• Yanga (1/5): - Nothing I booked payed online,I got there they told me they dont have a room for me,they are fully booked. When l was asking for my money, they said the boss is not picking up the standing out very cold ,they didn't have electricity.And it's crustier than what we see 🤔 on pictures

• Heita (1/5): The first moment of staying outside in a foreign country for 3-4 hours ruined everything. - Nothing We reserved for a room, paid deposit and they gave it away, we waited for 3-4 hours outside. It was really bad experience.

• Jackson (5/5): My stay at Victoria Guest House - Clean and welcoming staff, very friendly. All the rooms there was no Dstv only open view. Others did not have shower on bath. The noise on the headboard, unpleasant smell from the kitchen.

May God bless their loving souls. We only stayed there because of them! We were promised WiFi when we got there but for 2 weeks we’ve been there it never materialised.

The staff is friendly and the place is clean. The place is at a perfect spot,near different malls. Shower caps,not user friendly

• Alfred (3/5): Rooms were unsatisfactory - The staff was welcoming and warm The rooms were not clean enough, especially behind the headboard, the water from the shower had a low flow, when you bath it wets the toilet, when the hot air from the shower condeses the room becomes very cold and humid, the mattress protector was stained, the coffee station was not refilled.

• Innocent (1/5): Bad - Electricity left and there was no alternative for power nor any communication. We were policed when we asked the microwave. The room was super small and the bed uncomfortable. I guess I shouldn't complain for that price
