- Юрий (9/5): - Единственная гостиница в Ташкенте, где есть утюг и гладильная доска в номере. В остальных гостиницах ты сам погладить не можешь, эта услуга навязывается платно. Они сломали стереотипы. И это правильно. Очень тихо. Спал без проблем. На тв куча приложений с каналами. Ребята и девушка на ресепшене все супер. Документы выдали заранее. Обычно в Ташкенте, как дело доходит до выдачи документов, с утра начинается какой то геморрой. То бухгалтера нет, то конь сдох, то дорога кончилась. Здесь все супер. Попросил пододеяльник вместо одеяла - сразу принесли без вопросов. Душ и вся сантехника Grohe. Система кондиционирования тоже хорошая. Это значит серьезно подходили к делу. Душ порадовал. Хорошо сливается вода, все продумано. Завтрак немного требует доработки, но это лучший завтрак из всех гостиниц в Ташкенте за все командировки с 2021 года. В общем все супер. Немного не понравилось, что именно в мой приезд, в ресторане на ужин толком не было выбора. Нет такого. Все цивильно.

Семейный - Мы выбрали номер через букинг , но окна в номере смотрели в бассейн , и поэтому было душно и хлоркой пахло в номере . Попросили поменять поменяли за это спасибо Завтрак до 10:00 , мы были в 9:00 , и многие позиции уже не было , на просьбу дополнить еду отказывали (

- IGOR (10/5): Очень хороший отель))) - Второй раз в этом отеле. Все замечательно! Прекрасный персонал!!! Чистота, порядок, хороший завтрак. Бассейн,хамам,сауна - прекрасная возможность отдохнуть после рабочего дня. Расположение на тихой улице))) Поскольку я жил на первом этаже, то лучше убрать места для курения с крыльца, чтобы не мешать проживающим. Нестабильность работы ТВ, но это не проблема) Больше пожеланий проживающим, чтобы бережно относились к имуществу отеля!

- Caroline (10/5): - Magnifique hôtel luxueux et très bien équipé. Dans ma chambre je disposais d'un bain à remous. L'idéal pour se détendre après une journée de visites. L'hôtel est loin des centres d'intérêt de Tachkent mais les taxis sont bon marché et cela permet d'être un peu au calme une fois la journée finie.

PERSONNEL ET MANAGER PARFAITS. - Équipement très soigné et personnel aux petits soins même si la télévision n'a pu être réglée malgré tous les efforts, y compris du très bon manager que je salue pour sa présence et ses efforts. En fait il semble que la BBC par exemple ne soit pas autorisée. Impossible à avoir dans nos 3 hôtels en Uzbekistan. Pas de chaînes d'info telles que France24. Pas de VPN en Uzbekistan te an, donc risques pour les opérations bancaires par exemple.

- Farman (5/5): Staff is good but a room location ruined everything and I am annoyed. - Rooms were clean. Spa service was available. A window of my room was in the pool avenue. It was impossible to refresh an air in my room. In addition humidity of the pool was felt in my room. The guests swimming in the pool were very noisy and I could not sleep. They began swimming early morning at about 7.00 AM. I was very tired and nervous whole day.
- Dmitry (10/5): - Великолепный отель! Персонал на ресепшене все проблемы решает быстро! Спа можно отменить на отлично, бассейн большой и чистый, есть сауна и хамам! Девушка, массажистка профессионал, массаж просто привел в норму и снял усталость. Огромное спасибо за предоставленный комфорт! Жаль нет хотя бы маленького садика с деревьями.
- Гость из Алматы (5/5): - Свежий современный ремонт, есть чайник и холодильник. В ванной удобная душевая кабина, шампуни и гели в наличии. Воду пополняли ежедневно. Расположение: Далеко от основных достопримечательностей и станции метро. Пешком добираться 20 минут до ближайшей станции. Заселение и сервис: Приехали в 12:30, ждали заселения в холле.Т.к.парень на ресепшн сказал,что номера ещё на уборке,и заселение после 14.00. В 13:30 приехала большая группа туристов, которых заселили мгновенно, а про нас просто забыли, хотя мы сидели прямо перед ресепшном. Было очень жарко, но элементарно воды никто не предложил. Завтраки: Изначально очень скудные — не было ни сливочного масла,ни йогуртов,ни творога. Только на третий день, после моих замечаний, появились сливочное масло,хлеб для тостов и т.д.Жаль, что сервис «включается» только после жалоб. Несмотря на хороший ремонт, возвращаться не хочется.

- Saltanat (10/5): Этот 4* отель, недооцененный 5 * - Отличный отель, постельное белье, полотенца, чистота, все педантично, спорт зал крутой оборудован Matrix тренажорами, Ресепшен не был готов заселить к раннему заселению, только с доп оплатой, оставили чемоданы, но приехав к 15.30 наш номер не был готов, попросила заменить на другие номера, согласились нехотя … но осадок остался, На сл день , разрешили позднее выселение к 14.00, но уже другой сотрудник( милая девушка) И завтраки очень скудные, творог отсутствовал , хотя месяц назад был, и хлеб только тостовый и белый

Der Geschäftsleitung würde es nicht schaden, das Konzept der Bar zu überdenken und die Getränkeauswahl zu erweitern, an der man ebenfalls gut verdienen könnte. Die Auswahl an Getränken war ziemlich dürftig; außerdem gab es weder Cola noch Eis.

- Kerez (8/5): iyi - kahfaltı güzeldi, ama iki kere 9.30 gibi gitmeme rağmen ana yemekler kalmıyordu, yenilenmiyordu, yumurta, omlet kaşa gibi yemekler kalmıyordu, 1-2 adet en son parçalar kalıyordu, seçenek kalmıyordu. o yüzden ayrıyetten yumurta kızartmasını istedim. 1 tane kahvaltı hakkım vardı, uçak saatinden dolayı bana paket yapılmasını istedim, yani sandviç, kuru iki dilim tost ekmek koymuş, ortasında hiç bir şey yok, en azından peynir domates konula bilirdi. meyve ve su koymuş.

- Sharan Dev (10/5): Comfortable Stay for UAE travellers. - From the check in to the room everything was done smoothly, the room was very clean and for travellers coming from uae and having the muslim bathroom (Bidet) is very helpful and not every hotels have this options, swimming pool was very good so all in all its good. In regards with the breakfast service, not very happy as the food options are very limited and not to expect like 5 star service, the jucie is not fresh its basically the packet juice which they keep refilling, even the machine coffee which is free is also not so great unless we purchase the coffee as they use another machine. so yea not to have high expections, also in regards if bringing any extra guest to the room that is techically not allowed as thats very wierd from the venue.

- Islombek (8/5): - We liked the room very much, sauna and pool were great. The waiter from the bar was also nice. The lady at the sauna was polite and helpful too. The staff at the reception were not too polite. He was tired and didn’t want to explain the things in the hotel. the breakfast was not so good. Hot water for tea was not working, there were no yogurt or eggs. Cold food. Not many varieties.

- Zhanara (10/5): Лучший сервис и уют как дома - Этот отель выбрала на скорости, но не пожалела. Находится в тихом уютном месте, не слышно трафика. Рядом есть супермаркет Корзинка. Чистый, новый и очень роскошный интерьер. Есть спа, терраса, бассейн. Стаф внимательный и рады гостям. Я хочу отметить, что не понравился кальян и долгое ожидание ужина на террасе. При том что народу не было, только парочка с романтическим вечером Но на самом деле после этого комментария, сотрудники принесли извинения и доставили фруктовую тарелку как комплимент. Это было очень по service recovery стратегии ✨️
