• Liana (7/5): - Ανετο και ανακαινισμενο σε καλη τοποθεσία. Ακαταλληλο για οικογενεια ή για καποιον που θελει να ξεκουραστει καθως βρισκεται πανω απο χωρους εστιασης. Αδυνατον να κοιμηθεις πριν τις 4 με τοση φασαρια καθως δεν υπαρχει καμια προβλεψη ηχομονωσης.

• Hernan (9/5): Great location and comfortable place - Beds are great. Location is very central. Nice design. Easy check in and out, with very responsive hosts. It was clean but there were some ants. It’s on a busy street and was quite loud at night, windows are not very sound proof.

Η τοποθεσία είναι καταπληκτική, στα πόδια μας ήταν μαγαζιά με εξαιρετικό φαγητό και ένα μοναδικό cocktail bar. Δεν υπήρχε κάτι αρνητικό στην διαμονή μας.
• Massimo (6/5): Peccato che una così bella camera non sia insonorizzata in un posto così rumoroso - Struttura nuova e ben arredata La camera ha una grande finestra non insonorizzata sulla strada dei ristoranti e locali per cui è stato impossibile dormire fino alle 3 del mattino e risvegliati alle 5 dai camion delle pilizie
• prisca (9/5): - Tolle Lage, man war innerhalb weniger Minuten am Hafen. Ich fand es schade, dass die Fitnessgeräte auf der Terasse nicht für alle Gäste zur Verfügung standen sondern nur für das obere Apartment. Nachts war es sehr laut von der Bar im erdgeschoss.

• Lisa (5/5): Sorry, would not recommend. - Modern apartment well furnished. Poor kitchen facilities (no kettle). Noise from street below until 2am. Very confusing address and access details, poor communication over phone on our late evening arrival. We only finally got in the property thanks to a helpful neighbour. Then on second day were asked to move to another apartment because ours was needed for a larger party.

• Odeon Travel (9/5): - Εξαιρετική και άμεση επικοινωνία από το προσωπικό, με σαφείς οδηγίες για την είσοδο μας στο κατάλυμα και για όλες τις παροχές. Μοντέρνα διακόσμηση , εξαιρετική αισθητική .
• Michèle (9/5): Ich würde das Zimmer wieder mieten! - Tolle Lage, stilvoll und schön eingerichtet! Netflix! Heizung war top. Der Geruch aus der Kanalisation im Bad war manchmal heftig. Das Checkin per Code ist verwirrend, da der Code nicht an der Schlüsselbox angewendet werden muss, sondern versteckt bei der Türfalle. Ich bekam Hilfe von einem Gast unten an der Bar. Sie rief auf den Vermieter an und zeigte mir die Öffnungstricks. Ich hätte sonst keine Chance gehabt ins Zimmer hinein zu kommen.

• Michèle (9/5): Empfehlenswert, zentral mit Charme! - Schönes Zimmer! Raum, Sauberkeit, Einrichtung, Lage, Wasserdruck und Netflix sind toll. Ich würde es wieder buchen! Das Checkin war verwirrend mit den verschieden Schlössern. Freundliche Griechinnen, von der Bar neben an haben angerufen und mich "gerettet". Sonst hätte ich die Eingangstüre und die Zimmertüre nicht öffnen können. Schade war kein Holz für das Cheminée vorhanden.

