• Tegwen (10/5): - Location. Big back yard , has everything you need for a comfy stay.
• Josh (6/5): This was our base, the beach was our holiday! - Central location close to beaches and shops but its a main route for traffic. Big yard and we were able to bring our dog- not completely fenced so needed to be tethered a lot. Beds were comfy enough. It is a clean and tidy beach shack that needs a few repairs. The kitchen, we needed to buy a few things ourselves to prepare our food...

• Nathan (7/5): A good stay for our time in Cervantes. - Spacious and central in Cervantes. Met our needs. It was clean and pleasant and we felt supported by our host. We could not find an ironing board when we looked. It would be nice to have access to one more readily.

• Sandra (8/5): Great holiday home - House was great for our group of 7 (4 adults and 3 children) Had everything you needed. We loved the bbq area out the back, plenty of room to sit and well protected from the wind. Kids loved playing darts.

• Kathy (9/5): Superb - A great property for a small group of family or friends. Property is very neat and clean with everything you could possibly need. Some of the guest items are due for an update, but this is only a minor issue.
• Michelle (9/5): Wonderful location. Great for families. - Location was great. Walking distance to everything. Very well equipped kitchen & having a bedroom & bathroom downstairs was great for the teenagers. I would have liked the backyard to have been fenced off.
• Nicole (3/5): Constructive feedback - host was lovely and very quick to respond. location to the pinnacles. it was advertised to sleep 8 yet one room was outside, seperate to the house and the additional bathroom also meant you would have to go outside to use it. there was not enough chairs to seat all 7 of us. all the furniture was very old and rusty, paint peeling and just a very worn out property. it was advertised as beachfront, I would say more 'close proximity to a beach'. we decided to leave after 2 days as the comfort just wasn't there for 7 people.

• Donna (8/5): We felt at home and had a wonderful holiday. - The house felt comfortable, everyone felt at home. Everything we needed to enjoy our holiday was on hand. It was quiet and had a lovely view. The children got very excited about seeing the kangaroos a few times. On the vacant land across the road. The retic sprinklers on first thing every morning. I had washing out. After the first day we knew to get down there earlier to take it off the line. We had an ant problem. Once we realized we kept all the food in the fridge.
• Claudia (4/5): Great location and relaxed vibe, but let down by upstairs shower - The location was great. The fridge was excellent. Appliances were very good. TV reception was great. Appreciated the bottle of prosecco. Lots of games and beach towels. It was very difficult to get the keys out of the key lock. The upstairs shower was very disappointing as couldn't control the temperature of the water. There was a crack in the shower screen door and there were holes in the bedroom door panels. It was great to have a swashing machine, but it wasn't very clean. Could have had ceiling fans and bedside lights. The glass on the sliding door upstairs needed a good clean.

• Tania (8/5): Clean and tidy facilities in a great location - Good location Property was clean and tidy Comes with everything you need to enjoy a holiday away without having to pack additional things Great BBQ and balcony to enjoy the sea breeze Too many keys and old door locks were a little bit sticky. Would have been good if locks were keyed the same but not a huge problem

• Maddi (8/5): Quaint Nostalgic Beach Shack - Quaint beach shack that gives oldschool nostalgic vibes from the furniture. Comfortable and clean home which was well stocked. The kids loved the bonus of all of the board games!
