• Zdeněk (9/5): V pohodě - Dobře zařízený domeček, kvalitní postele, dobré wifi, čtyři standarní ložnice po dvou v patře a jedna dětská dole. Schody do patra kvalitní, nevržou, koupelny a WC bez problémů. Na zimu tam trochu chybí víc úložných prostor.
• Walter (8/5): - Wie schon öfters ein schöner Familienausflug. Kinderzimmer war super mit Kinderspielsachen versorgt. Gerne kommen wir wieder Wenig Reinigungsmaterial (Geschirrtücher, Reinigungsschwämme, Klopapierrollen) Keine Kaffekapseln sowie Teebeuteln. Pellets Ofen war mit Pellets überfüllt, musste vorab mühsam in Betrieb genommen werden (technisches Verständnis erforderlich)
• Christian (1/5): Außen Hui und innen leider Pfui - Nur die Lage sonst nichts Wir mussten leider unseren Aufenthalt im Lakeside Village House verfrüht abbrechen. Ich wollte den Vermieter persönlich telefonisch kontaktieren, doch dieser hebt nicht ab und ruft auch nicht zurück. Von uns festgestellte und beweisbare Mängel, die teilweise auch gesundheitsschädlich sind: der allgemeine hygienische Zustand des Hauses (siehe Bilder) Ekelhafte Verschmutzung der Wohnzimmercouch (siehe Bilder) Waschbecken fließen nicht ab, weil Abfluss extrem verschmutzt - wir haben auch selbst eine Reinigung versucht (siehe Bilder) Auch das Geschirr und das Besteck war verschmutzt und klebrig Bad und WC mussten wir mit von uns selbst gekauften Reinigungsmittel putzen, damit diese einigermaßen hygienisch benutzbar waren. Der WC-Deckel im Bad oben ist total abgebrochen. Die Lüftungen in den Nassbereichen kann man nicht einschalten, weil diese aufgrund extremer Verschmutzung fast stecken bleiben und auch ekelhaften Staub und Schimmel verbreiten. Die Handtuchtrockner sind nicht verwendbar, weil sie offensichtlich nicht entlüftet und auch nicht gereinigt waren. Es ist offensichtlich, dass in diesem Haus nur oberflächlich gereinigt wird, bevor Gäste kommen. Es ist auch ziemlich viel kaputt im Haus. Z.b. die Stehlampe im Wohnzimmer ist lebensgefährlich, da man von dieser jederzeit einen Stromschlag bekommen könnte. Zusammenfassend gesagt ist alles abgerockt und nicht gewartet in diesem Haus. Innen sowie auch im Außenbereich. Im Außenbereich ist ein lebensgefährliches Seitenrollo montiert, welches jederzeit zurückschnellen kann und dabei z.B. ein Kind töten könnte!!!!

• Irena (4/5): Disappointing - The house was clean and mostly well equiped. However, it says they have air conditioning (one of the main reasons I've ordered this specific house due to thr last years heat vawes in Europe), which they do not! A few days before my credit card was supposed to be charged by Booking.com, the place owners atarted reaching out to me and asking to pay ASAP, i kept replying that the card will be charged as it was supposed to, but these unnecessary and repetitive asks for payment made me feel very uncomfortable. On the morning my credit card was supposed to be charged, i noticed it wasnt. I contacted the place and Booking and discovered the owner made a mistake and they needed to charge my card (not Booking.com). This was a day before my family and I were supposed to travel there and also the weekend. Even though the error was on owner's side, they messaged me to say the only accepteble method of payment now was a bank transfer. As this was on the weekend and my options to make this kind of unexpected international money transfer were extremely limited, I tried offering the owner to pay cash once we arrive or to make a paypal transfer, but they refused saying that i either make the international transfer or I loose my booking for the next day (i made this booking 6 months in advance, so i do not understand why all of this was done under such pressure on the last miment). I reached out to Booking.com as well but they replied they are not able to charge on behalf of the property owner because the way the owner registered their property. I finally managed to make the transfer, and sent the proof to the owner. This of course didnt discourage them from reaching out to me again to ask again for the proof after a few days. The whole process was unnecessarily stressfull and ruined my vacation in this place. Also, if you plan to stay there, which i dont recommend, take into accout you will need to drive all the time for every little thing. Also, there are no nets on the windows, so flies and wasps just fly regulary in... :-(

• Raman (10/5): Amazing place to stay with family and friends! - Location of the house is amazing, just few feet away from the lake and House is also amazing and well maintained! Everything is superb. Use Waze application to reach to the house location, instead of Google maps!
