• Melanie (6/5): War okay. - Super zentrale Lage! Self Check-in Super easy! Ständige Hinweise zur Mülltrennung, Müll rausstellen etc. vollkommen überzogen, so noch nie erlebt. Ständige Kontaktaufnahme durch Host. Unterkunft eher alt und nicht modern. Hinweis durch den Host, dass „nur zehn Punkte eine angemessene Bewertung wären“, Wasserstrahl in Dusche eher mager.
• Pamela (8/5): The apartment was well equipped and clean and in a great location. - The location is great. Easy walking to the train and bus and right in the old city We found the host a bit off putting and did not appreciate him telling us the “ only acceptable rating was a ten”.
• Karin (9/5): Schöne Unterkunft - Schöne, preiswerte Unterkunft in der Altstadt. Besonders gefallen hatte mir, dass das Zimmer eine Küche inkl. Mikrowelle hatte. Der Gastgeber Cosimo war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar per Whatsapp.

• Bartosz (10/5): - Bardzo klimatyczny apartament w samym centrum Monopoli. Posiada lodówkę, żelazko, suszarkę, ręczniki i akcesoria do kąpieli. Ekspres do kawy, wyjście na główną uliczkę miasta. Blisko do komunikacji miejskiej ( pociąg/ autobus). Stały kontakt z właścicielem który jest bardzo pomocny. Zameldowanie przez skrytkę. Bardzo polecam
• Omval (10/5): - Atenção, o proprietário desde a nossa chegada mostrou-se sensível às nossas necessidades. Passamos dos 70 e na chegada chovia muito em Monopoli e ele nos buscou na estação de trem. Apresentou todas as facilidades do apartamento, deu dicas importantes e sempre respondia prontamente algum pedido. De ir embora. Infelizmente por conta do feriado, tivemos que abandonar nossa Ida a Napoli, todos os meios de transporte estavam lotados. O proprietário sugeriu uma alternativa que aceitamos por ser a mais correta. • Gabe13 (10/5): Top 10 apartman - Az apartman igazán jó helyen található, a történelmi óváros szívében, amely nagyon hangulatos. A környéken nagyon sok jó étterem, és bar található, és a kikötő is max 200 méterre van az apartmantól. a tengertől és a kikötőtől. A lakás kicsi, de jól felszerelt, 2 személy részére maximálisan elégséges. Cosimo nagyon jó vendéglátó, kommunikatív és segítőkész. A vakáció végén felajánlotta, hogy kivisz minket a vasútállomásra, ami nagyon jól jött, mert sajnos szakadt az eső.

• Emese (10/5): Perfect stay with a kind host and great value - Everything was very professional. The host was very kind and attentive to all our questions and requests. Late check-in and check-out were not a problem either. The place was quiet and only a few minutes from the beach. The accommodation was cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed, memory foam pillows, and a capsule coffee machine. The air conditioning worked perfectly as well. It was unbeatable value for money. :) The stairs leading up to the room were quite steep, but that did not bother us at all.

• iranyirany (8/5): Esperava bem melhor mediante as avaliações - Localização otima. Apartamento equipado Para trocar as toalhas paga uma taxa de 10 €. O lixo tem q ser retirado pelo proprio hóspede. O aquecedor do quarto teve que ficar ligado direto, conforme instruções do anfitrião, para poder esquentar o quarto. Amenidades só 2 micro sabonetes.

• natasha (9/5): - Location and host. Bathroom basin area could have done with extra shelf, and maybe a shower gel dispenser in the actual shower, rather than a little cake of soap.
• Hilda (8/5): Super ! - Hele fijne communicatie met de eigenaar. Over van alles, zoals leuke restaurants, auto/scooterverhuur. We konden hem alles vragen. Ook heel fijn dat we al eerder in het appartement konden! Buiten op straat kan soms wat rumoerig zijn, maar dat wisten we en met de ramen dicht valt dat reuze mee.

• Johanna (8/5): Great location in the old centre - Great location. Place was tiny..looked bigger in the photoes, just tolerable for 2 people. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was a bit small for 2 people but we managed. Noisy at night as it was on a main walking trail from the centre.

Cosimo was fantastic . - The apartment was spacious,comfortable ,very clean and has a well equipped kitchen . The washing machine and iron were a great benefit. The check-in was very straightforward. Communication with Cosimo was excellent and he responded quickly to any questions. Also Cosimo gave us valuable information about restaurants, cafes and sightseeing. Highly recommend Nothing

• Serpillo (8/5): - Struttura molto pulita, e anche molto attrezzata , Cosimo (il personale) super disponibile e sempre molto gentile, posizione più che ottima esattamente nel centro, nel complesso la struttura super L’unico problema riscontrato era la doccia, che non funzionava al 100% ma niente per la quale non ritornare, nello specifico bisognava aspettare prima che la temperatura fosse adeguata.

Még strandoláshoz is vannak kiegészítők. Sétatávolságra van a vonat, amivel minden könnyen megközelíthető. Az utca éjjelente picit zajos. Hiába sétálóutca, autók is mennek az ablak alatt. A reggeli szelektív szemétszállítás behallatszik.
• Tzoumas (10/5): We stayed at Domus Regina Carmela in Monopoli, and it was truly the highlight of our trip to Italy. - Everything, Cosimo, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. He surprised us by picking us up from the train station and helped us with our heavy luggage. When we arrived at his lovely apartment, he walked through everything and offered us tips on the best places to eat and all the lovely attractions to visit. Throughout our stay Cosimo was always available for help, and on the last day he even organised for our luggage to be locked away safely, which was such a relief because we had to leave late afternoon. To top it all off when it was time to go he picked us up with our luggage and dropped us off at the train station. If you are planning to stay in Monopoli, I have no hesitation in recommending Cosimo lovely apartment. Thank you, Cosimo, for everything. You made our trip truly memorable. A short walk to the train station so was easy to get around to different towns. Host was super friendly and even picked us up from the station when we arrived! Nothing!

The location is incredibly central and we would definitely stay again! Small FYI - There is a bit of noise from the street but it's not too bad after you close the window. You may need to BYO shampoo/body wash if you are staying for longer.

Everything was great, but I would have like more pillows and body wash, we went to the store and got our own. Also more cleaning supplies, such us as disinfecting sprays or something like that. And lastly beach towels, because that's something I couldn't pack in my carry-on.
