- Zoran (10/5): Beautiful villa in Chiang Mai. - It is beautiful, exceptionally furnished / decorated and extremely well maintained villa in Chiang Mai. We travel a lot as a family, but I’ve never been in a place that is so nicely and carefully furnished and decorated. Every detail in the villa is carefully arranged. It has also a nice and well maintained garden, even a very posh bath on one of the balconies. The maintenance was excellent , every time we contacted the manager staff will attend within minutes. Highly recommended for families . Everything was perfect .

La sensation d'espace dans la maison. Le jardin et l'étang à grenouille sont reposants. Eau, biscuits, affaires de toilettes à disposition et gratuits. Ménages quotidiens. Petits problèmes et questions réglés dans la minute. Rien de grave mais le personnel de la maison est tellement attentif... qu'il en devient intrusif. C'est peut être nous qui ne sommes pas habitués d'avoir du "personelle" mais nous avons eu l'impression d'être surveillés

- Hl (10/5): Overall we love this place and we will definitely come back here again the next time we visit Chiangmai! - We loved everything here, from the cleanliness to the decorations. It’s spacious with 4 big air conditioned bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (anti slip mats in every shower), babycot is provided upon request. Very suitable for family and people traveling with big groups. Amenities we need during the stay is all provided, like towels, shower gel etc, hair dryer, washing machine, detergents, kettles, even pots and pans for cooking! They also provide drinking water and some free snacks and a first aid kit! Daily housekeeping is available too. Location is in the old city, there are delicious food (meat, seafood, vegan options) all around in walking distance and a 7-11 nearby. It’s easy to just book a grab and move around too. None! Nothing that we disliked, just need to be careful when have small children on the second floor, some of the gaps on the railings on the second floor is a bit wide.
- Catherine (9/5): Wonderful stay in a lovely home - Beautiful home with so many interesting art and souvenirs displayed from around the globe. The garden is lovely, however, we were unable to enjoy it due to the rain. There is air conditioning all throughout the home which we didn't need much, but definitely a unique amenity if needed. Filtered water was Communication w/ the owners was great with quick replies to our questions. The cleaning staff was very hospitable. The pillows were high and very firm, making it challenging for a few of us to get a good night's sleep with our head tilted all night. I requested a softer pillow, but only received one which is likely all they had. I anticipate the owners will have more softer pillows on hand for future guests.
