didn’t flush properly and couldn’t use the shower over the bath as hot tap was stuck.

• Kerstin (5/5): A convenient flat for an overnight stay in De Waterkant. - The flat is positioned at the quiet end of De Waterkant, which is a very trendy area. Several nice restaurants within walking distance and it is also easy to get down to Waterfront as well as CBD. The flat is in need of some maintenance and the kitchen lacks a dishwasher. A light smell of mold below the sink and smell of smoke in the lounge is slightly disturbing. The pool is unfortunately not well maintained either and does not invite for a swim.

• Maite (7/5): Lovely apartment in a great location - Great location. Safe and well equipped self-catering apartment. It's close to the city but also not far from good beaches. There is no separation between the toilets and the bedrooms. It's not an issue if you are alone, but if you are sharing, it is kind of annoying to be in bed while someone is on the toilet. The couch needed a cleaning while we were there.

• Katie (9/5): Safe in the city - The apartment felt very secure and there were security guards around 24 hours a day. The bedrooms were spacious and each had its own bathroom. The bathroom was open to the bedroom which may not suit everyone but it wasn't an issue for us. Ian was a wonderful host and responded to questions very quickly. The car parking was very secure. The WiFi signal was good for anyone traveling with teenagers! We had to stagger showers to allow the water to re heat. Not a huge issue.

The appartement had two bedrooms and two bathrooms/toilets, which is comfortable when travelling in a group. The kitchen was well equipped. We were happy to use the washing and Drying machine. The appartement needs a renovation and a good cleaning. The bathrooms were not well cleaned.

• Laura (9/5): Lovely stay in De Waterkant! - Location is great, Swimming pool is an added bonus & the apartment was kitted out with everything we needed for our stay. Secure parking spot is very handy & the Owner was always on hand to answer any questions we had. Air con is only available in one bedroom - a big fan is provided for the living room/other bedroom but on nights when the temperture was 35°+ you really needed air con in the 2nd bedroom! Also towel hooks behind the bedroom doors would have been great as there is nowhere to hang your towels up.