Bathroom was large clean and well equipped. the bed was very comfy. considering the winter period we visited: 1- we experienced lack of hot water in one evening to enjoy the jacuzzi. 2- I would recommend having some slippers for comfort as the floor is cold: a carpet in the room and at the sides of bed would make the experience even better!
• Danai (5/5): Μεγάλη απογοήτευση λόγω παραπλάνησης και θορύβου - Επιλέξαμε το κατάλυμα αποκλειστικά για το δωμάτιο με αίθριο λόγω του σκύλου μας, όμως πέσαμε θύματα παραπλάνησης. Με πρόσχημα μια δήθεν «συντήρηση» –που τελικά αποδείχθηκε ψέμα για να κρατήσει το δωμάτιο ο διευθυντής– μεταφερθήκαμε σε ένα δωμάτιο χωρίς καθόλου εξωτερικό χώρο, παρά τις έγκαιρες ερωτήσεις μας που έμειναν αναπάντητες. Παρότι το νέο δωμάτιο ήταν καλόγουστο, καθαρό και σε κεντρικό σημείο, η κατάσταση ήταν ανυπόφορη λόγω του θορύβου: η έλλειψη ηχομόνωσης πάνω από τον πολυσύχναστο δρόμο με τα μπαρ σήμαινε δυνατή μουσική μέχρι τη 1 π.μ. σαν να μην υπήρχαν παράθυρα. Μοναδική φωτεινή εξαίρεση η κυρία στην υποδοχή και την καθαριότητα, που ήταν εξαιρετική, πρόθυμη και απόλυτα επαγγελματίας. Δυστυχώς, η εξαπάτηση από τη διεύθυνση και η ηχορύπανση καθιστούν την εμπειρία απαράδεκτη.
• Gil Benyamin (10/5): מתקן מפנק, ג'קוזי ענקי! מיקום מנצח, ניקיון - מבריק, צוות - עוזר ומועיל. - התארחתי ב Navelina . טיילתי הרבה בשנים האחרונות וזהו ללא ספק מקום האירוח שאני אמליץ עליו יותר מכולם! כל כך מפנק! החדר היה ענקי ומאובזר ברמה הגבוהה ביותר, מכונת קפה, כספת, קולבים, מיני מקרר, טלויזיה במסך שטוח (שלא השתמשתי) שירותים ומקלחת ענקיים ומאובזרים, ג'קוזי ענקי בתאורה משתנה עם נוף לשמיים, חלוקי רחצה, מיטה נוחה. מעל הכל היה הצוות שעזר לי והתכתב איתי מראש עם המלצות לטיולים ושיעורי יוגה בזמן השהייה שלי. וגם נתנו לי להיכנס לחדר שעתיים לפני הזמן שנקבע כי כבר הייתי בסביבה. הניקיון - המקום מצוחצח. המיקום מנצח עם א. בוקר במקום שרק מקומיים יושבים בו. והכניסה העצמאית קלה. וגם השתמשתי ב Luggage Storage בסוף. אני כבר מתגעגע... I'll be back ! אין (יש מדרגות ולא מעלית אבל - זה ממש לא חיסרון בשבילי) הכל היה מושלם (:

• Franziska (9/5): Super moderne und gemütliche Unterkunft - Super schöne, stylische Unterkunft, mitten in der Stadt, direkt über Restaurants und Bars. Sehr Sauber und neu. Unkomplizierter Check in mit Code System. Wer es ruhig braucht, ist hier aufgrund der Lage eher falsch. Kleiner Fußmarsch vom Parkplatz zur Unterkunft.

• gerd (7/5): Sehr zentral, aber laut - Moderne, ansprechende Ausstattung Personal nicht vorhanden, stattdessen Passwörter und Schlüsselkästen. Wenn man dem Lärm in der Straße und der Bar im Haus entgehen will, muss man runter gehen und so lange trinken, bis einem die Lautstärke egal ist. Eine nette Möglichkeit um einen kurzen Weg vom feiern bis ins Bett zu haben.

• Eleni (10/5): Εξαιρετική εμπειρία! - Ήταν όλα υπέροχα! Πεντακάθαρο δωμάτιο , υπέροχη αισθητική του χώρου , το μπάνιο ήταν φανταστικό και ο οικοδεσπότης ανταποκρίθηκε άμεσα όποτε τον χρειαστήκαμε. Οι οδηγίες που μας δόθηκαν ήταν σαφέστατες, η τοποθεσία είναι πάρα πολύ βολική καθώς το δωμάτιο βρίσκεται στην καρδιά των Χανίων. Η σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής άψογη! Σίγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμησουμε! Ολα τέλεια
• Nicola (5/5): Loud but perfect location - The room is beautiful honestly but if you are facing the street good luck. You’re basically on top of a nightclub, it is the loudest room I’ve ever stayed in. I had earplugs in and had to sleep in the spare room in a single bed to avoid the noise.

Chambre et équipements parfaits et correspondent aux photos. Salle de bain très spacieuse et très bien équipée. Literie de bonne qualité. Bruit de la rue présent, le bar d’en dessous avec de la musique au début de la nuit.

• Asma (9/5): A Perfect Stay – So Good We Extended! - We loved our stay so much that we decided to extend it for an extra three nights in Room Navelina, which features a private Jacuzzi. The room was spotless, incredibly spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay.
• Asma (9/5): Wonderful stay - We loved our stay at Room Merlin – it was incredibly comfortable and spotless. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Chania’s Old Town, with everything we needed just a short walk away. Do keep in mind that it’s situated on one of the liveliest alleys in the area, so it can get noisy at night. But if you’re looking for a vibrant, energetic atmosphere, this is the perfect place to stay.
• Priyanka (10/5): A wonderful boutique experience - A true boutique experience. Beautifully designed rooms, with what seems like curated local bath products, added to the fact that you are situated in a street that comes alive at night, you really are given a very unique Chania experience There is a lot of chatter at night and there was loud construction in the morning. Each room has its charm, especially the Seguine suite with an extra section with twin beds. However the room with the terrace is quite expensive, especially when you didnt really use it like we did. The Valencia room with the terrace was the most expensive, yet had the smallest bedroom and smallest washroom. The Nevelis and Merlin room had broken toilet seats.
