Rita (10/5): Sehr zu empfehlen - Schöne große geräumige Wohnung mit vielen Geschäften, Banken und Bistros in der Strasse.Wir hatten Glück und konnten trotz Parkplatzprobleme unser Auto in der Nähe der Unterkunft abstellen und haben die Stadt mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erkundet. Leider war von den drei Schlafzimmern nur eins mit einem Klimagerät ausgestattet so das die beiden kleineren Schlafzimmer nicht nutzbar waren.Aber im großen Wohnraum befand sich auch ein Klimagerät ,so das wir dieses Zimmer zum Schlafen nutzten.

Diana Elena (10/5): - The apartment is very big and looks like in the pictures. We were a group of 6 friends, and we had 3 separate bedrooms and 1 living room, 2 bathrooms (both with showers) and very important, 2 air conditioners (this was helpful in the period of time when we were visiting Istanbul, because it was hot outside). Also, the apartment has a balcony, so in case someone smokes, it's perfect. The apartment was clean and the host provided towels for all 6 of us. Outside there are markets, a tram station and there is a place where we went and exchanged money each morning. We enjoyed the staying in the AHC apartment and we would return here, if we would visit Istanbul again.

Gemma (9/5): Great apartment, very clean & spacious. Would recommend. - Great apartment, lots of space, very clean and well maintained. Good kitchen facilities and 2 bathrooms. Lots of storage. We loved the under floor heating in every room as it was still a little chilly in Istanbul while we were there. Clean beds and towels. We met the cleaning lady and she was lovely. Good location for what we needed. The host was very helpful. We would stay here again. It could be a little noisy at times when sitting in the living room but it didn't bother us. The drains smelled a bit then you run the water in the kitchen.

Yazan (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was super clean and fresh, bed sheets and bellows covers are all fresh, this specious flat accommodated my family 4 adults and one child easily, has lots of cabinets the kitchen has the required tools, two bathrooms with 2 showers, washing machine is perfect, the apartment heating is under tiles which is safe and makes the home very hot, the TV has free Netflix, the area is amazing in my opinion,near by you will find Antibim best ever Kunafa store in istanbul,Ercan burger, cafe's and coffee shops, borek shops. Self check in or out. Parking is a real issue,but I could manage every time

Bathrooms are a little small, but they were clean and had clean towels and other toiletries. The owner was responsive to our questions, and he was kind enough to let us in before our check-in time.

Mohadeseh (9/5): Very neat and comfy apartment! - The apartment was very neat and everything was new. All the sheets and towels were clean. It was a spacious and comfortable apartment. There are lots of small shops and supermarkets in the street that the apartment is located so it was easy to buy food. The Metro station is just a few meters away. ATM is right outside the entrance. Very convenient! ;) We had a shocking start of our journey since we got contacted on the day of our trip that the payment has not gone through and we lose our apartment. Despite all my effort until the last second (boarding the flight) I could not fix it. We arrived late at night and we got a message that we can pay the rent in cash the day after. The kitchen needs to have more utensils and pots. One of the windows in the living room could not close properly so we could hear the loud traffic all the time. There is a lot of noise from the street if you plan to open windows otherwise if you have AC on and windows close, it is fine.

The owner is so gentle and helpful, which makes the difference. The price is not cheap, but it deserves
Aida (9/5): Great! - The apartment was very nice and comfortable. It met our needs. Two bathrooms. AC. The location was good in my opinion. It's a nice local neighborhood where we were the only tourists. Lots of grocery stores, cafes, etc. However, be ready to use google translate functions, as almost no one spoke English. True authentic experience :) Lack of basic stuff like toilet paper (only 1 roll in each bathroom), dishwasher detergent, shower gel. Kitchen was missing salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc. Also in one of the bedrooms wardrobe was missing shelves.

Crystal (9/5): Clean and Spacious. - Very clean, spacious apartment at affordable prices. Great top floor balcony with good views (when the air is clear!) Kitchen is very minimally equipped, no chopping boards, only one pot, no serving/mixing bowls. Only a problem if you intend to prepare meals.
