- ossama (2/5): Very poor - Nothing Everything including the roads to the property .. very bad and very far from everything you need .. you must have a 4 x 4 car for the off-road ways there .. the host didn't respond to our requests for extra bed covers, toilet paper, tissues .. etc. No kettle, no TV channels .. very boring The owner didn't get us passes to enter El Gouna and we'd to spend a lot of time convincing the security at the gate that we've already booked in El Gouna .. very annoying

I recently had the pleasure of staying in bali and it was truly clean and well maintained, providing a serene and comfortable and relaxing environment made us feels like a home away from home and helpful staff, along with the relaxing atmosphere, made us feel at ease and truly welcomed. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone seeking a wonderful getaway in El Gouna. 10/10!

- Rasha (5/5): Not worth the headache - Clean, cute As a female alone, I couldn’t open the door. It got stuck. Even when I called over the men from the front gate, they had a very hard time. So once I got it, I kept the door cracked so I wouldn’t be stuck inside. This also didn’t make it easy to go anywhere as I needed to keep the door open or someone’s help
