- Grace (10/5): Tranquila,segura, ordenada, limpia y completa - El hospedaje es muy lindo amplio limpio habitaciones comodas baños muy comodos cocina super equipada , el lugar es muy lindo y limpio amplio para las familias . ademas de quete sientes como en casa Creo que no deberian poner en las especificaciones que tienen lavadora y secadora de ropa por que a pesar de que nos permitieron usar la lavadora nos indicaron que eso tenia un costo adicional, sin embargo eso esta entre las amenidades que aparecen en la descripcion y como dije que apesar de que nos dejaron usar la lavadora si nos indicaron que so tenia un costo extra que aclaro no pagamos por que nos permitieron usar por lo demas un 100

- Nailesh (4/5): The host should ensure all issues are addressed before welcoming future guests. - Rooms were spacious with comfortable bedding, and towels, bathing soap, and shampoo were provided. utensils were minimal, and some glasses were stained, so we didn't use them. The mugs were clean, but the microwave had food splattered inside. On feedback the host ensured it was cleaned the next day.
The water pressure from the shower was very low, and there was no hot water. When we informed the host, they claimed not to have noticed this before, but we found a review from August mentioning the same issues. So this is a known challenge.
While the host was in constant contact, I was disappointed with the level of service. The bedroom with the king bed on the top floor had a stench of urine, so we kept the windows open. There was a cat roaming around the house when we arrived. The AC in the bedroom with the bunk bed was leaking, so we had to move the bed to avoid getting dripped on while sleeping. The bathrooms were clean, but the toilet tank took a long time to fill up. By the end of day two, the urine stench worsened, and we discovered the cat had peed on the edge of the king bed. We had to remove all the sheets, and the bed could not be used. The host informed us about extra sheets in a room, but putting those sheets on the bed wouldn't help.
The washing machine and dryer were listed as amenities, but the host informed us upon arrival that using them would incur an additional charge of 35 pesos per kg. We specifically looked for a house with a washing machine and dryer and were disappointed with the host's response. While the host was very responsive, it felt like he was just trying to make us feel heard without addressing the issues. The fact that a four-month-old issue had not been resolved shows a lack of interest in providing proper hospitality. My personal opinion is that the host should ensure all issues, like hot water supply and water pressure, are addressed before confirming stays.
- Gustavo (7/5): Quiet, nicely built and furnished house, lacking cleaning in the kitchen and without hot showers. - The house is in a quiet street. The building is a standalone, two floor house, well built, with extra-large spaces and solid furniture. The lawn is well kept at the front and side of the property but there is an abandoned pool project at the back. Lots of windows, all with mosquito nets, which helped circulating the air in the evenings, after very hot weather days. Air-com also fully functional and clean. Comfy beds! We had about 5 minutes of hot water for showering on the first day and then never again. We contacted the host (remotely) but that did not solve the problem. Someone came over to fix it 4h before our check out on the 4th day! There was also food leftovers in the fridge and spils in the microwave oven and cooker, like someone had just left (or was still living there?).
